I put in a request for solar panel cleaning. They happened to have a person in the area of Tustin and in 30 min Matt was at my doorstep. He knocked out 14 panels and two skylights. It was amazing to see how much dirt and grime was removed. Mother nature and the rains don't do enough to clean in the winter =). I would recommend OCD and will consider them for our windows next time. read more

Cancelled on me 20 minutes before arrival time and wasted 2+ hours of my time driving out to meet them. EDIT: Here is a screenshot - he claimed he did not know that I was meeting him there which is dishonest. For reference, minutes after he sent that message he cancelled altogether and suggested service the following day. Yes minutes after. Lastly, please look at his message to a potential customer and unhinged behavior and think about if you want to do business with somebody like this. read more

I paid $600 for 2 guys to wash windows for less than 4 hours. They broke a screen into pieces which I said was ok but then discovered after they left that they had broken a glass pane in one of the lanterns on the side of the house. But I have to show video evidence or they won't repair it. They also left mud in some of the tracks and forgot a window completely. Don't use these guys. Plenty of window washers out there who do just as good a job without all the hassle. These guys are awful. Added some photos because I left the phone call yelling a curse word because of his snarky attitude and the implication that I am lying. And yes he was insisting on video footage . read more

Had solar panel cleaning done early yesterday morning. Fast, professional service. Best of all, excellent results. My panels were producing an average of 60.9 kWh per day this month. Yesterday, the same panels produced 79.6 kWh after the cleaning. That's a 30% improvement! Even at a modest 42c/kWh rate, that comes to an extra $7.85 in dollar production per day. read more

We needed our windows cleaned badly- Andrew was very responsive and replied within minutes of my inquiry. He provided the quote along with replacement of 9 screens! Very reasonable, on time and his crew did a good job. The only constructive criticism is the inside window rails had to be wiped again (I had to catch them before they left- I didn't check prior) due to the crew having to wash the outside a 2nd time. The windows look fantastic ! Highly recommend. read more

OCD replied to my inquiry, right away and we discussed my budget and timeline. I needed my windows and power washing done within the week, as I was hosting guests. Not only did the team arrive early but they stayed as late as they needed to to get the job done. As my friends and family can attest to, I have very high standards so am often disappointed when contractors do not meet my expectations. Andrew and his team not only exceeded my expectations but they didn't break the bank while doing so. Give them a try and you will see CLEARLY. read more

OCD Window Cleaning - After all this rain messing up my windows, I can finally see out of them thanks to Andrew and his crew! - Window Washing Near Me

Andrew and his team were professional from beginning to the end. He promptly answered my email and came by later in the afternoon to give me a quote which I thought was reasonable. His crew came on time and was very polite. They took off their shoes while they were in the house and were very gentle with taking the screens off. It took them 6 hours to finish but they didn't rush. It was more windows and doors than he quoted me. He didn't want to charge us more and wanted to stick to his word. We insisted on paying the full amount. They re did a few windows that looked spotty. Although they missed one big window, they fixed it gladly with no complaint. Because they fixed this big window, it caused water spots on the folding doors downstairs. I texted Andrew after they left and he came by the next day to fix it. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND their service. Top notch! Will be using them again and again. read more
