He was running a bit late from an earlier job but kept us updated the whole time, which I really appreciated. Despite the late start, he still finished right on time. He was very professional and so accommodating with our pets, which made the whole experience stress-free. As a bonus, Craig noticed that some of our window panes had shifted and took the time to explain the issue and advise us to call our warranty company. We were prepping our condo for sale and requested quotes for the windows. Mr. Ortiz responded the same day with an estimate, had a great price, and happened to be able to squeeze our job in the very next day. He took all the Covid precautions, mask, booties, gloves, plus was constantly wiping and cleaning as he worked. Highly recommended! Craig did an excellent job glistening up all of our windows and I couldn't have been more satisfied. We bought an old property and I wouldn't have been surprised if I was told the last owners had never washed their windows. We ended up replacing most of them for soundproofing but the master bedroom had large, vaulted windows that didn't make sense to replace. They were caked with decades of grime and debris from move-in construction. In comes Craig, and he got them sparkling in no time. He cleaned up the other windows nicely as well. I asked Craig on short notice to come and clean windows inside and out on a home that had not been cleaned in some time-the windows were dirty some with calcium build up.
