I CANNOT RECOMMEND VICTOR This was my third time using Victor and Diamond Window Cleaning. My first two services were exterior-only and went fine, so I trusted them enough to hire him again for interior and exterior cleaning. The initial quote was $480 total -- $312 for cleaning 24 windows plus $160 for 1 hour of power washing. Victor has been to my home before and already knew the distance, yet a $40 trip fee was never disclosed in the original quote. I let it go and didn't make an issue of it. The bigger problem was the quality of the work. A few days later, I opened a window and noticed it was still dirty and dusty. After checking, I found four windows that had not been cleaned at all. I also had to remind Victor multiple times during the service to clean the interior tracks because he kept missing them. We also added screen repairs, bringing the final bill to $822. The repairs took much longer than expected, and about a month later, one of the repaired screens already had a tear. Victor said he would come back to fix it. I've been texting him every week since, and he has completely stopped responding. I understand that mistakes happen, and I'm willing to work with a business when there is an issue. What I expect is professional communication and follow-through. When Victor wanted my business, he responded immediately. Once there was a problem, he stopped responding. I don't like leaving negative reviews, especially after using someone three times, but this level of service and communication is unprofessional. read more

Great service, Victor took his time. Will definitely use again next time. Highly recommend.

Diamond window washing was fantastic. They answered my phone call, setup a good time for me, were clean and careful with my white carpet, cleaned all the window tracks and then obviously windows inside + out. They were super conscientious and they were GREAT on price compared to the last company I used. I HIGHLY recommend this company if you want your windows cleaned. read more

Victor and his partner kept me updated as to their arrival time, and were fast and efficient. My windows and screens look great. The price was fair compared to other bids. I will be using them again. read more

Victor and his team do a superb job of cleaning the windows of our home every six months. Their communication is excellent. They arrive on time, are extremely respectful of and careful with the furniture and decor that needs to be moved in order to access the windows, and always put everything back in its place afterward. We have very large, high windows and they are skilled at reaching every one inside and out, leaving all the windows and screens sparkling and bright. We love having all the sunshine stream in and being able to look out our windows with no dirt, grime, spots, or streaks as obstacles to the views. They are always friendly and thoughtful and charge a fair price for their services. I highly recommend Diamond Window Washing. read more

I was quoted $185. The guys showed up on time and did an awesome job. In addition to the windows, they cleaned my window tracks and even pressure washed my garage door. Here's my issue. I was charged $304. That's a huge increase. When the guy came in he (can't recall his name) said it was $34 for each set of french doors. I did the math and I still couldn't understand how he got to $304. He then said, "oh yeah..and I added in a $20 gas surcharge" Even with that "surcharge" the math still didn't work. That said, my windows needed to be done. I decided to give them a try. They did a GREAT job. I think that I might couple of other quotes before having them back. If they are charging me close to the same amount other companies then i would use them again. read more

I selected Diamond washing based on their active communication and competitive prices for my gutter cleaning. They were punctual and once they arrived they also cleaned my solar panels within reasonable time frame. They missed one side of the gutter and came back 2 weeks later to clean it which I was not expecting. Excellent service from an adorable husband and wife team. They were reasonable, responsive, quick and efficient. No up selling or wanting to charge me more. He did offer to clean solar panels however. And showed me how dirty they were. I had never thought about that before so went ahead to get them cleaned. We are having an event this weekend and since you can see them it was nice to have them cleaned. Maybe it will help with efficiency lol who knows? But they look good! The whole house was done to perfection. Thanks so much! My neighbors saw what an excellent job they were doing and wanted to check them out also. Definitely recommend! read more

Every business has a cost of doing business - marketing, tools, equipment, transportation, gas....those costs are included in your fees. So not cool, to give a hard quote on the phone, when you're given all the information on how many windows, type of windows (double pane), google map of home, etc. and you come out and quote $60.00 more because the "cost of gas has gone up and other customers just say "ok", I'll pay the extra money." It sounds to me that's your game plan - quote lower, go out to the job, and quote more, and you plan on most customers agreeing to it... Dishonest really and customers should take note of your game plan in advance. We just got a quote from another window washing company for $100.00 less btw. See ya! read more

They cleaned my windows, screens, tracks, solar panels and patio gutters. The best window service. Professional and courtesy. The price point for the total service was very reasonable. read more

Did an OK job after I had to argue and point out cleaning they missed, but would NOT recommend - they tried to charge more for simple, basic and expected cleaning - I had already paid extra for tracks, screens, and "detailed" cleaning and informed them the windows were very dirty - but they still missed basic cleaning calling it something that required "polishing" - I grabbed a rag and it wiped right off - just ridiculous - everyone tries to "nickel and dime" you - it's truly shameful - no pride in doing the job the right way the first time. Just grabbing as much money as possible for the least amount of effort or this concept of "up charging"? Be very clear about what's included or you will get "up charged" for stuff any normal person would think is included - I was happy to pay for more "detailed" cleaning, but to then be told I had to pay more is wrong and dishonest. BAD BUSINESS. read more

Window now sparkling clean. Victor and his guy was very professional and worked great with us. Pricing was good. No hidden cost. Ended up referring a neighbor to have their windows cleaned too by them. Thank u read more

Diamond Window Washing is our go to for sparkling clean windows, and way more! Victor has been helping us out for a couple years now and he is consistently punctual, professional, and kind. He was able to do the windows of our three story home with no issues- and at a great price. His ability to do the inside and outside in such a quick amount of time is very convenient, and he is always very considerate while in the house (which is very reassuring especially during Covid). We definitely recommend DWW and you're lucky to have found them! Ask about power washing help too! read more

Great quick help. Professional workers who independently completed the cleaning. Was easy to schedule and work with. 4 stars because the quote said a flat fee but they charged more after the work. Patio rugs were left in a wet state and we were not told, that caused some issues the next day. Overall, good work with the windows. read more

I was trying to get a quote from another business with more reviews in Yelp and Yelp sent my quote request to all other businesses including Diamond window when Victor replied quickly and just asked me how many windows I have and gave me a quote that happened to be the lowest. They were on timeeasy to work with, fast and they did a great job inside and outside. I think there were 3 people working on all my 3 story windows. They never pushed me to buy more services or have a contract or a subscription. They simply asked me if I needed a reminder at the end of each season. I highly recommend them and I would definitely work with them few times a year from now on. read more

Contacted Victor for a quote on a residential house. He immediately got back to me asking for specifics on my place & quoted a very reasonable price. He gave me a 15 minute heads up before arriving at the scheduled time. He surveyed our place and confirmed the quote and got to work. He did an excellent job, our windows are so clear along with the screens. He was very thorough and efficient, highly recommend and will be using him in the future read more
