Requested through Yelp for a free quote to clean 10 exterior windows on 5/6/20 around 10 am. Received a lightning response back from Andrew, the owner, in less than 10 minutes! He also said he could do the job in four days from then, and on a Sunday. Needless to say I was tempted and doubtful of this lowest price offer compared to other companies. I messaged back a few questions to see if there were some hidden fees for this almost-too-good-to-be-true offer. Then I explained I had been trying to clean the outside of the windows myself and probably didn't need the help after all. Andrew gave some pointers and I learned why I had been struggling and still had tough water spots. At this point, I thought, wow, he offered some tips and I REALLY could've just taken his advice and done the job myself and not needed this company. He then offered a sooner date and a lower estimate. Now I thought, "What the heck, I can give him a try." He also gave his phone number in case I needed to contact him. Though he got to my house a little later than the time he stated, he inspected the windows and got to work right away (this was around 5 pm). He took off the screens (just a little rougher than I'd like but he was fast) to make sure to clean the left AND right sides of the windows. He used some kind of solution and sprayed the exterior and then used a big squeegee (whereas I was using paper towels and newspapers). For the stubborn water spots, he hosed the window down and went over those tough spots 2-3 times. With our permission, he then entered the house and started cleaning the extremely dirty tracks and some of the INTERIOR, for free. Thanks for meeting/exceeding our expectations! read more

We reached out to Andrew and he came on the same day that we talked to him and was on time. WARNING!!! This vendor does not have insurance and has failed to provide insurance. By far the worst experience I've ever had with a "professional". Zero accountability. I have attached a screenshot of the conversation to remove any doubt from your mind that I am other than proving a point. Andrew is very defensive and admits to his big ego which leaves you zero room to complain. He accused my husband of verbal abuse, there is no text exchange or communication proving that accusation which he could be sued for slander and defamation on those grounds alone. Attacking my husband for his "Cop" behavior and service to our community, shame on you! These people risk their lives everyday for ungrateful people like you. We noticed damage to our windows after his clean. He has a "scratch guy", that you will never meet. He stood on our couch to reach windows, instead of sliding them forward or attaching a pole. He left dirty windows behind and "promised" to clean them, which he never did. Drips from his cleaning solution on our floors/ carpets, which he admittedly leaves there because he claims they are harmless and will evaporate but don't and leave a sticky residue. My screens were re-installed muddy since they were cleaned in the mud. Andrew, acknowledged all his short comings but failed to sincerely rectify any issues addressed. I will leave this review short, since we will be pursuing legal options. I will be uploading more photos and home security footage ( Andrew admitting that his work wasn't the best it could have been) based on his response to my review. He will use his reviews as his reason that nothing has gone wrong. He will feed you window fabrication, dust and wind as the blame. It's all his version and gets his excuses from forums with similar issues. Which I had read before he reached my home, I wasn't impressed. If you have had a similar issue with Andrew please reach out to me. ** In Response to Andrew: you are lying. You attacked the Blue, you lie about offering any correction. Your accusations are false. Please stop harassing me. Whatever you have to say in defense of your almost DUI or how your insurance paid you out on your RAM you will have to deal with in a separate case. How your insurance doesn't know you were really drunk (your words) while you totaled your vehicle. Insurance fraud is a felony. He was able to get in on an exceptionally short notice after another company fell through, and do an amazing job that completely transformed the look and feel of our home. He really went above and beyond in his efforts to help us, and was on our team every step of the way, working with us and fighting for us to help us reach our goals on a tight schedule. We have roughly 30 windows, 2 sliding doors, and a double french door, and he was able to tackle all of it with ease. We had originally scheduled our windows to be cleaned by another company since we were planning to show the property to a potential buyer, but the day that they were to be cleaned, the other company's employee had a family emergency, and while he did the right thing in informing us that he'd have to cancel (it was far, far more important that he tended to his family rather than our windows--our entire family was in unanimous agreement with that), we suddenly found ourselves with filthy windows and a house showing in two days. We reached out to numerous other companies, but due the the short notice, no one was able to help us. I reached out to I think 8 or 9 companies? And only Andrew was able and willing to step up to the challenge. We explained the situation to him, and he was empathetic and caring, and was totally on board with doing his absolute best to help us. Our deadline was originally 1 PM, 2 days from the day we had contacted him. He volunteered to wake up at around 5 AM, and drive an hour to reach our house early enough so that the windows could be cleaned and finished before the viewing would take place. Even when the buyer's agent contacted us and asked if we could move the viewing up to noon, Andrew was more than ready for the challenge. On the day of the viewing, Andrew and his colleague came out to our home very early in the morning and got to work, selflessly cutting out their own breaks and meals during the multi-hour process, and working with determination and vigor. They were on a mission. Roughly 30 windows, 2 glass sliders, a double door, all the screens, and all the window tracks later, they had finished the job with 30 minutes to spare. Not only had they done an incredible job, they had done it all on our incredibly tight time frame. The clean windows and screens completely transformed the look and feel of our house in a way that I never would have known, having lived without a cleaning for almost 17 years. And after they cleaned the tracks, the windows and sliders all opened noiselessly and with ease, rather than screeching and being a struggle. It honestly felt like we had begun living in a new house. I'm sincerely grateful to Andrew and his team for everything that they did for us, and the kindness in their hearts, the dedication of their work ethic, and the skill and speed with which they worked. I wish I could give more than 5 stars because when we were in a desperate time of need, they delivered in ways that left our entire family astonished and grateful for all that they had done. If you're thinking about having your windows, screens, sliders, tracks done by Andrew, I can't recommend him enough. He's friendly and sociable, kind and upbeat, but a hard worker as well. There were even a few windows that were in a dangerous location to work on because of dry rot in our house, and they were able to creatively figure out a solution to safely clean them. I wanted to say that I had a great experience with Andrew with OCD window cleaning. I reached out to several companies and Andrew was the first to respond. While I did receive other quotes and while Andrew wasn't the cheapest, he did have fantastic reviews (it should be noted he was not the most expensive either). We scheduled the window cleaning for a few days after our initial contact and Andrew showed up right on time and even texted me before his arrival. Once here, he and his team member got right to work cleaning my absolutely dirty, water-spotted windows. I left shortly after he arrived to go back to work but when I came home I couldn't believe how much better the windows looked. The water spots were gone and the spider webs, dirt and grime were removed from all the screens too. I told him that my screens were old and that if he broke any during removal that it was no problem. However, not a single screen was broken. This lets me know that he takes his time and is careful in his work even though I wasn't there to witness it. Circling back to the reviews - I saw the recent reviews about the scratch on the window, comments about his ego and the mess left behind. I didn't experience any of that but granted I was not home during most of his time spent at my house. The way I see it, you are never going to make anyone happy regardless of how good your work is. If you are at the point where you are watching security footage and pursuing legal action on the guy cleaning your windows because of a scratch, maybe it just wasn't meant to be....
