The quote was very fair and they let us know exactly what to expect. He had samples with him, and I was able to choose the color of carpet and what we wanted done with the wood flooring. Adolfo even saved me from making a mistake of staining a floor that didn't need it. They were great with scheduling and completing the work even ahead of schedule. It looks amazing. I wish I had some before pictures. We did not realize what a difference sanding our wood floors would make! The communication with Karin, in their office was fantastic from start to finish. Ultimately I requested a quote from Dominguez Carpet to re-stretch my carpet that had started to bunch up and agreed to perform the service on mid-day Friday. I ended up taking time off work because I needed to get this done asap. I show up early because I wanted to make sure I was on time (mind you I live 50 miles away now). 20 minutes had passed and no one called me. So I called them and asked what their ETA was and they said that they'd call their worker and see. I had gotten a call back 10 minutes later telling me that they'd gotten confused and thought it was for Saturday, even though clearly in our messages he said he'd see me there on Friday. At that point I was upset and told him that this just needed to be done. We agreed that he'd come the next day at 7 am and prove me a $40 discount due to the troubles. Fast forward I show up at 6:15 am after driving an hour to beat traffic and they text me at 6:30 that they won't be there. As you can imagine I was upset and told them that this isn't the way you run a business. For all the people that are thinking about using this company. DON'T do it. I'll save you the trouble and tell you that they're unreliable and don't deserve your business.
