I had made an appointment for an estimate with Cole. Cole did not show up when he said he would and I didn't hear from him for two days later. I specifically asked Cole to please let me know if you're not gonna show up, and he didn't. It would have been nice to get a courtesy call if he was not going to show up for whatever reason. Businesses have to realize that everybody is busy not to waste their time by not showing up. I went with another company they showed up when they said they would, and they got the job that would have probably went to Cole. read more

A year later, these guys sent me an email insisting that I had scheduled an appointment that I never scheduled. Be aware - if you use their service they are going to sign you up for an annual plan whether you want it or not and aren't going to inform you of that. They apologized and assured me it would never happen again, and then what do you know - TWO YEARS LATER they scheduled another automatic appointment that I never asked for. When I emailed them to tell them not to come, their email was disabled. When I responded to the text telling them not to come, there was no response. When I clicked on the link in the text, there was no way to cancel this appointment they apparently scheduled for me. If they show up, I'm calling the cops. Don't use these guys, they were nice in person and did okay work but the aftermath of their services is sketchy as hell and will cause you far more inconvenience and worry than you need in your life. read more

Cole and team did a great job for a reasonable price, and their service was exceptional. They arrived on time and took great care and made my place look so much brighter with crystal-clear windows and a clean patio. The before and after is amazing. I have two sliding doors and another floor-to-ceiling window that had lots of hard water stains. The window is now crystal clear, but turned out that some of the calcification on the sliders was inside the double-paned glass and they'll need to be replaced. Cole offered to deduct the cost of that part of the job even though they worked long and hard to get them as clean as possible. I had Robert come by to wash my very dirty windows and they look amazing! I feel bad though...they were filthy (!!!!) and it took longer than anticipated to finish the job, but he stayed until they were done (even though it was dark by then!).
