I had such a great experience with Luis and his crew at Loyal Exterior Cleaning! They did an amazing job cleaning our roof, washing all our windows, and cleaning the concrete and pergola. Our home looks so much cleaner and refreshed! Luis and his team were professional, hardworking, and really paid attention to the details. You can tell they truly care about doing a great job and not just rushing. We're very happy with the results and would definitely recommend Loyal Exterior Cleaning to anyone! read more

Clean gutter cleaning, pictures to show up, and cleaned up the mess left behind. I was very satisfied with Luis work and attention to detail

Big shout out to Eduardo for washing our windows. They are so super clean that it looks like I could jump through them. I initially contacted this company through Yelp and received a price estimate which was really helpful and convenient. I was also able to schedule my service on their website and I followed up with them via phone. On the day of the service, Eduardo texted us and told us his estimated time of arrival. When he arrived, he was very friendly, efficient, and got the job done in a couple of hours. We will definitely be using the service again. We should've done this long time ago!! read more

The one star is for their good communication and friendly attitude, but their service was way below expectation and unprofessional, especially for the gutter cleaning which they made a mess on my backyard and had to quit the job. I was told that they were going to scope out the dirt in the gutter by hand, but, instead, they used pressure washer to push the dirt out and the dirt landed into my pool and everywhere in my backyard. They were gonna keep going if I didn't tell them to stop. They then told us they couldn't do the gutter anymore because they didn't know any other way to clean it besides using pressure washer. They cleaned up the backyard at the end but they couldn't clean the pool. Luis did offer to pay my pool guy for the extra work that he might need to do and, yes, it is extra work for me and my pool guy as a result of the failed gutter cleaning service. To be fair, for window cleaning they did a good job on the glass surface. I couldn't see any dirt or water marks, but some of the tracks could be better. Check out the pictures and you'll understand what I mean. Before the service, I was expecting clean windows and clean gutters, but in the end, I have clean windows, dirty gutters, and a dirty pool. read more

My backyard has not clean for long time finally decided to start enjoy the yard. Look at few companies and came across a company that's half the price of this one but every text I've sent took hours to reply so decided to search another company. Came across this one and owner Luis responded within minutes but the price he quoted was outta my budget compare to another company. I still decided to hire Squeaky Service hoping they will do a good job clean my backyard. They showed up on time and the service well worth the price, given the worker a can of sparking can water and 15% tip. Awesome job worth every penny, would definitely hire them again. Highly recommended to anyone. read more

My go-to cleaning crew from now on! These guys were so friendly and quickly responded to give me a quote and schedule our service. We had to make a few last minute changes and they were so gracious and accommodating. Not to mention the quality of the work. You can tell they really go above and beyond the status quo to make sure they get the spaces cleaned properly so they stay cleaner for longer! I've spent hours scrubbing the grout on my kitchen floor and I never even came close to what these guys were able to do in half the time! I just want to say I appreciate Luis reaching out to me. unfortunately there was a big misunderstanding of thinking he shut me off when I came to him with my concerns of the job done. We were able to come to a solution. Luis took responsibility for what his team could have done and we both discussed there could have been other small factors contributing to my dissatisfaction. While Luis and his team didn't get to come back to clean my house due to I had someone else come in before he came back from his trip I do believe his team could live up to their 5 star review. read more

I found out about Squeeky Service through a Facebook post I made in search for a cleaning company that could help out with a small business that I help manage. Luis kept an open communication the entire time, and I really appreciate the quick response time along with the professionalism he displayed. Luis was very accommodating and actually ended up doing me a favor by helping me out with some detailing that I was requesting for. Thank you Squeaky Service and Luis for the work that you put in for our store and again for being so accommodating. I did not book their service as things came up but I am reviewing for their customer service and responsiveness to questions and concerns. It was a lengthy communication back and forth due to budget and uncertainty with my move and needed cleaners but Luis was very understanding and wasn't pushy to have me book with them. He responds back in a timely manner and ensure the quote he gave me was something I agree with. I highly recommend them for their customer service because you will definitely be taken care of from start to finish. I do feel bad I did not book their service but the customer service makes me keep them in mind for future needs. read more

Really glad I found this company! We have an infestation of pigeons and they were pooping all over our backyard. They were willing to clean all of it and even offered another service which we are definitely interested in. They came exactly on the dot of what I was told. Luis was also super kind. Our back looks so clean! They cleaned up the poop as well as a dead pigeon and pressure washed our entire back. It is definitely worth the money. Thanks again!! read more

Luis and Lalo are amazing! We hired them to cleaning our office windows and house exterior wall & window cleaning. They are experiencing and the result over expectation. Lalo works very careful, we saw how they worked and we definitely would recommend them to anyone needs great job. Our window screen got ripped while they clean it but it's not their fault. The edge got burned by sun for years and Luis notify us before they started. Even Lalo try to carefully avoid it but it still broken. However Lalo replaced for us with no charge so they are totally reliable. Talk to Luis if you are not satisfied they will fix for you. You can trust their work! read more

My gutter was blocked and gushing water over my front door causing flooding inside my house. Squeaky service answered my call, had a quote for me on the phone, and was at my house in less than 24 hours. This was our first time using Squeaky Service. My wife searched the internet for a dependable window cleaning company. We ended up going with Squeaky Service. I must say our windows look outstanding. Lalo was A+.. He took his time and didn't rush through the job. We had 16 windows to clean. We haven't had our windows serviced in over two years, so you can imagine how filthy they were. I'm not usually one to leave reviews unless I'm really impressed or angry, but Squeaky Services did such a great job at my house in glendora! I didn't think my windows were that bad, but when cleaning, the guys took the time to show me the difference between the before and after and just WOW! They were super friendly, helpful, and attentive throughout the entire process and even offered to help me take some trash out when they saw me cleaning around the house. Big thanks to Luis and Crew, I am a recipient of his giving back to the community. This house is still on its original paint, I could never figure out how to clean upstairs windows outside as well as its roof and exterior walls- for safety and I-would-not-know what I am doing reasons. Luis responds quickly, communicated well, is courteous and carefully took his time to do a diligent job. I always thought painting is the only option to care for the house until I had his service he generously offered for me and my family. Decades of moss, algae, icky stuff covering the roof is gone, as well as on our exterior walls, left our windows shiny and driveways bright and clean. You warmed our hearts, Luis and Crew, in this time and place where it is so hard to find one who has the heart to give, Luis does. You made our home a happier place for me and my kids. Thank you so much! read more

Great job on my windows! Thank you for your help. Will definitely use your service again. Highly recommend Squeaky Services.

I found Squeaky here on Yelp and decided to give them a call after reading several reviews where they say Luis and his guys get in, get out and do a thorough job. I booked them for a deep clean of my condo, meaning everything high and low plus the windows inside and out. They did a great job on my windows. High and low means ALL surfaces cleaned, furniture vacuumed, stairs vacuumed, floors vacuumed and mopped, bathrooms, kitchen counters plus cabinets cleaned outside, top of fridge, ceiling fan, light fixtures, cobwebs in stairwell and ceiling corners, baseboards and thorough dusting, etc. When I walked in they were just finishing up...a crew of 4 young guys busy busy busy. Luis was busy on the windows! They did a pretty damn good job, WAY better than any of those hourly maids or Handy-type platform services do. Luis is not cheap, but he is a young guy with a well planned business model, he trusts his guys (they are his lifelong friends) and they are motivated young men. read more

The team did a thorough job cleaning and they were very efficient. They took just a couple of hours to clean my area that has a lot of nicknacks to dust. I had a great experience with this company. I have a two-story house with, what I believe to be, a couple hard Windows to get to. I also have a couple french cutouts which take longer to clean. The guys showed up on time, they were super friendly and patient with me when I didn't have my dogs sequestered upon their arrival. The windows look incredible. It was $277 to do all of my windows, the tracks, the screens, and the window sills. It took them about 3 hours to get everything done. Absolutely loved their service and will recommend them to others. read more
