I used them nearly 10 years ago to replace the screen on my patio screen door and they were awesome then, so using them to replace all the screens and frames for my entire house was a no-brainer. Pristine Solutions have been cleaning the windows of two of our homes in Corona for the past many years. They come yearly and they clean all of the windows of the house, as well as sliding door glass, and includes cleaning out the tracks and the screens! I look forward to it every spring, and after they leave, it feels like they took the windows with them because the view is so crystal clear. They also provided our heavy duty screen for slider and most recently a new screen with a grill to protect from the dogs when they're outside. Oh and when they come out to clean windows, if they see screens need repair, they can fix them right there. The best part is how reasonable it is to have them come out. Called this dude for a price on replacing the screen on my backyard sliding door. He convinced me a better option would be to replace the door. Okay, cool 390 for a new door with a "pet resistant" mesh, why not. So owner shows up at the house and takes all measurements and then returns approx 2 weeks later with the new door to install it. I thought it was odd that it was taking him a fairly long time to install a sliding door when they typically just pop on. I go check on his progress to discover that he literally destroyed the vinyl frame by bending the hell out of it with a crescent wrench. He totally cracked the door frame and had the nerve to say that a prior paint job, "diminished the structural integrity of the frame." At this point I realized there was a moron in my house and it was too early to yell at this dude. Terrible job. There was nothing prestine about this guys work. They have replaced screens in my house and done windows in my house multiple times. I have appreciated it most times. I will say I won't use them again. The last time I used them was a year ago. The assistants left tools in my back yard and didn't place furniture back where it went. So I have been hesitant about calling them back. The final straw, may it be relevant or not, is the way the co-owner, Josh's wife, who books the appointments, speaks on social media. I feel that if you are a business person in the community you should be careful referring to people as "lefties" and "idiots." I don't choose my businesses based on their political affiliations, however, if you feel I am an "idiot" based on mine, I will no longer be recommending your company, nor using it.
