Day before install we decided to switch colors to black and Omar was more than accommodating. Although Ron did not push it, I added the stainless screens on top of most gutter runs because we have lots of leaves from a Long Beach City tree and needles from our row of tall junipers. Then on day to repair poked holes in the gutters that weren't there before. Two, the estimate had no discount offered which was unexpected. I reached out to Alexander and he said management would re-estimate. We never heard from your company again. Three, the original (undiscounted) estimate was $43,000 for copper ( 130 linear feet plus 90 downspout) or $200 a linear ft. $7,800 for aluminum. $200 a ft for copper is 5 times what we paid another company. Please stick to the truth in your replies.
