I waited a year to test the flooring installed before submitting my review of two flooring projects performed by L C Flooring. The first was installing new vinyl flooring downstairs which came out great. The second project was when Lorenzo's crew replaced the carpeting on my stairs with vinyl planks. I've had multiple bottom planks fall from my stairs. He sent his guys two times to correct the issue. Turns out the weight of the vinyl planks and the foam glued to the steps was coming apart. I suggested all the bottom step planks be re-glued. He responded with his guys returning each time I had an issue which has been twice so far. Since then I've had two more bottom vinyl planks fall off and Lorenzo has not returned my texts or phone calls. Clearly customer satisfaction of the quality of his guys work expires after his been paid. Here are a few photos of the planks he refuses to correct. Lorenzo and his team did GREAT work installing new LVP in my home. Project size was around 900 sqft with a mix of carpet and tile that needed to be removed and leveled before the LVP installation. Thorough work removing the tile - that jackhammer got some work in. They completed the removal and installation in 2 days, including bringing in extra horsepower on Thanksgiving day (they preferred to work rather than day after Thanksgiving). That was greatly appreciated because I wanted to move things in my home. Prices are very reasonable and the work is excellent. Lorenzo even came by himself another day to assist in caulking around toilets and sinks and making sure the sink was level with new floor (new floors slightly thinner than the old tile so the sink needed to be propped up by a mm or 2).
