Replaced all 22 windows in our home with Ameristar Windows. Heat and noise reduced significantly, especially when jets from March Air Reserve Base fly over our home. Walked into Ameristar Riverside where windows are manufactured, spoke with Martha, production manager, before estimate. Got a brief tour of facility Looked at window samples. Martha answered lots of questions, took photos and picked up information. Impression: Extreme satisfaction. Larry provided detailed explanations with precise estimate and answered all questions in timely fashion. Installation crew led by Francisco were excellent with flawless precision. Work was clean. Crew was professional, courteous and accommodating. New windows are like getting a new pair of eyeglasses and having 20/20 vision again. The outside views are clean and sharp again. Highly recommend Ameristar Windows when considering window replacement. Rating: 5-plus stars/AAA***** Love our windows! Mahalo, Ameristar Windows!!! Randy read more

Ameristar Windows - Windows Installation Near Me - Riverside, California

Several of the windows in my home face due south. Although they were double pane, they had almost zero insulation remaining after 25 years of massive sun. The temperature in the south facing bedroom on a hot 90 degree plus day would always be nine degrees hotter than the rest of the house. I decided to replace not only the four windows in the south facing bedroom, but six other windows that can be viewed in the same field of vision from the street, to keep the aesthetics consistent. The replacement windows I selected are double pane argon gas filled to help keep the heat out during the summer season. I put out a bid on Yelp and narrowed the field down to two companies, Note I did not select the least expensive bid, but actually selected the most expensive bid. My reasoning was a solid five star Yelp rating, BBB A+++ rating and the knowledge and excellent follow up provided by the salesperson, David White. Other factors in my decision were silver coating on the glass to reduce the intense green hue that most argon gas filled windows exhibit and exterior window casings that are solid without decorative ribs that would collect dirt. I was provided with a detailed explanation of the process and same day estimate. The process from start to finish took five weeks. This would have been as little as two weeks if I did not have an arch top window. Curved windows take longer to build, at least for Ameristar. It took me a while to prepare the two rooms, so I was not in a big hurry. The installation was done yesterday. The crew was on time, polite, and from my view, was extremely careful and exhibited excellent attention to detail. The 10 windows were installed in one day. The crew cleaned up their mess very well and everything went according to plan. I am completely satisfied with the entire process. The windows are very elegant looking, not so green and make the house look better. I trust that the temperature in the south facing bedroom will level out with the rest of the house with the argon gas in the windows. Five stars all the way. Well done. read more

Called a few window companies and Larry came out for the quote. As being a retired Contractor myself I had alot of questions for him, he answered everyone of them to my satisfaction, he has alot of knowledge of their windows and the industry in general. So their quote came in the middle. I went ahead and scheduled the installation. Their crew was amazing, Jared is very conscious and aims to please the customers. I will definitely use them in the future and recommend to my colleagues. Thank you Jared and Crew :) :) :) read more

I cannot express how pleased I was with their service. Conor, the salesman, was professional, friendly, and transparent throughout the process. He wasn't pushy at all and offered fair pricing. A huge plus was that they are their own manufacturer and a local business in Riverside. We had one broken window that had fallen off the track and needed immediate attention. Since we were nearby, Conor was able to get us a custom window made and installed the next morning, with the rest of the installation completed in three business days, whereas other companies quoted weeks. The windows look and feel great, and I'm very happy with their craftsmanship. read more

We are very happy that we went with Ameristar to replace our old aluminum framed, single panel windows. The process was seamless from the consultation to the install day. They came out to measure all 13 windows, manufactured them and installed them within a week. Durning the install, Arni, Jerry and their crew were professional, treated our house with care and left us with quality windows while doing a great job of keeping the job site clean from beginning to end. At the end of the day, they inspected each window a final time with me and made any adjustments necessary, there weren't many, just a piece of debris under a track that they easily removed. During this 114 degree heatwave we are having in Riverside, the windows are cool to the touch from the inside. With our old windows we could stand 3ft away from them and feel the heat. It's a night and day difference. Thank you to everyone at Ameristar Windows! read more

Just completed a whole home window replacement with Ameristar Windows, and I was very impressed from start to finish. This company was responsive, professional at every stage of the process, and offered competitive pricing. The windows are just as promised--cleanly installed, easy to operate, and visually appealing. What impressed me most (and prompted me to write a review) was the customer service. We had a couple of bumps in the road (as is bound to happen with home improvement projects, from time-to-time) and Ameristar handled them promptly, professionally, and to my satisfaction. If only every company we interacted with treated their customers so well! Many thanks to Ameristar, and I recommend them without reservation. read more

I have nothing but great things to say about Ameristar Windows. I needed 7 windows replaced - original windows from 1991 build. Window locks were broken and missing, one window wouldn't stay open, one window was hard to get closed. I contacted Ameristar through their website and they got back to me within an hour. I set up an appointment for a consultation on a Thursday, and Conor Loushin came early. He spent about 45 minutes looking at the windows, showing me options and giving me a quote, which I accepted. Ameristar sent me a written quote by email the next morning. Conor came back that same day and I signed the contract. Conor had another worker come and do the measurements while he was at the house. This was on a Friday. I got a call the next Tuesday to set an appointment for the installation -- they wanted to install that Friday (one week from contract signature), but I had a conflict, so we set the installation for Monday. Four workers showed that day and all the windows were installed in about 3 hours. Very fast service, very professional installers. They were all very polite, very professional, got the work done efficiently, and cleaned up everything themselves. I noticed that evening how quiet the living room was (no traffic noise like before), and the house is warmer (old windows were causing major drafts). Very pleased with the whole experience. read more

I was waiting for the first hot day since the installation to leave a review. Ameristar's windows are going to allow my family to be in comfort year around. We tried to purchase the windows but delay, after delay - and they failed to return calls and email. There's lots of excuses. Finally, he called back and stopped by to look again at the project and to write us a new quote. After his visit, we have heard nothing. Ameristar ghosted us - no quote and not even a courtesy email saying they were not interested. It would have been better for him to just say he didn't want the job, and we would have all been fine with that. We're done. Conor seems competent and nice, and he and his company were highly recommended. Maybe he was just too busy or just didn't want the work in our area of Orange County. It should be noted that there were some supply issues initially due to COVID causing material delays. But in 2024, it was past the COVID disruptions. Conor must just be very busy. A family buying windows should be aware of this and think twice. Happy window shopping! read more

8 months ago we contracted Ameristar Windows to replace 39 windows in our home. No better a decision have we ever made with a building contractor. The estimate was highly professional with any hard or up-selling. The installation of our LoE3-366 glass was flawless, and took less than two days. Their highly professional crew was friendly, polite, methodical, well kept and very considerate of property. Once they get started they are all business. Each technician has a specific task, there were no glitches or delays and we were startled when they said "we're done". This project had been delayed several years partly because we didn't like the appearance of some window-replacement projects in the neighborhood. We're pleased to report the trim is modest and tasteful and stucco undisturbed. One window needed a more custom finish and it was expertly done. The appearance of our home has been greatly enhanced. In winter we are accustomed to using the HVAC almost every day from mid-December through February. This past winter we used it 3 or 4 times, just to warm up the house on particularly dank and dreary Southern California days. The rains had no effect on the finish and there were no leaks or malfunctions. Throughout this very hot summer and we notice a definite improvement in HVAC efficiency the HVAC cycles are shorter than they ever have been. It gets fairly windy in the late afternoon noon out here and these definitely reduce dust accumulation in the home. We were shocked (and pleased) to see the estimate and final cost compared to competitors - Now that we have experienced the performance of the windows I can say it was one of the best investments we ever made. Ameristar provides a GREAT value. Post Script: We were so impressed with Ameristar we had them replace our son's Palm Springs home windows. He reports the same quality, performance, and value. And it gets much hotter out there!! We highly recommend Ameristar Windows for your window replacement project. read more

I normally don't take the time to leave reviews but my fantastic experience with Ameristar Windows & Doors has made me want to share my opinion. First, I can't say enough about their salesman David White. I am really turned off by high pressure salesman. David's low-pressure approach and warm demeanor was wonderful. After our first meeting and sales presentation we told him we wanted to get other bids and compare price and windows. Instead of trying to pressure us he encouraged us to shop around. He said he was confident that once we did we would want to go with Ameristar. Once we got some other bids that had come in lower than Ameristar I let David know our thinking on our window project and we were leaning towards another company. He was able to beat the price from the other company and I was convinced to go with Ameristar. Again Dave is a great salesman. He promised me I would not regret going with Ameristar and that our project would look fantastic when completed. He was right, the whole team that came next were exceptional, the lead installer was extremely flexible for meeting at a time when we could be home for official measuring. Then came the install day, the workers were extremely skilled and professional. They worked hard and did a great job, you could tell they took great pride in their craft. If we could give the company 5000 stars we would!!!!! Connor was our guy, he came out to house to inspect and give an estimate. We appreciated his honesty (We had bad windows) he answered all our questions and concerns. We received a few quotes from other companies but chose to go with Ameristar Windows. We felt comfortable and confident in Connor's knowledge of Windows and especially installation. It was definitely the BEST decision we have ever made. Installation was a little scary it was really windy in our area that day. The installation team were so careful with covering our personal belongs. They worked all day for 12 hours. At the end of the night they vacuumed, wiped down and cleaned up anything that they had touched. First off, we had a few family members over and without even telling them we had new windows installed they ALL noticed before walking in the house. The craftsmanship on the windows are done so perfectly it is hard not to notice. Our sons room faces the sun everyday and it would get extremely hot in his room daily. That heat has completely stopped it is mind-blowing the difference in temperatures now. We live on a semi busy street and constantly hear the cars passing through. The sound we can hear from outside noise has decreased dramatically. Our Neighbor across the street has multiple dogs who protect our street. We cannot at times even hear them barking. You truly get what you pay for. We do not regret this major purchase at all. Connor and his team have been a blessing to us. Our house is an older fixer upper and unfortunately I did not think ahead to take a before picture. Attached is a picture of our two front windows and to be honest the picture does no justice to how they look in person. Choose Ameristar Windows for your next home upgrade. You will not regret it! read more

After careful consideration of many, many companies my husband and I opted with Ameristar windows; and we're so glad we did. The entire operation, from sales to install, was such a great experience! Larry was a pleasure to work with and answered all my questions with great detail. He was incredibly knowledgeable on everything windows, almost encyclopedia-like. The install team were so courteous and respected our home, making sure they were careful with laying down protective coverings to our floors and handling our walls/furniture with care. They also made sure to tidy up and left the house feeling brand new as the shiny new windows let all the best light in. You really get what you pay for in the quality of product and service team. For Ameristar Windows and Doors of San Bernardino County: My Mom's patio slider broke November 12. It was a Sunday. I started requesting quotes here through Yelp and I got two quick responses. One was from Ameristar. Since it leads outside to the elements my Mom needed a door ASAP. The quote appointment to the install, all was professional and amazing. To the people who worked with us, the quality of the work done, and the quality of the patio door, all was terrific. The door arrived very quickly, I was very surprised when I got a call by the end of the week setting up a date for the install. We were quoted and expected the door to come in at three weeks, but it arrived and was installed way before that. The quote we got from the other company had a seven week wait time. We were elated that my Mom wasn't going to be without a door for too long. Very grateful for Ameristar Windows and Doors. In the future when my Mom replaces her windows, she will be using Ameristar. read more

Kind of a spur of the moment, decided to get some stuff done on our home. Called ameristar and another company that had high rated reviews. Connor came out pretty quickly , gave us a ball park quote for the whole home and back of the home. It was a bit more then we were expecting as I said it was more of a spur of the moment type thing. Asked Connor to give us the weekend as we were also getting quotes on a fence and concrete. In that time we did have the 2nd company come out only because he was scheduled prior. This guy brought no samples , took days just to get half the quote , and to this day still never received the full quote. Honestly I'm surprised he did this for a living. After that we definitely knew we wanted to make a deal with Conner if he could meet us closer to what budget had turned out to be after fence . Conner was responsive the whole time , worked with us on cost and we ended up doing the back side of the home. I never felt pressured by Connor and I appreciate that. 2 weeks later we received a call to schedule an install, 1 week later they were installed! (Yesterday) install team did a good job . Showed up at 9am left around 3pm , cleaned up for the most part and went over everything at the end. They even removed 4 of my shutters to ensure the foam could be put in correctly. We will definitely use this company for more of the home and we've already sent their info to 2 of the neighbors who stopped by when they were installing. Highly recommend Ameristar, Conner and the install team! read more

If you're looking for the best customer service ever, look no further. This is a rare find in today's world. I had two large windows installed when COVID hit. The following year I had the stucco redone. There ended up being an issue with the windows, and they leaked. I didn't realize it until the couch was moved from against the wall. Then I could see where the plaster had bubbled. Conor and one of his guys came right out and inspected it. He presented me with two alternatives. One was to caulk around the pop-outs that were installed by the stucco guys. The second was to totally replace both windows. Conor thought caulking would fix the issue but let me decide how I wanted to proceed. I chose to have them replaced. It was disappointing since the windows had to be replaced as a new build, the stucco had to be torn out around the windows and redone. Also the trim around the windows had to be replaced and the plaster cut out and replaced. But Conor true to his word covered everything without hesitation even though he thought the more inexpensive way would work. I just didn't want to take a chance, and he honored that. This is a man and a company that truly stands behind their name and product which is a rare find in this day and age. It was unfortunate to have leaking. But sometimes things just don't go as they should. But if that happens, you definitely want Ameristar to be the ones you're working with. I can't imagine having to deal with some other company and fighting with them. And now my windows look beautiful! read more

Ameristar Windows is truly a first class company.. After researching and getting quotes from the top five window replacement companies in my area, they were an easy choice. They manufacture their own windows, and their installers are employees, not sub contractors, which eliminates middle men and adds up to beautiful, high quality windows at a great price. Installation was a breeze, and I absolutely love my new windows. If you're ready for a window replacement, you owe it to yourself to talk with Ameristar before you make your decision. read more

I can't begin to say thank you to Connor at Ameristar and to Francisco and the guys that did the work on our 10 windows and 3 sliding doors. Not only am I impressed with the quality of the windows, and the price but the guys who installed the windows did such a great job, not only installed them in ONE day but ensured made sure they didn't leave a mess behind. Did I mention they have a lifetime warranty? Connor, the CEO and owner, is personally out in the field measuring and quoting and stands firm behind his word, the quality and his staff. He really took care of us. I'm so glad I went with Ameristar for this major work. I've had several neighbors already get off and ask me about my windows! They look fantastic. Thank you again. Ameristar windows! U guys are the best. So we got our new house and it came with single pane windows which has black borders and rusty surfaces. Our sliding doors were also broken and really unstable. After searching over at the area of (Fontana) and yelp I came across to AMERISTAR windows and immediately call them to set up an inhouse quote and all that. Larry was the one who went into our house for in house service quote. He was so professional to work with. He explained everything to us in every detail of their products, how it was done, where it started, how it works, and what benefits can we get from it. He took time to talk to me and my husband and advising us on what kind of windows we should get especially we have a little one. On the day of installation; Agustin, Francisco, and Jorge worked so well putting up our new windows and french sliding door (recommended by Larry and I loved it). They were fast, efficient, and hard workers. They made sure every thing was installed right. Awesome job made by these guys! From installation to cleaning up, great job guys! After we moved into our new house, one of the things I wanted to do was replace all the windows. The windows our house came with had thin black trim and the glass itself was really thin. So on a hot day, the windows were hot to the touch. Also, you could still hear street noise and our neighbor's dog barking if the windows were closed. Anyway, the thing my husband and I liked about Ameristar Windows is that they are the ones who not only install the windows, but MAKE them as well and they are warranted for life. We called them during the week, Mike was at our house on a Friday and the window installations were done the following weekend. These windows are so awesome. They keep the heat/cold and sound out, they look nice, they are easy to open and close, they have self-locks, and they have aluminum reinforcements to provide strength and durability. On Saturday, we had a crew of 4 arrive around 9:00AM. Later on, 3 more people arrived. They replaced 24 windows and also a sliding door that leads to our backyard . They were done at about 6:30PM. After the new windows were installed, they also vacuumed inside the house and swept outside since they had to cut the windows frames. Every window now opens and closes except for two by the front door which are for décor/light only and they used glass with a beautiful frosted design (which we picked out) for privacy. They also used the frosted glass for the window over the bathtub in our master bathroom. So great since I don't need to put any window treatments there now. Anyway, so glad we decided to do this and I'm very happy with the results. Please see photos that I posted for some "Before" and "After" shots. 169/100 Reviews for 2014 read more
