Very very unprofessional group. I used Orange Window Cleaning since 2021, but since 2022 I guess there was a change in management, or they got a new partner, and their service took a dive. Here are my examples: 2021: Great service and technician removed all the screen and clean all the windows and screen perfectly and went on the ladder and clean my windows 20 ft up and remove all the spot, took him 2-3 hours 2022: Technician damage my screens did not take them off, did not go on the ladder to clean upper windows and keep cleaning them from ground, spend 6 hours and did not clean all the rails perfectly because did not remove the screens, but after calling the manager ( Victor) he saw all the damage and mistake , Victor took owner ship of poor technician performance and fixed all the screen and clean all other spots. 2023: I called them to get the quote to wash my house and window, talked to Amy and supposed on the Tuesday, 4th of July Victor come from 2-4pm and provide estimate and Amy told me he will contact me before arrival, even I told them its holiday, she insists that they work, then no one call, and no victor show on that day. Then I told them forget about it, just window cleaning on 7/18/2023, they give me time from 10am-12pm, So I took off from work to stay until 12Pm. I got the call from Amy that they can come at 9 am, I said no problem, I called them at 9:45 am and told them no one here yet and they transfer me to victor and he told me he can come 11:30 am to 12pm after I told me this is 2nd time they doing this to me, they did not care, so I said please cancel today and I no longer going to work with them and also I did recommend at least 10 house to them, but looks like they no longer provide professional service and not respecting customers time. read more

Victor is the owner of this company and his exceptional service, professionalism, and attention to detail is evident from the moment he shows up to give you a quote. He is on the job doing the work with his crew, who by the way, are as amazing as he is. We also hired him to power wash our roof, gutters, as well as the windows. I scheduled window cleaning and was told they could also do some power cleaning on my garage floor because I mentioned I had some rust on my garage floor.I was told that because they have a minimum fee of $250 that the garage floor would be included because It sounded like I didn't have too many windows in my home. When they arrived my continuity of service for electricity did not happen and so I was without electricity. I couldn't open the garage door. They also told me that about half of the upstairs windows couldn't be cleaned unless they walked on my roof which has fragile tiles and the patio roof which I didn't feel comfortable with them walking on. Because I was in a panic about the electricity because I have a pool, and because I didn't want to waste their time, I said just clean the windows that you can. I got electricity and called to see if they could power wash the windows that hadn't been cleaned and if they could also now do the garage floor. I was told that the technician said I wasn't there when they arrived. Not true. I was told that they said they could come inside my house if I had been there because they could remove the screens and clean from inside. Not true. I was there and had a key to my house. If they would've mentioned this I would have been so grateful. Then I was told that they would never include the garage in the $250 fee. Not true. Victor did say they would come and clean the windows that hadn't been cleaned but also put me on the line with his technician for me to debate who was telling the truth. I became uncomfortable and even though I had already paid them I decided I would rather pay another company rather than continue. read more

Loved the fact the owner is a young man pursuing the dream and having his own business . The reason I am giving the 3 stars are based on work performance . They finished the job , however I had to follow up and remind them about a window missed cleaning , no chemicals to remove hard water stains , the screens were dirty . I love the ideas of young owners starting their company and I wanted to support it. They all were friendly and polite, and the estimate was fair. However their performance wasn't close to what I would expect as a 5 star reviews company. They swiped the window rails once with dirty cloth, basically moving the dust into corners. They left some window rails and window frames not even swiped, though his estimate clearly noted: "Window Washing - Deluxe Package (23 windows) Windows cleaned inside and out, tracks, and sills." I called them back and asked the owner, Johnny to clean them as your company standard. Please see the pictures. (Those pictures are taken after they were called back and did turn up AS their standard. I only post few pictures but most of windows rails were like that). Really!? I guess my expectations were too high. I had other window company who cost $150 more (for 23windows) but they left windows spotless. I much rather pay extra to have real cleaning job. Ps.
