I really lucked out to find Rug'It Cleaning close to my house! Seems Isaac & his team will travel through LA to OC, but it was nice to have him nearby to get a quick estimate. He even came a second time for another quote. A few of my rooms had serious spills and stains that never came out no matter how much we tried to clean it. I even rented one of the heavy duty carpet cleaners from Home Depot once. But Isaac was able to get 'em out! When he came for the estimate, Isaac did point out the discoloration that happened from bad cleaners used in the past & warned me that some of the spots may get brighter after the cleaning. I was impressed with the calendar he kept mentally! My mental calendar wasn't as sharp, as I had to reschedule my first appointment. Isaac was very accommodating about it, though. He arrived a little early to give me yet another estimate on my kitchen tile/grout. (A service I'll definitely request from him in the near future!)
