Victor and his team do a superb job of cleaning the windows of our home every six months. Their communication is excellent. They arrive on time, are extremely respectful of and careful with the furniture and decor that needs to be moved in order to access the windows, and always put everything back in its place afterward. We have very large, high windows and they are skilled at reaching every one inside and out, leaving all the windows and screens sparkling and bright. We love having all the sunshine stream in and being able to look out our windows with no dirt, grime, spots, or streaks as obstacles to the views. I was quoted $185. The guys showed up on time and did an awesome job. In addition to the windows, they cleaned my window tracks and even pressure washed my garage door. Here's my issue. I was charged $304. That's a huge increase. When the guy came in he (can't recall his name) said it was $34 for each set of french doors. I did the math and I still couldn't understand how he got to $304. He then said, "oh yeah..and I added in a $20 gas surcharge" Even with that "surcharge" the math still didn't work. That said, my windows needed to be done. I decided to give them a try. They did a GREAT job. I think that I might couple of other quotes before having them back. If they are charging me close to the same amount other companies then i would use them again. read more

Excellent service from an adorable husband and wife team. They were reasonable, responsive, quick and efficient. No up selling or wanting to charge me more. He did offer to clean solar panels however. And showed me how dirty they were. I had never thought about that before so went ahead to get them cleaned. Did an OK job after I had to argue and point out cleaning they missed, but would NOT recommend - they tried to charge more for simple, basic and expected cleaning - I had already paid extra for tracks, screens, and "detailed" cleaning and informed them the windows were very dirty - but they still missed basic cleaning calling it something that required "polishing" - I grabbed a rag and it wiped right off - just ridiculous - everyone tries to "nickel and dime" you - it's truly shameful - no pride in doing the job the right way the first time. Just grabbing as much money as possible for the least amount of effort or this concept of "up charging"? Be very clear about what's included or you will get "up charged" for stuff any normal person would think is included - I was happy to pay for more "detailed" cleaning, but to then be told I had to pay more is wrong and dishonest. Every business has a cost of doing business - marketing, tools, equipment, transportation, gas....those costs are included in your fees. So not cool, to give a hard quote on the phone, when you're given all the information on how many windows, type of windows (double pane), google map of home, etc. and you come out and quote $60.00 more because the "cost of gas has gone up and other customers just say "ok", I'll pay the extra money." It sounds to me that's your game plan - quote lower, go out to the job, and quote more, and you plan on most customers agreeing to it... Dishonest really and customers should take note of your game plan in advance. We just got a quote from another window washing company for $100.00 less btw. See ya! read more

I was trying to get a quote from another business with more reviews in Yelp and Yelp sent my quote request to all other businesses including Diamond window when Victor replied quickly and just asked me how many windows I have and gave me a quote that happened to be the lowest. They were on timeeasy to work with, fast and they did a great job inside and outside. I think there were 3 people working on all my 3 story windows. They never pushed me to buy more services or have a contract or a subscription. They simply asked me if I needed a reminder at the end of each season. A decent job on the windows. However, we chose to pressure wash the roof the following week. The dirt flushed off the roof splashed on the windows and some of the dirt and leaves in the gutters was missed. It was a big mess with dirt on our patio and walls. At least Victor came back over to wash some of the windows again. All in all a big waste of money and caused my water bill to double. read more
