We recently had our entire home windows replaced. I cannot begin to say what a pleasant experience this was - with the exception of me moving a heavy desk away from the window!!) Dylan gave us on a Saturday a demonstration of the features and UV performance of the glass and windows and then a tour of the factory and manufacturing processes. The pricing was more than reasonable, as well, with better quality than the other 3 bids we received. The day of installation, Frank made sure to explain the entire process before removing the old windows with Joe and Andrew both taking care to tarp the inside floors and confirm each detail. When we ran into a fit issue on two of the windows due to the original framing left inside, the team sorted out the issue, and Frank worked a solution by modifying some existing interior sections. Prior to finishing, he demonstrated how the windows were sealed, inviting me over to watch the process, since we had significant leakage from the last rainstorm on the old windows. He then finished by making sure to paint the around the windows both inside and out, saving me the effort. These gentlemen worked hard, were respectful of my family in and out during the day, and inspired me with their enthusiasm. It's been about 2 weeks and we love our new windows and especially our new sliding patio door. 20 year old drafty windows and a heavy sliding door all replaced. When we decided to invest in new windows the first company that caught our eye was Hometime Windows because of the positive reviews and their straightforward sales message. We went out to the showroom in Upland and the Sales Assistant even offered us a tour of the window assembly room and explained their window products in detail. It was apparent that they have a very high quality product. So we had their sales consultant Jaime come out to give us a quote. Being that we have over 50 windows it was quite a hefty price tag, more than we wanted to spend at this time. But we loved the product and decided to start with 20 of the windows that were most visible and important to us and do the others at a later time. We were quite pleased that Jaime was supportive of our decision and did not try to pressure us to do the whole project at one time. He also kept us informed on installation dates and procedures throughout the process. When Israel and his team, Vincent and Patrick, came out on installation day they were professional and cordial. They answered all of our many questions and worked really hard and efficiently. What was projected to be a day and a half project was completed by them in just one day. They cleaned up everything and the windows are absolutely beautiful. My wife and I were helping my Mother-in-Law search for two new sliders for her Long Beach home. We got a few bids from familiar names in the Orange County area that seemed high; but, we figured it was the going rate. My daughter's had recently bought a new condo that had new windows so I asked them what brand they were. We looked up Hometime and went to the Santa Ana location and sat down with Drew. He wrote up a great bid for the work needed, a 40% discount from the 3 bids we had received. We worked with Nina in the back office to set up a measurement appointment. Enrique and Christian showed up as scheduled and explained the process as they measured out the openings. All said it took 30 minutes or so. Nina had the same two gentlemen came back after the doors were built and they installed them in about 3.5 hours. The guys were great to work with and answered all our questions. They provided some helpful hints on upkeep, cleaned up behind themselves and per our request, measured out 4 older windows for a future project. My mother in law and wife were extremely happy with the process, price, end result and the team members we worked with. I appreciate working with a family owned, integrated company that builds, installs and provides a great warranty.
