I am a builder and I build custom homes and have used this company to clean my windows after the completion of a new project. I scheduled the appointment a week in advance because my home was about to be listed for sale. The crew arrived more than an hour late with only two people and then had to immediately leave and return 3 hours later with additional workers. Mind you I had told them how many windows they were and they have already cleaned this Home two previous times, but fine. They eventually cleaned the windows using the wrong water tank. Instead of soft water, they used an empty tank with hard water, leaving spotting across every window in my home. The company acknowledged the mistake and promised to correct it. They returned two days later, after several phone calls, but completed only about 25%. The weekend passed, and although an employee called the following Monday to say they had not forgotten about me, another full day went by without anyone actually scheduling the remaining work. At this point, a week has passed since the original appointment. I texted the company and asked for a refund for the unfinished portion of the job. I also asked them not to continue calling me. Between arriving late, initially sending an insufficient crew, damaging the appearance of every window with hard-water spotting, and now requiring what would have been a third visit to complete one job, I could no longer wait, especially with the house about to go on the market. What happened next was the most disturbing part. Rather than having the owner contact me, apologize, and issue a refund, the company had the employee call and text me, saying the mistake was "on him" and that he would be fired if I did not allow him to return and finish the work. I ultimately told the employee to keep the money because I was not going to participate in an owner placing that kind of pressure on an employee over a legitimate mistake. Mistakes happen. Using the wrong tank happens, but it could have been resolved my prioritizing mistakes and making them right. Failing to prioritize the correction, and then making the employee's job contingent upon my allowing yet another visit, was completely unacceptable. After being a repeat customer for years, I will never use this company again.

My first two services were exterior-only and went fine, so I trusted them enough to hire him again for interior and exterior cleaning. The initial quote was $480 total -- $312 for cleaning 24 windows plus $160 for 1 hour of power washing. Victor has been to my home before and already knew the distance, yet a $40 trip fee was never disclosed in the original quote. I let it go and didn't make an issue of it. The bigger problem was the quality of the work. A few days later, I opened a window and noticed it was still dirty and dusty. After checking, I found four windows that had not been cleaned at all. I also had to remind Victor multiple times during the service to clean the interior tracks because he kept missing them. We also added screen repairs, bringing the final bill to $822. The repairs took much longer than expected, and about a month later, one of the repaired screens already had a tear. Victor said he would come back to fix it. I've been texting him every week since, and he has completely stopped responding. I understand that mistakes happen, and I'm willing to work with a business when there is an issue. What I expect is professional communication and follow-through. When Victor wanted my business, he responded immediately. Once there was a problem, he stopped responding. I don't like leaving negative reviews, especially after using someone three times, but this level of service and communication is unprofessional.
