Great Service. Cleaned 20+ window inside and outdoors in less than 2 hours. Victor and Crew were friendly and explained everything they did. Quick and easy to set up the appt as well. Windows look great! read more

I had used this window company at least a half dozen times before this incident, but I will never use them again. I am a builder and I build custom homes and have used this company to clean my windows after the completion of a new project. I scheduled the appointment a week in advance because my home was about to be listed for sale. The crew arrived more than an hour late with only two people and then had to immediately leave and return 3 hours later with additional workers. Mind you I had told them how many windows they were and they have already cleaned this Home two previous times, but fine. They eventually cleaned the windows using the wrong water tank. Instead of soft water, they used an empty tank with hard water, leaving spotting across every window in my home. The company acknowledged the mistake and promised to correct it. They returned two days later, after several phone calls, but completed only about 25%. The weekend passed, and although an employee called the following Monday to say they had not forgotten about me, another full day went by without anyone actually scheduling the remaining work. At this point, a week has passed since the original appointment. I texted the company and asked for a refund for the unfinished portion of the job. I also asked them not to continue calling me. Between arriving late, initially sending an insufficient crew, damaging the appearance of every window with hard-water spotting, and now requiring what would have been a third visit to complete one job, I could no longer wait, especially with the house about to go on the market. What happened next was the most disturbing part. Rather than having the owner contact me, apologize, and issue a refund, the company had the employee call and text me, saying the mistake was "on him" and that he would be fired if I did not allow him to return and finish the work. I ultimately told the employee to keep the money because I was not going to participate in an owner placing that kind of pressure on an employee over a legitimate mistake. Mistakes happen. Using the wrong tank happens, but it could have been resolved my prioritizing mistakes and making them right. Failing to prioritize the correction, and then making the employee's job contingent upon my allowing yet another visit, was completely unacceptable. After being a repeat customer for years, I will never use this company again. read more

I called Victor to clean my rain gutters and they were able to get me in before the rains came. I especially was grateful because they didn't get anything on my windows. Also I had Victor and the crew back to put up our Christmas lights. This was a first time we hired someone to do this for us. They were prompt, organized, and very professional. We were very pleased. read more

I recommend this company for their good communication (Amy is great), and knowledge in what they do. They work fast, but it felt a little too fast. I was given an ETA window of 10am-noon. They arrived close to 1:00 pm. It threw off my schedule but I didn't get upset because they kept contacting with me updates on their ETA. When they arrived they told me that they can finish the job quickly so that I wouldn't lose my afternoon. They did indeed finish fast, but I wish they arrived on time so it wouldn't have to be a rush job. I feel like the quality was good, but maybe could have been better. read more

Professional experience from start to finish! Kept us informed about their arrival time even though they still showed up within the original time window. Wore shoe covers the entire time, didn't even have to ask. Followed the special instructions for our pets, got the job done quickly and everything looked perfect afterward. Absolutely worth it, would hire them again without hesitation. read more

From start to finish, Orange Window Cleaning were great to work with. Victor came on site at our house with the crew as we were first-time customers. He offered to power-clean some additional areas for a reasonable add-on cost, and we accepted that opportunity, as they were truly needed! We were very happy with the results of the window washing & all the power washing yesterday. Just as promised, the crew was very thorough and very respectful of our property, everything was put back in place. I know they ran out of time for replacing some of the stuff in the backyard, but we also extended the time of our service unexpectedly for them. Anyway, we are very happy and if anybody asks me about window washing or power washing services, I'll certainly mention Victor and the Orange Window Cleaning crew. read more

Orange Window Cleaning is THE BEST! They provided much more than I had any reason to expect. Of course, they did an excellent job cleaning the windows and screens, but they also power washed the entire house and driveway. The house looks freshly painted again! For anyone thinking window cleaning is expensive (and I used to believe this), consider it took 5 people 5 hours, and they were working full speed the entire time. And, the results were very well worth it! read more

Another great job by the crew of four. On time and got it done on time. Good communication and reasonably priced.

I have used Orange Window Cleaning a few times for post construction cleaning and they never disappoint me. Their attention to detail is amazing. We had left the plastic film on the new windows way too long and the team had their work cut out for them. They had to use tons of solvents, steel wool and sheer man power to get the windows clean. After a nine hour day, the trucks were loaded and the owner did a job walk he noticed a few smudges and had his team unload the truck and redo a couple of windows. I was willing to let it go but he insisted on leaving the job looking it's best. I will always call them for my window cleaning needs. read more

Victor, Junior and team are true professionals from beginning to end. My roof, gutters and windows are sparking clean. They even cleaned internal french doors and bathroom mirrors as a bonus. I'm glad I chose them after doing my research, knowing they would be on the roof, scraping out gutters and walking throughout the house with water, soap and shoes. They took great care to wear shoe covers indoors as well as on our outdoor limestone floors. They were mindful of our tile roof, gutters, beautiful wallpaper, drapes and hardwood floors that could easily be damaged without proper care and consideration. . They were polite, timely, paid attention to detail and their prices were fair. A quality company I'm looking forward to having again and again. read more
