From the first call, Oscar was very responsive, professional, and friendly! A handful of neighbors used him already, so I decided to give him a call. He was priced pretty comparable to other quotes I've received but decided to go with him because we felt he was honest and was able to get the job done sooner. He installed the wire mesh and put repellent so the birds wouldn't land on my roof. I happened upon Oscar from Vic Max while he was working in the area. We were desperate for help as our panels and roof were soiled and infested by pigeon refuse. Oscar came in and thoroughly investigated the issue and offered us a quote at no cost, which was no quick task. He was completely transparent and honest about the situation and fairly priced. Ultimately, we contracted him to clean the roof and install bird-proofing around the panel to prevent nesting from underneath. Oscar saturated the bird droppings with a disinfecting agent before washing out the refuse. He found multiple bird nests underneath the panels which he removed and relocated as delicately as possible. He installed mesh guarding around the panels securely, in a manner that would not void any solar panel warranties. The completed guarding looks very well done.
