My family and I recently bought a new house and were in great need of power washing, gutter cleaning and solar panel washing services. I received 3 quotes from Yelp and this place came in with the most reasonable price without any frills/fancy things. Straight up good cleaning service. I originally had an appointment for the 6th but Luis Jr. called a couple days earlier to ask if we can reschedule for 5/8th instead. It worked with our schedule and I greatly appreciated him giving me a heads up days before. On Saturday, Mr. Luis, Luis jr and his son in law (so sorry, I am having a brain fart) showed up promptly at 8am. Started setting up for gutter cleaning, solar panel cleaning and then house power wash services. The windows we inherited with the house were 10-20 years old. Off track and did not align, had leaks. I informed them of us before power washing and they made sure someone was in the house monitoring if there was water coming in. I greatly appreciated this. Mr. Luis also offered to clean the windows after but since we are switching them all our, I let him know it wasn't necessary. His son in law told me he just wants to make sure we as the owners are happy with their work. As Luis Jr. was gutter cleaning, he provided us some tips and tricks for gutter maintenance that wouldn't break the bank. Awesome teaching and recommendations! They were all hard working, humble, had great communication with each other and us the owners, had a friendly attitude, efficiently worked together, was knowledgeable of how to safely navigate to ensure safe work around the house, provided the most reasonable pricing and cleaned up well after themselves. Our house looks and feels so much better! I am very happy with the service they provided and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to give their exterior/solar panels/gutters a very nice and thorough once over. Fantastic!! Luis and his family were wonderful to work with. They squeezed us into their tight schedule because we were on a timeline and they went above and beyond despite the time constraint. We have a 1911 home with original wood windows and screens, and they were extremely careful when handling the windows and made them sparkle. Then, for over a week, the responses to my texts to set up a date, were sporadic & slow. Finally, a date was confirmed. The scheduled time frame was between 11am - noon. At 11:55 I received a phone call, that they were running late, and that they would be at my place in about 45 minutes. They should have called me earlier to tell me this.
