We contacted the owner Dennis after we had already ripped out all of the old vinyl planks in our house and noticed that our subfloor was uneven. Dennis and his team the Pablo(s) did a fantastic job on the floor. Our existing hardwood floor had water stains and deep scratches which looked terrible. When the hardwood refinishing was complete, we were shocked as the hardwood floor looked brand new. We are very pleased with the outcome. Dennis' office manager Kristina also helped answer our questions. She organized the team to help us move the heavy furniture off the hardwood floor and back. The owner Dennis Ramirez told me that if he comes to give me an estimate, he has to be sure that I will hire him. He did not come to see the site and gave me an estimate for a labor only to install an engineering wood, over the phone. He based his phone estimate on a square footage that I have provided. His labor estimate was many times higher than expected. I contacted another business and my experience was great! They had a beautiful engineering floor with 35 years warranty. The installation was expertly done in just one day and my floors look amazing! Dennis, thank you so much for your outrageous prices and refusing to come for an estimate which prompted me to look for and find a great contractor with a showroom and a great installation team :).
