Day before install we decided to switch colors to black and Omar was more than accommodating. We chose to go with Supreme Seamless with David Lugo Smith. From the start, David was great with communication via text message and very accommodating. When he came to the house he clearly explained our options for styles of gutters and leaf screens, and how he would direct the water away from our foundation. This was a two-day project which involved removing the gutters one day, waiting several weeks while the house was painted, and installing the new gutters on a second day. It was complicated by the fact that the old gutters were installed under a layer of old concrete tile, that was under the terracotta tile. The old gutters had to be cut off to avoid damaging the tile roof. Some of the other gutter companies declined to do the removal. David and Team showed up on time each morning. They kept everything clean and tidy at the end of every shift. They had to navigate a tricky tile roofline. Throughout the two days, they demonstrated excellent attention to detail. I am a bit (a lot) of a perfectionist, almost to a fault - I was constantly inspecting the work, trying to find something to complain about. I couldn't find anything but diligent, professional, meticulous work from a friendly, polite, hard-working, and courteous crew. I can't say enough about the work they did. A lot of people (like myself at first lol), think gutters are just a simple add-on, but after dealing with overflowing water during these recent storms, staining on the siding, and water pooling near the foundation, we realized how critical they really are. We spent a lot of time researching before choosing this company, and I'm glad we did. From the very beginning, they took the time to really walk us through everything. They inspected the home and how water was moving across the roofline and off the house. What stood out immediately was his expertise and knowledge of the sheet metal trade. One of our biggest concerns going into the project was durability and long-term performance. We didn't want something that would just work for a couple of years and then start sagging, overflowing, or leaking. They discussed several material options with us, but also spent time explaining the advantages of copper gutters. I really appreciated that they weren't pushy about it, they simply explained the pros and cons. The copper option was fascinating to learn about. Not only does copper have an incredible lifespan compared to other materials, but it also develops that classic patina over time which actually protects the metal while giving the house a really beautiful look. We had always noticed copper gutters on older high-end homes and historic properties but never realized how functional they are as well. They explained that copper resists corrosion extremely well and, when installed properly, can last decades longer than typical gutter systems. It was a no brainer and the copper is what we decided to move forward with. I really appreciated the fact that they treated the project like a long-term solution rather than a quick installation. The finished result looks fantastic. The gutters blend well with the house and, most importantly, they actually work the way they should. During the last rainstorm we had, the water flowed smoothly through the system with no issues whatsoever. Overall, if someone is looking for a gutter company that actually understands drainage, installation quality, and material options (including higher-end systems like copper), I would absolutely recommend Brent and his team. I wanted to sing praises for Luis Martinez and @SqueakyServiceTeam (https://www.facebook.com/SqueakyServiceTeam) for helping me out during the hardest time of my life. I have been grieving a deeply personal loss this past week. When I saw Luis' post about charity cleaning services for those going through hard times, I was compelled to reach out because I wanted to do something nice for my mom when she comes back from abroad. Something about Luis just told me that I could trust him and look to him as a source of community. He was so kind, friendly, and personable. I felt so comforted during every interaction. He talked to me about myself and about his own journey through life in between cleaning the interior windows of our house. Squeaky Service does window cleaning, pressure washing, exterior soft washing, and more. Luis offered to clean the interior/exterior windows, as well as the exterior of the house itself. I can attest that Luis and his crewmate do an excellent, thorough job. Luis came onto the site himself and got down to business. What a scam, this company is totally not worth it. I'm sorry to have to write such a horrible review but I'm 100% not happy with the services they provided. I just moved into a beautiful brand new home that we needed deep cleaned. The 4 man crew that was sent made promises that made them seem too good to be true. After, I walked into the house I found debris on the floor, dust on the light fixtures, streaked windows, dirty sinks, & dust all around the door posts. I had asked them to clean the garage and found steaks of dirt where they obviously hurriedly cleaned and left still dirty. I immediately called in about my complaints and was told I would be contacted to clear up the mistakes. I never received a call back, no apology, no offer to come back to re-clean. They cashed my $550 check and never returned any of my follow up calls. They claim to be 100% guaranteed, do not be fooled by this promise. I decided to call another company (Irene's European House Cleaning Service) a 2 person crew, $200.00 and they got the job done right the first time. They provided a squeaky clean service that these imposters could not provide. read more
