If I could give Tri City Plumbing 0 stars I would. Where to even start. I contacted Ramon and his…read moreteam because of a leak that we were having from our second floor shower. We were also having issues with a sink P-Trap and hot water not coming out from the same shower where the leak was. Ramon sent out a plumber, named Fernando, who opened a hole in our drywall and after a couple of mins of eyeballing the area, he determined that the leak was coming from an old seal on the shower overflow. He also said that the issue with the hot water was coming from a cartridge issue and that he would fix it. All together for the P-Trap, seal replacement, and cartridge replacement I was charged $600 after receiving a $100 discount for paying all cash. Fast forward to now, our shower knob broke due to a faulty cartridge. It was an old, broken cartridge that Fernando installed which caused the knob to break. The leak? Never fixed. We patched up the drywall and after a couple of weeks started noticing water stains in the same area again. I reached out to Ramon regarding the leak and he said he would get back to me with info on when they could come back out but then went unresponsive. Since he wasn't responsive after I reached out about the leak, my wife reached out to him from her # about the cartridge issue and he asked her to send pictures and that he would fix it if it was their fault. Pictures were sent and we followed up with him multiple times just for him to ignore our calls/texts and send us to voicemail. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. I now find myself looking for another plumbing company on here to help with the leak that they never fixed, and ended up paying an additional $189 for a whole new kit to replace the cartridge and damaged water knob

The technician was very friendly and courteous but, and it's a big "but" he quoted me $900-$1200 for a kitchen faucet and another $1900 for labor. He also stated that his company couldn't guarantee the installation because our water pressure was over 100 psi. Plus he needed to replace our angle stops which would be another $350. I purchased a faucet at Costco for $125 received other bids for less than $300 labor, called our water provider, CVWD and they were aghast that the plumber said our water pressure was too high as it's at 550 psi which is normal for our area and equipment. After I declined to hire Pride Plumbing I've received over 14 text messages and emails from them although I replied with "stop" on their texts. I've now had to block over three different phone numbers yet today I received another text in which I responded again with the reasons why I didn't hire them. Im a senior living in a beautiful community but cost is a factor when I consider vendor services. It's my opinion that I felt taken advantage of and have written this review.

As a grading expert, even our tricky hillside site for a new septic leach field was something he knew how to solve. We had previously received a lot of "doom and gloom" advice that turned out to be way off-base, so his calm, can-do attitude was incredibly appreciated. Turns out we also needed a septic tank repair involving a torn baffle wall while the tank was already pumped -- a very time-sensitive situation -- and Fernando from Elijah's team was exactly the right person for the job, thank goodness. Had we waited, we would have been looking at another $480 septic pumping charge just to access the repair again. Elijah is a true get-it-done professional with a great team behind him, and he was also flexible with pricing and negotiations, which meant a lot because this project was not cheap for us. Most importantly, he understood the urgency of the situation -- our existing leach field was saturated -- and he scheduled the work quickly, which we considered an emergency. Edgar has worked for us a few times now on two different houses. He always shows up on time, is courteous and takes his time explaining what needs to be done. Just recently, he installed a new showerhead, repaired the toilet and a different shower, and patched a hole with drywall. Right from the start, Frank stood out. He responded quickly, took the time to answer all my questions, and actually gave thoughtful, straightforward answers. That matters to me. I'd much rather deal with someone who communicates clearly than someone who leaves you wondering when--or if--they're going to get back to you. We set up a time for him to come out, and he was there when he said he would be. Punctuality might seem like a small thing, but I really appreciate people who respect your time. There was no waiting around or wondering where he was. Frank ended up doing some electrical work for me, and I couldn't have been happier with how he handled it. He was professional, friendly, tidy, and--probably most importantly--he listened. I had some specific ideas about how I wanted things done, and rather than trying to talk me into doing it his way, he was accommodating and worked with me to get it done the way I wanted. That kind of service is becoming harder to find. In this economy, I think most of us are looking for two things when we hire someone: good value and someone we can trust. You never really know what kind of workmanship you're going to get until the job is finished. With Frank, I felt like I was dealing with someone who takes pride in his work and actually cares about doing the job right. The work was excellent, the communication was great, and there were no surprises. That's about all you can ask for when you bring someone into your home to work on your property. I'm genuinely glad I found Frank, and I'll absolutely be calling him again when I have another project. Things started out fine with Eddie Barrera from On Demand Handyman in Redlands (I realize now that…read morewas the "passive" phase of his passive-aggressive behavior). I had a few weeks worth of work for him, upgrading all the fixtures in my recently-purchased home. As the days went by, I quickly realized he leaves projects 90% finished then moves on to the next thing, does not clean up after himself, and became frustrated when I wanted things done my way instead of his. Each day, Eddie became more and more scattered. It got to the point where every morning, I'd have to police the house, bring him things he'd left sitting around the day before, and ask, "Is this trash? Is that trash?" Eddie's immaturity really shined through when I brought in outside workers to do my flooring. After that, his professionalism and motivation started to drastically decline. For example, I caught him drinking a beer one afternoon and peeing behind my shed the next day. Speaking of the shed, Amazon reviewers said it takes two adults 3-4 hours to put it together. It took two professionals (Eddie & his assistant) a day & a half. 90% of the time during those two days when I went outside, Eddie was just sitting there doing nothing. In the end, Eddie ultimately refused to come back to my house to finish the projects. The very last day, he texted me the day before to say he was not going to come back for an additional week (I'd already waited a week). I put my foot down, and Eddie agreed that the next day his assistant David would come at 8:00 am & he'd be there at 10:00 am to finish everything. Eddie no call/no show-ed. When I attempted to hold Eddie accountable for the unfinished work, he said I was making "ridiculous demands" and trying to control him. When I asked for a refund for the unfinished work, Eddie made up a list of things that had inconvenienced him while working at my house and told me I actually owed HIM money. For example, he said I owed him money because I was present in my own home while he was working. RED FLAGS: - Eddie has a license number listed on his work truck next to his logo. The California State Licensing Board does NOT license handymen, only general contractors, which Eddie is DEFINITELY not. I'm no lawyer, but it seems as though Eddie's trying to make it seem like he's a licensed contractor by displaying a license number that he does not have (He told me he's not a licensed contractor). This first caught my attention when I noticed his last name isn't even on his business card, nor any social media, website, or even his true first name (Eduardo). Then I remembered licensed professionals are supposed to always display their licenses on their marketing materials. I don't know what's going on with that, but it's a huge red flag. - After installing two bathroom vanities (one of which, he charged me $300 extra for re-piping), he told me he didn't know anything about plumbing, and that I should watch for leaks under the sinks because this was his first time doing any plumbing. - Eddie told me to my face that he doesn't like white women. I'm a white woman. His assistant would also regularly do a racist impression of an Indian accent. I was horrified as I had just asked my friend Parvinder if she wanted to come see my new house - Both Eddie and his assistant left the toilet seat up everyday for weeks--it was a daily hassle. Sometimes they couldn't even be bothered to flush. - One day I'd hear Eddie say, "Remind me to bring my texture sprayer tomorrow so I can patch this ceiling" (where he had left holes). Then three weeks later when it still wasn't finished, he changed the story to, "That project is finished 'as is.'" - The front door of my home was left unsecured (gap in the door, deadbolt not functional) because On Demand did not know how to properly install a deadbolt. When I asked Eddie to fix it, he blame-shifted, telling me it was my fault because I had bought the wrong hardware, which was not true. -Eddie stopped keeping track of accounting, projects, and payments after the first few days. He relied on me to do it, then after a passive-aggressive explosion, was upset at prices I had had to guess at because he had quoted me a range (never giving me a specific number). - At one point, Eddie recommended I hire his "buddy" Bryant to do some of the work. Bryant was late three times in a row before I fired him. He had no tools (not even a measuring tape or an extension cord). The day I fired Bryant, I had asked if he needed anything from Home Depot because I was running over there. He said nothing. Once I left my house, Bryant texted me to say he was too hung over from the night before and was on his way home. -- Eddie recommend I skip the primer when painting over my wood paneling and just sand it instead, so I did. They said after 11 am, come 2 pm no txt no notification i reached out again, they said he was in traffic from Coachella and hell be late and that they will txt when he was in town, guess he never made it to town because still haven't gotten a text. I get people get late or whatever, but professional courtesy and some sort of communication would be great, dont just blow of the customer, i guess from other complaints i should have been aware too, so just a heads up they show up when they want to i guess. What a waste of time.

After walking out and seeing no one we called. He didn't answer , after my husband called from a different number he claimed he showed up but didn't want to bother us by ringing the doorbell Not sure how we were shouting know he was outside - maybe esp?
