Was really great working with them, they were professional, efficient and did a great job. No issues after the refinish and even went above and beyond rebuilding the corner by the back door that had to be rebuilt from heavy water damage. This project was in 2024, and we have had 0 issues since! They are still looking just as new as the day they did it. read more

We had to replace some of the flooring in our house and called around and got three quotes. My Flooring Expert was reasonable and definitely came across the most professional. We went with them and I am so happy we did. The rep came and inspected the areas, took measurements, and called the owner, Guy. Then the rep, Kyle, explained the process and cost to me. When it came time to install the flooring, the two man team, led by Angel, came and did a great job. Not only did they do a great job but they were upstanding, trustworthy people, which for me was important because they were in our house. read more

I am very happy with my experience. I have a loft and the top floor had a leak and the old hardwood floors got completely trashed. I did research and landed on 4 companies to get bids. My flooring expert had a great price and the best ideas. Guy and Natalie are great to work with. Guy was an installer before going into sales so he had good solutions ready to go. They followed the bid up with great work. They even helped me fix a spot on my stairs for no additional charge. And the whole thing was finished in a day. Very happy to share my experience because this the kind of company that deserves more clients. read more

They did a nice job with our hardwood floors in terms of resurfacing while we were out of town

10/10 would recommend. They finished the job quickly and helped us refloor our whole apartment in less than a week!

We had the best experience working with My Flooring Expert! We had laid new flooring in our entire home during an add-on construction almost 3 years ago. Unfortunately the original contractor cut corners and didn't level out the dining room and kitchen. This caused boards to shift, lift and crack. Nir was able to come out quickly and give us a very fair estimate considering we had to take up all the boards in the area to lay cement. The project only took two days, and the crew was quick and respectful. Highly recommend reaching out to these guys for any flooring repairs! read more

Nil and his team did a spectacular job refinishing my hardwood oak floors! During his initial visit, he was very detail oriented and provided a competitive quote. He understood my priorities - to provide a natural matte finish with extra durability for Airbnb renters. When I was ready to begin, Nil was available at short notice and finished the whole project in 5 straight days. His team wrapped everything well and left no dust or damage. He was even able to refinish my wood railings. Super happy with the entire result! read more

Nir does great work. Very reliable at a good price. Removed old, damaged bamboo floors and replaced with SPC planks

We had floor that was severely damaged by normal wear and also water getting in from rain. Guy and his team were able to expertly match the old floor to brand new flooring and took just two days to completely transform our entire entryway. They were a breeze to work with (I was hands off the entire time) and I cannot tell you how incredible the new floor looks. It also matches the surrounding floor that was not replaced SO well. We are keeping this company in our contacts so that we can use them the next time we need help with any floor-related projects. read more

We had a great experience with them. We love that he came to the house. Showed us all the options and his quality of product is much better than you'll find at any Home Depot or Lowe's. Our only qualm was how much left over material we had. And one of the trims was supposed to be reordered to match. Not one box but over 4/5. With all that extra we had to buy I wish they had just done our extra closet. Otherwise great product and install. They worked very fast. read more

These guys are the best: responsive, hardworking, with first class results. Maggie, Nir, Guy, and their crew were fantastic, even working on the weekend to finish up. I first hired them to refinish a 100-year-old floor in a house I had just moved into. The result was perfection. Then I asked them to come back and do something about a hideous floor that had been installed in a 1990s addition. The new floor transformed a dark dungeony area into a bright and inviting space. I talked to some other flooring firms initially, but as soon as I met with My Flooring Expert, the decision was easy. I am so glad I found them! read more

Everyone was fantastic to deal with at My Flooring Expert. Guy, Nir and Natalie were always courteous and responded quickly. And the crew was fantastic. Efficient and diligent. Contract is questionable - I had to initial that I would use arbitration process and not sue if there were any issues, or they won't accept me as a client. Project Mgr. assured me that ALL of his workers were licensed, bonded, and insured employees and have been with the business for several years. I found out differently later on. This means that I should have been charged less for my project. However, the workers did great work. I also didn't like how the company bugged me every time an installment payment was due, and it wasn't even the end of the business day. I question their integrity and whether there is a genuine concern for the client. It's all about the company getting paid. read more

I am so glad I called My Flooring Experts. We had previous estimates and felt so much more comfortable with Nir (and team) hands down. When we got the quote for new hardwood floors, the price was more than we could handle due to the glued down engineered wood floors needing to be demo'd and disposed. As an alternative Nir talked to us about laminate floating floors and we had no idea the quality was so high. Although not significantly cheaper than wood, the ability to leave our old floors saved a great deal of money. Nir came back and tolerated my constant mind changing, always with a kind smile. Once decided- the office staff was amazing and RAYMOND, our installer, was beyond talented. We are three days in with our new floors and so so happy. This review is a small token of appreciation for the experience and outstanding finished product. read more

They kept great communication and did excellent work with attention to details. They were also very understanding as my condo has terrible parking and it was very hot that day. The wood floor installation looked so good after they were done and even checked up on us a day after. read more

This was such an amazing experience. I got a couple of bids to repair the water-damaged floor of my hillside dance studio,. when I understood I really needed wood-flooring specialists, if I wanted to restore this very special place to its former beauty. A brief call with Guy at My Flooring Expert affirmed my choice to use real wood-flooring people instead of handymen. He knew just what needed doing, I didn't have to explain you don't paint a dance floor! Nir came out and estimated the job, and a few days later, two amazing young technicians arrived, humped those very heavy sanders up the hill, and spent the day sanding. Nir and I weren't sure that all the water stains would come out, whether I would want to stain the floor darker to have them blend in, but when the technicians had it all sanded, it was perfect. They sealed a small area so I could see what would look like without any stain, and I flipped it was so beautiful. I left three days for the job but it was done in one. Sanding is a dirty job, but you wouldn't even know they'd been there. I am so glad I hired these guys. Knowledge and expertise is everything when it comes to hardwood floors and My Flooring Expert was worth every penny. read more

I called My flooring expert office for few questions about the process and my options for refinishing my solid hardwood floors. Since my first call with Guy the owner I knew that I will use Guy and his team. They were so knowledgeable and nice and I decided to schedule an in home estimate meeting. After meeting Nir the project manager and a short presentation in our home we scheduled a start day for the following week. Guy and Carlos was on time and everything was done exactly by the plan. The price was fair but I was very impressed with their customer service from A to Z. I called few days after the project completed and had a small issue with one of my room doors (something that wasn't part of our contract) and Guy send one of his guys the next day to help me with that and did not charge me for that. This guys respecting their business and truly care about their customers. Salute Guy, Nir, Carlos and the office crew. Will definitely use them again in the future. read more

We contracted My Flooring Expert to install new flooring in our 680 sq. ft. mobile home. We met with Nir and he measured the unit and made suggestions as to what would work best in our unit. The pricing was great and we moved forward with My Flooring Expert. Here is where the five star rating comes in. We live out of state so we had to leave Nir a key for his crew. I'd be lying if I did not say I was a little nervous. But the crew with My Flooring Expert showed up at the time they said they would (we knew this because we had to buzz them in) and they did a great job. We received photos at the end of the first day's work and at the completion of the second day. The flooring looks great. This is a trustworthy company and I highly recommend them. Five stars across the board. read more
