I hired these guys in 2022, and here I am 3 years later with a rotten floor. They charged me $960 to demo the current tile in my bathroom but they never did it. And now the layers under my "waterproof vinyl" have rotten and I have to do the work all my self to replace the floor. All they did was pour self leveling mix on top of the existing floor. read more

We recently hired Eden to replace carpet throughout our home with laminate flooring and had an excellent experience with them overall. Adam was responsive throughout the entire project from bidding to completion and his workers were on-time, efficient, respectful, and even communicated directly with our painting crew who were scheduled to come in directly after. We are very pleased with the quality of installation and the final product itself. The only disappointment we had that could have been avoided was that we were not informed during the bidding phase that any leveling needed when installing the laminate would render the hardwood underneath un-useable. I had mentioned to Adam that we were counting on keeping the original hardwood protected so that it would remain a selling point in the future. By the time we realized leveling would prevent this (during actual install), it was too late to consider other options. Adam did later explain that the hardwood in areas where leveling was needed would probably have required serious repairs or replacement anyways, but this should have been made clear from the beginning. That was, thankfully, our only surprise and overall we are happy with the work completed. read more

This company was recommended to us by our general contractor. Gil was great and super friendly. Communication was easy. Quality of floor and install was great and quick and we had them level the floor as well. The only thing I'm not completely happy about was the finish quality on the trim. There were large gaps between the trim and wall and I did not realize they were not going to cover up the staples or caulk the trim. Anyways, the floor looks good and we took care of the trim ourselves after but was disappointed in the final finish after the trim came on. read more

Horrible as expected. Did our flooring with them, they said 10 year warranty. Had an issue with our floor recently and I called up Adam like he told us to do if there ever was an issue. Adam answers and was very dismissive, didn't seem to care about his customers and just told me to look and ask elsewhere and that they don't know what the 10 year covers. When it comes to getting customers Adam was very luring with his fake friendliness, willing to go beyond. His estimate was reasonable; he was precise as to the scope of the work, and how to obtain the best quality wood, etc. Manual, who works for him, did a fantastic job of installing the floors and preserving the original baseboards which were in good condition, to help save on the cost. We selected the wood from a recommended supplier, the cost was reasonable, and quality of the material was of high quality. The work was completed well within the time frame provided. I have brought them back to my house two additional times to replace my flooring for my upstairs and most recently to replace my flooring on the stairs.
