My husband saw this company on a local Facebook page and decided to reach out for a quote for new screens. Josh responded quickly and the price was very reasonable. Josh was available that day and arrived on time. He gave us two options, and the new screens were installed in about 45 minutes. He also pointed out some installation errors by the workers prior to moving in, and fixed them. Josh was on time, professional and efficient. I'd highly recommend this company for screen replacement. read more

I had an outstanding experience with Pristine Solutions! From the first point of contact to the final repair, everything was handled professionally and efficiently. The entire process was smooth, stress-free, and exceeded my expectations. Josh, the owner, personally handled the replacements and repairs, and his workmanship was exceptional. You can tell he truly takes pride in what he does. He was knowledgeable, honest, and took the time to explain everything clearly. It's rare to find a business owner who is so hands-on and genuinely committed to delivering high-quality results. The repairs were completed promptly, and the final result looked absolutely flawless. The pricing was very reasonable for the quality and service provided. I highly recommend Pristine Solutions to anyone needing screen replacements or repairs. I found Josh Millsap through a post on our community page. I reached out and immediately received a response. Quote in hand, and availability made it a no brainer. Hands down great customer service and product. Josh and his team showed up ready to work and professionally washed our windows, screens and tracks. Josh replaced the screen on our slider door and walked us through our options. Josh is friendly, respectful; a true professional. Josh and his team left the project clean and sparkling. Josh completed the project today by rescreening all of our (30) windows. The work was done efficiently, expertly and I will make sure to get him back out here to do our solar panels soon. In this fast paced world it was convenient to text; he provided me a quote and we booked our appointment quickly and with confidence. Josh is prompt and confirms your appointment and makes sure you are satisfied with his work. I'm impressed, Josh. I will be referring his services to all my friends and family. read more

I used them nearly 10 years ago to replace the screen on my patio screen door and they were awesome then, so using them to replace all the screens and frames for my entire house was a no-brainer. Josh arrived when he said he would, was quick to get started, and did a stellar job. He also informed me that he can install a new patio scree door with a doggy door built in, so he measured for that and will be coming back to install that within a week. I also inquired about window cleaning and will schedule that when he returns to install the screen. 100% professional, timely communication, on-time, quality workmanship, friendly, and very reasonable priced. No need to go anywhere else. Thank you Josh! read more

Pristine Solutions have been cleaning the windows of two of our homes in Corona for the past many years. They come yearly and they clean all of the windows of the house, as well as sliding door glass, and includes cleaning out the tracks and the screens! I look forward to it every spring, and after they leave, it feels like they took the windows with them because the view is so crystal clear. They also provided our heavy duty screen for slider and most recently a new screen with a grill to protect from the dogs when they're outside. Oh and when they come out to clean windows, if they see screens need repair, they can fix them right there. The best part is how reasonable it is to have them come out. It's so worth it considering how labor-intensive it is and what a dirty job it can be! I'll gladly pay Reasonable trust worthy, diligent, good family- run company! read more

John was very helpful in what we contacted him for. He knew exactly the kind of security door we were looking for, gave us a few options and met with us within days. Gave us a timeline that was pretty spot on and quick to come install once he got it. The door is exactly what we were looking for- a security door for our side garage door so we can cook the garage down and leave the door open for the breeze without worrying about critters and people entering. We will see how well it does for us once the heat starts up again. Very superior quality product. read more

Josh did a great job re-screening my 3 windows that my German Shepard destroyed after the fireworks. Four years ago I had hired Pristine after reading great reviews on Facebook. Josh re-screened 2 window screens that my German Shepard shredded after getting scared from fire works. That first time we used pet screen and that has been 4 years since the first visit and they're still looking good. Josh was professional, on-time, quote was exactly as quoted by his wife Priscilla over the phone. I called on a Monday evening and booked an appointment for Thursday (fast). I would hire and recommend pristine solutions to anyone that needs re-screening for their windows or sliding door (work in progress). Thank you Josh for the fast, on-site, clean, and great work done on the 5 windows you re-screened. read more

Don't hire this company unless you want your home to be a total mess after! Dust goes all over your furniture and floors after they are done! The use a vacuum to clean the frames, but it literally goes all over the place! After I confronted them, and told them they should of warned me, Josh admitted he should of told me. His excuse, "We were just trying to get the job done" No thanks - you caused more mess for me and my family! Here is a picture to prove to you. This was the side of my bed! read more

Josh was awesome! He repaired 4 window screens for us and a sliding door screen. He also installed a pet guard for the sliding screen that we had purchased from Home Depot. Prices were very reasonable. We will definitely be using him again for future jobs. Thanks so much! read more

Called this dude for a price on replacing the screen on my backyard sliding door. He convinced me a better option would be to replace the door. Okay, cool 390 for a new door with a "pet resistant" mesh, why not. So owner shows up at the house and takes all measurements and then returns approx 2 weeks later with the new door to install it. I thought it was odd that it was taking him a fairly long time to install a sliding door when they typically just pop on. I go check on his progress to discover that he literally destroyed the vinyl frame by bending the hell out of it with a crescent wrench. He totally cracked the door frame and had the nerve to say that a prior paint job, "diminished the structural integrity of the frame." At this point I realized there was a moron in my house and it was too early to yell at this dude. Terrible job. There was nothing prestine about this guys work. Now, I have to go find someone to repair the fuckery he created. Straight trash of a job and absolutely nothing prestige about this work. Photos attached for proof. read more

After using this company to clean my windows I knew it was only a matter of time before I hired them again! I caught wind they were offering screen doors, and after a detailed conversation with Priscilla, she guaranteed me the materials they used were super high quality and would stand up against my two large beast like dogs and two very young children, so I ordered a sliding screen door! Josh came out as soon as I was ready for him to install it and literally cut the door frame to fit my door. (Rather than asking how tall my door was and bringing a standard door that "should" fit my frame.) he took his time, cleaned up his mess, showed me the different features and was on his way. Great service from start to finish! Great pricing, and excellent quality materials! read more

We wouldn't use anyone else. Josh and his team are professional, on time, and do a thorough cleaning. He repairs screens too!

In desperate need of window cleaning, I messaged Pristine Solutions for an estimate. Within an hour, Priscilla had responded with a quote and even had an open appointment the very next day. Josh arrived promptly (along with an assistant and his son) and they immediately got to work. We had all the windows cleaned, along with screens and tracks. The work was professional and the window look absolutely amazing. Their price was competitive and I wouldn't hesitate to book them again. I would also like to share how impressed I was with the overall integrity of their company. Every bit of communication, whether it was scheduling with Priscilla or discussing the work with Josh, was a pleasure. I appreciated the promptness, expertise, and friendliness so very much. And, we are thrilled with our sparkling windows and the fact that we need not look further for a great window company!! read more

They have replaced screens in my house and done windows in my house multiple times. I have appreciated it most times. I will say I won't use them again. The last time I used them was a year ago. The assistants left tools in my back yard and didn't place furniture back where it went. So I have been hesitant about calling them back. The final straw, may it be relevant or not, is the way the co-owner, Josh's wife, who books the appointments, speaks on social media. I feel that if you are a business person in the community you should be careful referring to people as "lefties" and "idiots." I don't choose my businesses based on their political affiliations, however, if you feel I am an "idiot" based on mine, I will no longer be recommending your company, nor using it. Think twice before you publicly offend 40-60% of your client base. read more
