I could tell he's hardworking and trying to provide us with the service that meets our needs - based on how he answered my questions. I appreciated that. (Seeing a post before mine--) I didn't feel harassed and prefer an over-explanation to an under-explanation of their service and why they're here, knocking on my door. I'm sure if I said no, he would've understood and left. On the day of service, there was some delay for the team to arrive -- which can happen if they booked back to back to squeeze in appointments. But that didn't affect us much since we were home. If you plan to be in and out of your home, you may want to coordinate carefully. Took them less than 1.5 hours to get all our windows and sliding doors. All the external sides of the windows and screens were dust free and clean.
