This business is NOT A JOKE I don't know how else to say it, but in essence, this service brought in an army of professional cleaners and organizers and completely rejuvenated my house. The amount of detail and effort was unbelievably heroic. They cleaned the ceilings, walls, every crevice, disassembled/cleaned/reassembled my kitchen appliances, moved everything, scrubbed everything, turned the entire house upside down and did a total restoration. My stove was cleaned to the best of my ability, but after they did their magic, the years of baked on oil and grime were erased completely. They recaulked the bathrooms and touched up the paint on the cabinets. What! Toilets were cleaned amazingly well even the inside of the tanks. They completely renewed the house. As a result it feels new. There's so much less dust now overall. We didn't have a neglected or dirty house in the first place, but they went so far above and beyond what we were capable of. She came out to give me a quote for the clean not once, but twice because I had some additional questions. The price is definitely much more than your average cleaners because well, Flori isnt your average cleaner. She Flori and her team did a great job cleaning our house and even saved us some money by restoring a dirty/smelly fridge to almost a brand new state. Some appliances needed more attention than she had originally thought but she took her time to ensure it was cleaned and came back the next day to finish other areas she could not get to. TJ cleaned our home twice. He was professional and did a great job. Flori was efficient with the walkthrough and took the time to discuss our cleaning needs. My 1 star review ultimately does not review their ability to clean - I can find another company that provides great cleaning. My 1 star review is in regards to Flori's customer service. Inquiring with TJ if the company cleans office spaces, he says yes and gives my husband his number - my husband had asked TJ if he had a business card so that my husband could provide the customer with the company's business card, but TJ said no, and gave my husband his number. TJ giving out his number in the first place is an internal issue, not the customers' - regardless if my husband asked for it or not. This all happened at the end of our 2nd cleaning. 1 month later, 2 days before our scheduled monthly cleaning appointment, Flori sends both of us a text message indicating that TJ told Flori that my husband asked TJ for his personal number for future scheduling. She then proceeded to explain how she works hard to train her employees, how hard she worked to build a reputable business, that her employees are paid significantly higher than minimum wage, and how she feels disrespected by our unprofessionalism and cancelled any further cleanings. We requested that she called us so that we can discuss her concerns further and she proceeded to text us saying that further discussion was not happening and said she will continue to hold respect for us - however, this whole process was incredibly disrespectful and very unprofessional. Flori did not give the customer the opportunity to discuss the matter further with her. She made her decision based on what her employee said to her and that was it. I will never deny her employees provide great cleaning services - however, your company is really only as good as your customer service skills. It is how the company addresses issues/problems/concerns that truly show the company's true colors. I truly hope that Flori can take this review and the other 1 and 2 star reviews and learn how she can make changes personally and professionally.
