Ryan arrived on time, explained the process and estimated the completion time. He was organized, professional and worked efficiently. We were pleased with the outcome. Highly recommend Expert Carpet Care. read more

I recently purchased a vintage handmade 60s to 70s Rya style rug. Very large size it fills a living room area, made to go with Scandinavian furniture from the 50s to 70. After searching across Southern California, this was the only carpet care business that seemed to know what I was talking about when I asked about the rug being cleaned. They themselves had a couple questions and did enough research to know how to handle my rug properly. The rug came out looking fantastic. I appreciate the time and care they took to clean a rug that took me almost 40 years to find in Southern California. I have some smaller Rya rugs, which I will be taking to have them cleaned. I don't trust any of the other companies I have talked to. If you have a high-quality carpet/rug to be cleaned, I highly recommend this business. read more

If you need your carpets cleaned like I did this last week, look no further-contact Expert Carpet Care. The two gentlemen arrived on time, worked well together and my carpets look brand new. It had been three years since my last cleaning, so we were a bit overdue. I will always use this company in the years to come. Thank you for your hard work. read more

Carpet cleaning that lasts! 5 years ago we got new carpet. 1 month later our dog peed a huge spot on it. I was so worried it would leave a stain and smell. Expert carpet care came out and completely removed the pee and it's smell. 3 months ago I had them come out to clean my carpets and to this day, they still look like new! No returning spots. They also did some spot cleaning on my chairs. I highly recommend them! read more

Tom.was very informative and helpful! He explained everything he was doing and what might be causing the spots or if it was just wear on the carpet. Thanks for the help and quick follow up! read more

Just had my carpet cleaned this week. This is the second time I've had Expert Carpet Care. Everything went very smoothly! Hayden was very thorough and very efficient with time. The carpet dried quickly and I've already passed along a recommendation to a friend! read more

I have been using Expert for my large area rugs. This is the first time I have used this company for my 2 carpeted rooms and just like my area rugs, the carpeting came out beautifully. They are IICRC certified which means they have taken classes to learn about all kinds of cleaning. Proper chemicals and what not. Hayden vacuumed first then cleaned. After, he raked the carpets. That is standard IICRC protocol since my husband used to belong to this same organization. read more

Couldn't be happier. Just had them clean my family room carpet. Hayden was thorough and professorial. The carpet looks brand new. Just a heads up, I was a licensed flooring and carpet contractor for many years and retired just over five years ago and I would recommend Expert when running my business. Still no question I highly recommend them still today. I also suggest you shouldn't wait as long as I did. I used to recommend having your carpet cleaned approximately every two years, not six years like I did. "Do I as say not as I do". read more

We have been using this company's services since the 1990s. They are professional and do excellent work. We are loyal customers.

Excellent company to use to clean your carpet! I've had Angel, Ryan and Hayden provide service at different times over the last few years. Each time they arrive at a reasonable time, are polite, and provide great service. Highly recommend! read more

I want to extend my gratitude to ECC for the job they did on my tile floors. Specifically, Angel, the service technician was on time, professional, and spent the time to do a great job and really improved the look of the floors. The black grout was actually, brown! Hahaha He also asked me of my intention of grout sealing and gave me tips and spent the time educating me on how to achieve the best final results. I will post a few pics. The office staff were also very helpful, and the cost was reasonable! Thanks Again. read more

Hayden came out to my house in Torrance and gave me an estimate on cleaning two wool Persian rugs. One was large, about 16x20 and the other was smaller, about 10x15. Both had been cleaned before but only surface cleaned by a company that also cleans wall-to-wall carpet. The rugs had been in place about 8 years. Hayden and his helper moved some pretty heavy furniture to lift out the rugs. I couldn't have fit the rugs in my car so their pickup and delivery service was super helpful. Since the cleaning the rugs look brand new! I can't believe how vibrant the colors are again. I forgot how beautiful they were. I highly recommend this company and will use them again next time we clean our rugs. read more

Great service and work. Great value! Had my tile steamed and rugs cleaned. If it ain't the big blue and white truck it ain't Expert! This is the place to go read more

Hayden was pompt, thorough, & professional. Did an excellent job quickly and efficiently.

Well, holy crap was this place above and beyond. In a world where people over promise and under deliver, Expert Carpet was the exact opposite. Upholstery stains, carpet that hadn't been touched from the install, cheap and expensive rugs, worn couches... we brought them in to do the entire house and they did it. When it took two days, they added a second and kept on churning. When they couldn't clean a stain, the found a way to make it look better. To be fair, this will not be your cheapest cleaner but they will be your BEST cleaner. If you're looking to bang it out so it lasts a week so you can show your house... they aren't for you. But if you want someone to come in and make your home feel like it's brand new... they're the place. Highly recommend. read more

Thanks to all at Expert Carpet Care for the kid-gloves treatment through the whole process. From Jim the owner to Brad the manager, I was kept up to speed at all times regarding who was coming, when they would be there and if there were any changes to the schedule. That's unusual! Getting your carpets cleaned is a necessary maintenance item to protect your investment and to keep your house looking good. The pandemic has shuttered many companies and I was at a loss regarding where to turn. I got a local referral from a carpet store near me about ECC and their story checked out. More importantly, the service, professionalism and results were top notch. Anytime you are bringing someone into your house, you need to be careful. Jim and the team at ECC did a great job and I'm happy to add them to my list of providers that I would use again without hesitation. They are not the least expensive carpet cleaner out their but the quality of workmanship, attention to detail and results is definitely worth it! Don't take chances with your carpet, home and peace of mind. Go with Expert Carpet Care... you won't be disappointed. read more

Fantastic Service from start to finish. Quick move for a relative into a mobile home with some older carpet. Expert Carpet Care got us on the schedule immediately and even worked out some rough numbers over the phone with an understanding that we would discuss everything on site when the tech arrived. Jim the owner arrived on site at the time scheduled and was very helpful. He stretched the carpet then deep cleaned the entire place very thoroughly. Very affordable! especially for the quality of work performed. Every bit of this project gets an A++ THANK YOU Expert Carpet Care!! read more

Very prompt. Appointment the very next day and they repaired my mother's carpet same day. I can't even tell you how beautiful the repair is. Makes her carpet look like she had a face lift. In August of 2023 we had Jim & Angel of Expert Carpet Care come to clean and stretch our carpet. While they did an excellent job I procrastinated and failed to put a review on Yelp which has been bothering me ever since. Well here it is. Don't hesitate to call on this company for your carpet service and I highly recommend Jim (the owner) and Angel. They are hard working and give it their all for an excellent outcome. read more

Can't say enough good things about Expert Carpet Care. We had several area rugs that had the accumulation of over 5 years of kids, grandkids and parties....and well, life. Hayden & Ryan moved all the furniture, rolled the rugs up and took them to their shop where the cleaning process took place. When they returned the rugs everything was carefully returned to it's previous place and the rugs look amazing! In addition to cleaning the rugs, Hayden & Ryan stripped and resealed our Spanish Tiles in one room which also bore the signs of years of use. The result was also amazing. I had an issue with a couple of the tiles, called Brad and he had Hayden back out to redo a small area. At no extra cost! These guys are great and if you need carpet or tile cleaning you can't go wrong with Expert Carpet Care! read more

We have been using Expert Carpet Care for several years. Their employees are professional, courteous, and very particular about the quality of their work. Today the owner came and did our house carpets. After tightening a few spots that had bulged due to wear, he meticulously cleaned our three bedrooms, hall and living room. We paid a lot for very good carpet over 15 years ago. And we kid you not, he left them looking as good as the day they were laid. This is an outstanding company. Their prices are very fair, and even a bit generous when considering the quality of their work. Mick B. read more

Once again, I am beyond pleased with the service and attention to detail provided by Expert Carpet Care. With everyone home working or learning from home these days, it was beyond time to get this done. On Monday Angel came and cleaned my carpets and rugs in my home. He was on time, professional and efficient. When he finished, the carpet/rugs looked like new and were nearly dry (not soaking wet), since it was raining I was concerned. The next day, Jim & Jake came to clean, strip and seal my travertine tile in my kitchen. Because the stone is so porous and with kids and animals, the normally beige tile had a gray tint due to foot traffic and dirt. This was NOT an easy job. When they arrived, they immediately got to work explaining the entire process and addressing all the areas that I had concerns about. I now how have beautiful beige tile that looks as good as the day it was installed in 2010!!! While 2020 was a challenging year I now feel like I have a fresh outlook (literally and figuratively) heading into Spring of 2021! Thank you, Jim, Jake, & Angel If you're looking for a cleaning company with high standards and consistency, I highly recommend Expert Carpet Care. You won't be disappointed. read more
