we just had 2 glass slider doors installed from Hometime Windows and Doors. We met with our rep Addison and he explained all of our option, we were invited to go to their show room in Corona to actually see the windows, one 8 foot and one 6 foot we loved them. Installation was Friday. The team of Eddy and Carlos went over the process with us and they went to work. We'd been trying to get a different door company to help us order and install a new front door for over a YEAR when we finally gave up and decided to look for a new company to take our business. Nina returned our inquiry within a business day, took down all the information we offered, and then walked me through all the doors she thought would be a fit based on what we were looking for - by the end of the week we had a door picked out, our deposit was paid, and she made it SO easy. The wait for the door was about 12 or so weeks - not their fault though, the pandemic has made some supply chain waits for construction and furniture items longer than usual. But when it arrived, we didn't have to wait for an installation appointment that was another month ahead - they scheduled us within days of the door arriving to their business! Mario and Danny worked VERY fast when they arrived, were extremely courteous and respectful of our home, and even went out of their way to tell our toddler when their tools would be loud. They were so nice and they spent an extra half hour really inspecting the door and making sure it was absolutely perfect before leaving. We love the door, and we finally feel like our home looks the way we've always wanted it to! This is now the second time that I have used this company for security door installation and they are incredible! They are very thorough and professional, and they have reasonable rates. The first time I used them was for a security door in my backyard that led into the garage; and then today they installed double security doors on the front of my home. The doors are so sleek and nice and they do not look like traditional old school security doors that you find at chain retail stores, if you know what I mean. I am so pleased to have this added layer of protection and to also be able to leave the front door open, so that a cool breeze can come in once the weather cools off. The owner, Andrew, is very courteous and always makes contact after each installation! My neighbors also used them recently to have their windows replaced throughout their home. We are very happy with our new windows and sliding door! Half of our old windows were original 1960's aluminum framed, single-paned glass that rattled and let cold air and dirt through, while the other half were older double-paned windows that had failed and had moisture and fogginess between the glass. Our sliding door was so old it was a pain to open and we just never used it! The new windows and sliding door have updated the look of our rooms while making the house so much quieter and temperature-controlled! Jacob & Frank did great work and were very clean and respectful! We had some old termite-damaged wood around one window that had to be replaced and the stucco was crumbling under the old slider. They were able to clean all that up and make everything look solid and seamless! The windows look so nice that it points out how badly our stucco and paint needs to be re-done now! read more
