John did a great job!!…read more I framed out a wall and "tried" to install a prehung door. I couldn't get the door in so I reached out to John on Yelp. He called me back literally within 5 minutes and was here the following day. What I thought was a simple install took a few hours as John had to fix everything I jacked up in order to get the door in and properly aligned. Needles to say, I am super happy with his work. He was nice and respectful. I happily paid John in excess of what he asked for as I understood it took more work then what was originally discussed and that he is a small business. I can easily recommend John for sure.

Installation took place this past Monday (9/28). Frank & Joe arrived several minutes early () for the 7AM appointment . We were impressed with their expedience and professionalism. They showed expertise in their installation and knowledge of the products. They were meticulous in prepping each work area taking care not to trample any of the plants outside the windows nor creating unnecessary dust/debris inside. They completed the installation & total cleanup in about 3.5 hours. We are very happy with our new windows and the excellent installation performed by Frank & Joe. We also want to mention consultant Addison for his patience & assistance in working with us on this project. Excellent team effort.

We went from sliders that had the grid lines to ones without and looks so much better. Much better view of the backyard. The installers Carlos and Daniel were prompt and arrived at 7 a.m. and were done installing both sliders within four hours. Hopefully you can see in the picture they did such a great job and they were installed perfectly. There is no need for painting or touch up on the walls, stucco or trim. We are looking forward to the next few phases of getting new front doors, back doors and also windows. It's great that you can do them in phases and you don't get the pressure to do it all at once. We highly recommend Hometime. Another family member also used them to replace all their windows and a slider and they loved them too.

We transformed our open backyard patio to be more enclosed and wanted to see if Pablo can add a screen door to the patio/sunroom. He was punctual and finished his installation fairly quickly. But his service was way beyond just installing these screen doors for me. After couple months, we DIY and added tiles to the patio to make it easier to clean but it was very difficult for amateurs like us to align it to the railings of the screen door and the gap/transition doesn't look good at all. So I texted Pablo to see if there's any way to make the transition less awkward. I didn't have a high expectation because he already done his job and I should probably finished tiling before installing these doors. But he was willing to come out and take a look at what he can do and he did an amazing job! He replaced the railing for me and realigned everything to make it look nice. I got so many compliments about my patio! Very very happy. He was very friendly and easy to work with! He will definitely be my go-to in the future!
