Don't engage with this company; do some research and think twice. I called, set up an appointment to have our solar panels cleaned; got the quote, agreed to the work, scheduled the date and time. Got a call a few hours before the scheduled work was to be done and the company cancelled saying the had a part failure and couldn't meet our needs. Normally this is no big deal, inconvenient yea but nothing out of the ordinary. I spoke with Jess, the owner, he said he would reach back out when the new part was available and they would complete the agreed upon work. It's been 3 weeks and communication from the company, so I called Jess, no answer, texted and still haven't heard from them. Apparently I'm not that important of a customer. read more

All I can say is this company is "AWESOME/ PROFESSIONAL" My house has been neglected and the windows and screens were a mess. Not to mention I had black algae on some of my exterior stucco walls. I paid a small amount more to deep clean the windows but boy was it worth it. Jess the owner takes pride in his work. Was on the job as it was being completed. Now let me tell you what I had done---House was power washed with a soft wash method as to not damage the stucco walls. The solution was biodegradable and applied to clean and soften the dirt. They applied same solution directly on the black algae and BAM it was gone!!!! After solution on the house was done a high volume of water was then applied not high pressure( so not to damage any exterior surface.) Now that this was done the meticulous job of cleaning all the windows and screens were next. House feels new again. Oh and the few screens that were damaged he took to his shop and fixed for me for a very reasonable price. After All was said and done I found out that he also does Christmas light installation. Jess, Dave and Earvin came to my 4500 sq. ft. lake house in Big Bear to clean my 100+ windows. I was impressed with them for many reasons. 1) First and foremost, they were professional, straight-forward with pricing* and details, and they did a great, thorough, careful job. My windows were sparkling clean when they left. (*Their price was very competitive with my 2nd & 3rd choice). 2) They are licensed and bonded. In this day and age of our litigious society, it's good that everyone is protected. 3) I have windows that are at incredible heights, and getting ladders around my house isn't easy. I really liked that they use a water-fed-pole system with reverse osmosis water. It eliminated the need for them to get on high ladders outside the house. I didn't believe it could actually clean my windows until I saw it. It works amazingly! 4) I gave them fairly short notice, and not only did they make some adjustments to work me into their schedule, they also took time out of their Sunday to drive up to Big Bear (from Corona...a 90 minute drive) to check out the job in order to give me an accurate quote. 5) They suggested a great product which they applied at a good price that prevents water spots on my lake-facing glass fencing that lines our deck. 6) They also did the windows in my attic, on my garage, and my whole garage door!
