I love Josh's work but the last two times I have had him in he has broken a sensor on our windows and now our alarm will not set. This is highly disappointing because I love how my windows look after he has been here. I also asked him to be careful when cleaning the inside this time because of the last sensor situation. I've heard so many positive things about this company that my husband and I decided to use them. We needed a new screen door for our slider because our kids and dog destroyed the old one. We moved into our home about 9 months ago. It's an older home, the screen was original, and fell off the track anytime we opened it. Needless to say, it was time for an upgrade. We contacted Priscilla to schedule an appointment. They were able to get us on the schedule within days. Josh came, was very thorough, and helped me decide which screen would be the best fit for our home and family. He came out on a Tuesday, and one week later, he came out to install our new screen door. We upgraded to the pet grade screen, since we have a dog who like to scratch at our door (insert annoyed face here). On the day of installation, Josh was in and out within about 30-40 minutes, if that. As weird as this sounds, the screen door is so pretty!!! It slides like a dream. And the texture of the screen will definitely withstand our dog and his scratching to get in. It's light weight and easy for our 6 year old to glide open. And the best part, it's quiet. Our old screen made a screeching, horrible sound every time we opened or closed it. We are so happy with everything. The communication, the work, and the result from Pristine Solutions is impeccable!
