Omar completed my lights on my home. I wasn't happy with them because they did not have tracks. They were just dangling. Called him 24 hours later and advised they were an eye sore. He stayed there was nothing he could do to make them appealing unless I paid him approx 2,000 more and he had never installed tracks. After he learned I was unhappy with his service, he avoided several calls and began texting me. Now he is advertising tracks to go on the lights the way I requested minds to be done. His business card says 909 light pro and I questioned that he said he was in the process of changing the name and it was really 909 clean up. A Joe is now advertising his business. Omar talks a good game but doesn't honor his work or do what he promises to do. Totally disappointed in my lights. 909 clean up and 909 light pro won't do your job right they will come back with excuses upon completion. See photos below of work done. I am now looking for a company to remove these lights and install appropriately with the tracks. read more

909 Clean Up - Omar on the job! - Solar Panel Cleaning Near Me

Agreed to do my backyard with lights but then said they cant do a portion of the backyard even though on the contract they wrote up they said they can. Then Omar tells me that im begging for a discount when they are texting me for buisness and to sign the contract at 9 PM at night. Dont fall for the empty promises that they even state in thier contract. They are full of it and cant even write up a contract correctly, would not recommend to anyone read more

Alvaro was servicing a neighbors home and offered to do ours. From his friendly professionalism, being insured, having experience with roofing, and seeing his reviews here verifying his work I hired him to clean our solar and then seeing his quality hired him to do all our windows where he had a partner join. Each job was done with tender care, attention to detail, respect for property, and using the correct equipment and products like lime away on windows and just soft water and brush on the solar to ensure no buildup and give efficiently to the unit. He took photos and videos to show the before and after. Alvaro is honest, knowledgeable, affordable, and has a huge passion and pride in his work guaranteeing satisfaction. There's some other tasks like power washing I will likely hire him agian for. Thank you! read more

Of all the companies I have researched and the countless quotes I have received, I decided to take a chance on Omar and Alvaro at 909 Clean Up. Let me tell you, it was the best decision I made! I picked up the phone to call for an initial consultation and right away, they were quick, friendly, honest and transparent. I requested pricing for solar panel cleaning, window cleaning, and power washing of my house/concerete. Prices were actually fair for the value and so I decided to take a chance on them. As soon as we agreed on a price and appointment day, they showed up and inspected the property to ensure both the accuracy and validity of prices. A few hours later, I was blown away by how fast and clean they were able to clean my solar panels, windows, and my concrete in the back. Their attention to detail is top notch and I could not be more happier of the end result. Thank you again Omar and Alvaro! I appreciate you both and will continue to do business with you guys. read more

Omar knocked on our door this morning, introducing himself and his business, letting us know about his solar panel & window cleaning services...it was perfect timing! Our area gets a lot of wind, and with it comes dust and dirt, and we were overdue for a good cleaning! Omar did an awesome job with high quality service, and for an excellent price! We're very glad he stopped by today and will definitely use him again in the future. Thanks Omar! read more

I don't generally work with companies that approach me on my door step. That being said, I had a different feeling when the team stopped by and asked to clean my windows and solar panels. Call it timing, call it fate, but we needed both things done to our house and had been thinking about it for a while. Not only did the team arrive at the time they committed, the work was done professionally and within their time estimates. I have a steep roof and they safely navigated the cleaning. The results were very striking as they properly took before and after pictures. We are now having them quote us on pressure washing our house as well. Highly recommend them as a good option. read more

It was a pleasure working with Omar. My solar panels looked fantastic after he finished. Great service!

Alvaro and his team are extremely honest, hard workers and diligent. He showed up on time for the appointment and started right away. I had him clean 30 of my windows and screens for my home and my 23 panel solar panels. He was very thorough and efficient and when I look out my windows now, I have to check to see if my screen is still there because all the dust and dirt were meticulously washed away and I can see right through my windows now. My solar panels now generate optimum solar production for the summer so that I can maximize the energy that I get to store into my Powerwall and excess credit back into the grid to help lower my electric bill. He charged a very fair price for his world class quality of work. I'll definitely be using his business every season. read more

Good work done cleaning all the windows as best as possible. Very professional and on time.

I have never had my solar panels cleaned before. Omar went up to my second story roof and took a video to show me how dirty they were. Sure enough there was a thick layer of dirt and dust on my solar panels. Once he was done he showed me the video of my solar panels and they were completely shiny and clean to help optimize my solar power generation. But not only was the work high quality, Omar was very courteous and professional, which is hard to find these days. He explained to me what he was using to do the cleaning and he even cleaned some spider webs from the ceiling of my front porch area without me asking. It was truly a pleasure working with Omar and I highly recommend him and 909 Clean Up! read more

Elias stopped by while he was in the area to see if we might be interested in their window cleaning service. He was friendly and accommodating. I could tell he's hardworking and trying to provide us with the service that meets our needs - based on how he answered my questions. I appreciated that. (Seeing a post before mine--) I didn't feel harassed and prefer an over-explanation to an under-explanation of their service and why they're here, knocking on my door. I'm sure if I said no, he would've understood and left. On the day of service, there was some delay for the team to arrive -- which can happen if they booked back to back to squeeze in appointments. But that didn't affect us much since we were home. If you plan to be in and out of your home, you may want to coordinate carefully. I mainly communicated with Elias via text and he was quick to respond. When they arrived a team of three arrived and they were all very efficient and effective. Took them less than 1.5 hours to get all our windows and sliding doors. All the external sides of the windows and screens were dust free and clean. They were able to remove the screens from the outside. If I had to run errands I didn't necessarily need to be home since the job doenst require you to interact with them. Maybe just in the beginning to let the crew in. Overall, satisfied with their window and screen cleaning service. They're professional and efficient and great with communication. I would definitely recommend them. Wishing this team good luck! read more
