Octavio did a great job repairing our hardwood floors that were warped due to water damage! Excellent work.

A previous contractor I hired did not properly install flooring after a flood in my condo, and wanted me to spend thousands of dollars out of pocket to correct his work, claiming it was a leveling issue. Home Depot told me I would have to replace the entire floors with new flooring for $12k. Octavio came into my condo, and in less than four hours had completely resolved the issue at a fraction of the cost with the materials I had on hand. He also very kindly repaired a slat on my wooden fence that was loose/falling off on his way out, free of charge. You're the best, Octavio! Thank you so much! read more

Finding a contractor can be stressful, but sometimes taking the time to find the right one like reading the reviews on yelp can save you the heartache in the future. With my interaction with the Yeshua Team, I can vouch for the other positive reviews on yelp. Octavio and Miguel take the time to listen to your priorities, your concerns, safety and your budget and treat your home with so much respect. Every day they were on time, utilized their time, space and materials and cleaned up every single day. They went above and beyond and were able to move large furniture in and out the spaces to work on the next room/space, and put them back when the project was completely done. They were able to do a 3 room project (2 bedroom and open space living room/dining room) within 3.5 days compared to other contractors were estimating it to be a 5 day / week project. If you are looking to restore your floors and upgrade them, it would not hurt to reach out to Octavio and see how he can help you with your home project. 4.5/5 stars read more

We first hired Yeshua Flooring when we bought our home in 2015 to refinish original oak floors. Yeshua brought new life to dingy dirty floors and was courteous, professional and reasonably priced. Two years ago, we hired Yeshua again to replace the parkay flooring in the kitchen with vinyl. Again, a picture-perfect job done in a timely, professional manner with no surprises. We can't recommend Yeshua enough. read more

Love Octavio's work! Really great dude and knows what he is doing. We had some water damage to a floor and were like, great, now everyone is going to try and tell us to replace the whole floor, etc. Thousands and thousands of dollars, sure! He was one of the few who said he could fix it, and was among the more reasonable prices. Really did a great job. Before and after photos attached! Just at least hit him up for whatever project you are doing to see what he could do it for! read more

Octavio and Miguel were excellent and professional. They took great care in keeping the dust off of the rest of the space and gave me some options to some very bad damage in the floor. They did exact what I needed done and that was to repair and come as close to the original stain as possible. It looks fantastic. I had so many quotes that needed to do the whole floor and it would take 4 days. This was done in under 7 hours. Thank you so much!! Highly recommend. read more

Octavio came over and gave me a quote for the project - removing paint from baseboards and floor + resealing whatever was needed from the paint lift. I confirmed via text. He just came over, did a cursory pass through and started to clean up the dust. When I pointed things out, some of the things he said was that the paint in parts/grooves of the hardwood "didn't matter" and he "mostly did the job." I had to stop working to keep showing him the paint in other places. He said that he didn't understand what the job was and even when he said it was important to make me happy, he still couldn't do it. I eventually told him that he needed to leave and he said he would return the deposit. He argued with me the whole time - and I am sure he wouldn't have talked to a man like this. read more

I met Edwin by happenstance, just driving by his truck and seeing his company name, "Yeshua." By Lord, he was one of the best contractors I used to perform work on my home. Honest, reasonably priced, on-time, and most importantly professional. He installed my laminate and then came back and installed my baseboards. Top notch installation that has held up very well! I highly recommend Yeshua Flooring. When I get around to installing crown molding, he'll be the first one I call. read more

I enjoyed working with yeshua. He did a marvelous job on the floor repair. He was punctual and incredibly neat. Even brought his own vacuum cleaner to clean up. My wife and I don't normally see that from contractors. The staining was very difficult because he had to match it up and it was not stock stain, it was actually a combination of two stains. And he did a really good job. I thought his price was fair and I would definitely use him again. read more
