Here's a version that mentions the business by name:…read more I highly recommend Mr. Felix Carpet Care! With kids in the house, our couch had accumulated plenty of spills, stains, and everyday messes over the years. I honestly wasn't sure all of the stains would come out, but Mr. Felix and his daughter exceeded my expectations. They were punctual, professional, and incredibly friendly. You can tell they truly care about the quality of their work. They took their time, paid attention to every detail, and transformed our upholstery. Our furniture looks and smells fresh, and it honestly looks almost brand new again! It's so refreshing to support a family-run business that takes so much pride in what they do. If you're looking for reliable, honest, and high-quality upholstery cleaning, I can't recommend Mr. Felix Carpet Care enough. Thank you, Mr. Felix and your daughter, for the amazing service--we'll definitely be using you again!

This last time he did another exceptional job, our carpets honestly look new again. Anyway, he always comes through with a great job.

I hired Heaven's Best to clean my sectional, and overall I had a great experience. I've had my…read morecouch for six years, and between an elementary school-aged child and a dog, it had definitely seen better days. I honestly thought I was going to have to replace it. When I first called, the gentleman who answered the phone was incredibly helpful. He had me text him pictures of the couch and was very confident they could make a significant improvement. That gave me the confidence to book the appointment. The technician came out the next day. He was running a little behind, but I really appreciated that he texted me ahead of time to let me know. When he arrived, he was much more cautious about setting expectations than the person I spoke with on the phone, which admittedly made me a little nervous. Even so, he worked efficiently and did a thorough job. There are only two things I'd mention for anyone considering upholstery cleaning. First, on the seat cushions, some of the dirt seemed to settle toward the front edge as the extraction tool passed over the fabric, so there are still a few light stains in those areas. Second, my couch was extremely wet afterward. I was told it could take up to four days to dry. With several fans running, mine was fully dry in about two days, but it's something to plan for. Overall, my sectional looks about 85% better than it did before, and that's a huge win. It saved me from buying a new couch, which would have cost far more than the cleaning. I'm very happy with the results and would absolutely use Heaven's Best again in the future.

I'm on a roll here...2nd review in about 1 month... ;)…read more As the stars indicate, I like this business and am very happy with the service provided. I called some other businesses and let them know I was running comps. Ramiro, the business owner of pro Clean was my last call. Even across the phone line, I trusted him. Simple as that. He indicated they all have about the same competitive prices. He quoted me a little bit higher than another business. I asked him to meet the price of his competitor and I would go with him. He did. Even though it's the holiday season he was able to come within a few days. He communicated with me about the time to expect him and even called to let me know he was running a little late from his previous customer. I was working at the time, so I asked a relative to house sit for me. I questioned them about his service and they said, nice, professional, and fast. No upsells. The price quoted was the price paid. My carpet is clean again. I'm happy and will definitely hire Ramiro and Pro Clean again in the future.
