Carpet was somewhat cleaner but the vacuum system didn't smell great to begin with. I think I'll go with another company next time.

Horrible business. I had an appointment scheduled for 12/18 from 11-1. By 1:30 no technician arrived at my home or called me. So I called the company only to speak with the owner and tell me I don't have an appointment. I tell him according to my text message from him I do. He tells me no he never set anything up with me. Basically now calling me a liar. I inform him I can send him pictures of his text messages. He then proceeds to relook at our conversation and finally admits I did have an appointment. Doesn't say sorry, or apologize, or ask to reschedule it. If you're looking for a carpet cleaning company keep on looking. Do not waste your time on Aero Clean Landreth. Asked for quote on Yelp. A lot of places responded but I based my decision on Yelp reviews and price. They were on time. And professional. Work is guaranteed. I have a white coach. Dirt some seems harder to remove. But they'll come back out to try again. Overall great company and will call the. For future business. I was recently tasked to help clear out my in-law's parent's house. Upon clearing out the majority, the carpet (upstairs, stairs, and downstairs), as well as, the tile throughout the home needed a lot of help i.e. cleaning. Ken was able to respond on short notice and give me several quotes and options which I felt was fair and cost effective. During the job, they arrived slightly ahead of time to setup, worked diligently, and even helped me move furniture (including the wall stand piano). UPDATE: After receiving Aero-Clean owner's public Yelp response, I replied back privately informing them I couldn't take them up on the offer to come back as I had already hired another cleaning service (btw it was $100 less and they did an actual deep clean of my home in 5 hours with ONE person). Since Ken stated he had a 30 day guarantee and was "here for me" I expected a prompt reply. I saw the read receipt on Yelp but no reply. So reached out again to the company on 1/20 via e-mail. Still no reply. So please. Save your hard earned money. Don't waste it in this company who obviously is NOT "here for you" and only cares about collecting your cash. I hate to have to write a scathing review. But facts are facts. And shitty service is shitty service. read more

Honestly i was not gonna review at all but after days have passed from getting their service I was more and more disappointed as I started to see what a sloppy job they did. So it was 2 ppl (one female, one male) and we scheduled a 2 hr service. I had said to start with bathrooms and then eventually work the general like dusting and floors throughout the house. I have 3 bathrooms (1 of them barely used at all so it just needed some freshening up) but that alone took 1 full hour. I had to intervene and say let's start cleaning the floors (mind you I'm cleaning along side of them) because they were giving me the energy like there's no way they gonna clean the whole house. So long story short the bathroom that they were taking half the service time still was dirty in the corner floors... Out of a 4 bedroom house, only 2 were vacuumed and 1 was dusted... other 2 rooms not even touched... plus the living room not touched as well. As i am 25 weeks pregnant i moved the furniture in our living room so they can at least vacuum the rug. Nope not even entered until the last 10 min the lady asked me if there's anything else i want done??? I said please just clean the table in the living room. She did just that and called it a day. Just never had a cleaning service that moved so slow and honestly left the house to smell as well. Not the clean smell but like dirty rag smell. We have used these people several times, always with good results. This last time, our rug came back with some lines across it, so my wife made a comment about this. Before you could blink, the owner called up and said he was coming over to see. He said the lines were there just because the rug had been rolled up for a little too long, but he just snatched up the rug and cleaned it again. He aims to make you a 100% satisfied. I feel if I had been more communicative in what I need , I could've saved myself some money. The communication was lost not just on their part but my own, I'm extremely dissatisfied with the fact that once they arrived they saw what could've been done and that there were other tedious task that they usually might not deal with like washing dishes because up things around the house like a usual cleaning service , but what got me the most upset they charged me so much money and there wasn't Enough time to do what I really wanted , I Ended having to pay extra because time ran out and I couldn't get my floor mopped and that's why I made this review , under my daughters rug there is still trash left , all needed to be done was lifting the rug and yet it was ignored. It saddened me because at the moment my money is extremely tight and I paid them regardless because it was investment to have my house cleaned and I feel I got robbed. In all honesty I was advised to not pay but the "service was done" In reference carpet , it looks cleaner but still very dirty almost as if it was vacuumed , they gave me discount there because the price was communicated from the beginning . If it was too much tedious things to be done anD this was out of their service and it would have been able to communicated since the beginning I would've have looked for another service & this was by far the priciest. Been really thinking of this review. I decided to go with 4 starts because of price. So I requested a regular house cleaning 1 1/2 bathrooms, stove top, microwave and steam cleaning tile floors. The 2 ladies who came (I forgot the names) did a great job at clean the toilets, and 1 tub. I had a tumor and muscle removed from shoulder and it's very hard for me to get behind the toilet so that was a big help for me. My sister-in-law who lives with us said the stove top was scratched but I've seen her use a harsh wire brush and I think she made the scratches. There was still a build up of dust on the door frame and top of window but maybe they're just not as detailed at cleaning as I do.‍ Price-I cleared everything out of the bathrooms so the ladies could come right in and clean and I swept up the floors. It took them 1 hour which I was quoted it would be $75 an hour and they have a 2 hour minimum. I think I really just needed 1 person for the job. So they ended up charging me $120 for 1 hour job and I gave the ladies a $20 tip. I think the price was a bit high and I should've gone with another company that quoted me $40 an hour for 1 person which would've taken 2 hours so $80. Other company didn't have steam mop for the floors so I chose this company. I ended up scrubbing the floors myself though because the steam mopping didn't get a deep cleaning that I thought it would. Was just an easy mopping job. I ended up getting a scrubber on a stick like a broom, tile/grout scrubber and used vinegar/honeysuckle soap to cover the vinegar smell and baking soda and scrubbed the floors myself and it came out beautifully!! If they offered a scrubbing of floors with results like I did then I'd rehire them. But I think I'll just clean myself and then use the $120 for a massage. read more

What a great cleaning company. They prompt and efficient and friendly with their service. They not only cleaned our carpet but also the furniture that our dogs thought was their personal bed. I am so glad they cleaned the sofa, it now looks like new.
