They are IICRC certified which means they have taken classes to learn about all kinds of cleaning. Proper chemicals and what not. Hayden vacuumed first then cleaned. After, he raked the carpets. Hayden came out to my house in Torrance and gave me an estimate on cleaning two wool Persian rugs. One was large, about 16x20 and the other was smaller, about 10x15. Both had been cleaned before but only surface cleaned by a company that also cleans wall-to-wall carpet. The rugs had been in place about 8 years. Hayden and his helper moved some pretty heavy furniture to lift out the rugs. I couldn't have fit the rugs in my car so their pickup and delivery service was super helpful. Since the cleaning the rugs look brand new! I can't believe how vibrant the colors are again. I forgot how beautiful they were. Well, holy crap was this place above and beyond. In a world where people over promise and under deliver, Expert Carpet was the exact opposite. Upholstery stains, carpet that hadn't been touched from the install, cheap and expensive rugs, worn couches... we brought them in to do the entire house and they did it. When it took two days, they added a second and kept on churning. When they couldn't clean a stain, the found a way to make it look better. To be fair, this will not be your cheapest cleaner but they will be your BEST cleaner. If you're looking to bang it out so it lasts a week so you can show your house... they aren't for you. But if you want someone to come in and make your home feel like it's brand new... they're the place. Highly recommend. read more

Once again, I am beyond pleased with the service and attention to detail provided by Expert Carpet Care. With everyone home working or learning from home these days, it was beyond time to get this done. On Monday Angel came and cleaned my carpets and rugs in my home. He was on time, professional and efficient. When he finished, the carpet/rugs looked like new and were nearly dry (not soaking wet), since it was raining I was concerned. The next day, Jim & Jake came to clean, strip and seal my travertine tile in my kitchen. Because the stone is so porous and with kids and animals, the normally beige tile had a gray tint due to foot traffic and dirt. This was NOT an easy job. When they arrived, they immediately got to work explaining the entire process and addressing all the areas that I had concerns about. I now how have beautiful beige tile that looks as good as the day it was installed in 2010!!!
