But the moment any small issues come up, Alex just ghosts his customers. In the video you can see the cracks happening under normal body weight. I really wanted to believe that at the very least he and his team will try to provide any rectification, even if it's just to come out again to check on the floor to see what else can be done, like I wouldn't even have mind paying an additional small fee for materials. Two thumbs up! Jacob did a professional job replacing 4 rotted red oak hardwood floor planks. The…read morered oak planks were the original 77 year old hard wood flooring. He gave a complimentary visit for an estimate, which was fair and reasonable. Jacob had great communication, letting me know when he would arrive, and then being on time. The first day he removed the rotted planks with an orbital saw, which was more delicate than a circular saw and kept the neighboring planks safe, and the room less dusty. He had a miter saw to cut precisely. He did the cutting outside to keep sawdust at a minimum. He replaced the red oak planks and stained them the first day. The second day he buffed the planks, and did the first coat of seal. Then he took a break for it to dry, and came back later to put on a second coat. Perfect. He left the room and yard spotless. Honest, great work, great communication, and reliable. I would recommend him to anyone who is wanting to repair or rebuild their hardwood floors.

However, after dealing with this business, I'm beginning to think some of the Google reviews are fake. We are not happy with their return policy. We will not be doing business with them in the future nor do we recommend doing business directly with them. I know they are a Costco vendor. We suggest going through the Costco route if you want to proceed (with caution). If something happens and you're not happy, you can always complain to Costco (which values your business more than these people). Buyer beware : 1. We bought 2 containers of roll cote ($375 each, which was $125 more than floor&Decor. Floor&dedor has it for $250 each) when we went to return one unused bucket, they refused to take it stating that the outside of the bucket is too dirty to take in. I didn't think it was too dirty bc when we received them, it was not spotless either. The container was sealed. 2. We bought mohawk lvp planks from them, and double checked to make sure they're returnable. They confirmed that they are. However, when my husband went to return a pack we didn't use, they said they cannot accept anything less than 250 sqft. They also state any special orders are not returnable. This information was not communicated with me prior. BOTTOM LINE: do business with big names like Costco or Home Depot if you like no hassle return policy.
