TriCity installed our new water heater in Feb 2022. Today the vent that goes from water heater to ceiling came of suddenly. I saw the vent lying in our garage floor. I tried calling them but their number no answer and message said their inbox is full so could not leave a message. I called another plumbing company - Next Gen, and the technician said that the vent is really important if not installed properly could be hazardous since the carbon monoxide from the heater could fill the garage and could come in our home. Tri city should have known this and since they did not install this properly placed my family and I in danger. I suggest Tri City to do a better job in properly installing safeguards and parts in a water heater so they do not place other people in peril.

Responsive and fairly priced. Had a small pipe job that I was not comfortable doing myself and I was contacted quickly for details.

Extremely expensive. $500/hour. Work was satisfactory and Ramon arrived on time. We won't be using Tri City Plumbing again.

The work they do is quality work, but had to update for price changes: I would not say they are good for your budget anymore.

Used them twice. One for a clogged toilet and another for a faucet installation. Satisfied with both.

I really appreciated that he gave me several options to consider instead of pressuring me into one solution. What impressed me most was how clearly he explained everything. Since I know very little about how HVAC systems work, he broke it down in a way that was easy to understand--almost like he was teaching an elementary school student, but in the best way possible. He was patient, knowledgeable, and incredibly skilled. Thank you, All City, for sending someone with Sky's expertise and valueto my home. He's a true asset to your team, and I highly recommend both him and All City!

I called All City Plumbing, Air and Electrical because I had diagnosed that my furnace's blower…read moremotor and capacitor needed to be replaced. Jonathan came out and confirmed that that was indeed true. Everything seemed to be going well. Jonathan was very friendly and polite. When it came time for the estimate, he told me it was going to be just under $3,000. That seemed like quite a lot to me for just changing out a blower motor and a capacitor. He also told me that my Rheem furnace couldn't take just any old blower motor and he had to order one special. He said that his company doesn't deal with Rheem because their parts are hard to get. I reluctantly agreed to the repair, which he said would probably take place the next day. Later, he called and said the part wasn't going to arrive for a whole week. This was during one of the hottest weeks of the year in Southern California and I certainly didn't want to be without air conditioning, which runs through my furnace and needs the blower motor. I asked him what my other options were. He told me the only other option I had was to get a whole new system. He explained that he could install the system in only 2 days time or I could wait a whole week and have him repair the blower motor. He also mentioned a 10 year warranty with 1 or 2 years of service from his company. I asked him about the brand and quality of the Furnace that he intended on selling me, which was going to be almost $8,000. He told me it was better than my current system brand and I asked to get it in writing so I could do some research. After not receiving anything in writing I called his company and requested the same thing from them. Shortly after the conversation with his company I received an email specifying the make and model of the new furnace. I researched online and discovered a few interesting things. Number one, Jonathan had lied to me about Rheem parts. I found out from my online research that Reem takes Universal parts and I would not have had to wait until the next week to receive a blower motor that would fit. I also discovered that blower motors and capacitors cost nowhere near $3,000 to install. And finally, the brand of the new furnace that was recommended by Jonathan was nowhere near the quality of the Rheem furnace that I already owned. I canceled the job immediately with the company and again with Jonathan when he called me to find out what was going on. I am still waiting for my refund on the deposit! My contractor friend and I went to an HVAC store and purchased a universal blower motor and capacitor for $180... and installed it ourselves in a couple hours. The system is working perfectly. I don't recommend this business at all. I'm completely confused on why they have such a good rating on Yelp, which is why I picked them to begin with. This was a clear case of trying to take advantage of an old lady in a wealthy neighborhood. Shame on them!! Update: I received a full refund of my deposit and the service fee was completely waived. I got a nice apology from the owner and a manager.

The cost of having two…read moreindependent services would cost more than going through one, but in retrospect, I am SO glad I went through Drain Vision. Sean came out to the property on time. He was already set up and scoping out the sewer pipes when we arrived. Unfortunately, Sean was able to see some discrepancies - roots that had made its way into our pipes, creating blockages and backflow into our yard. Sean also went up on our roof and scoped the pipes situated underneath our home, and I'm so glad he did. Honestly, through Sean's thorough work, we were able to address the work that needed to be done, and had the cost of the work comped back to us through seller credit!! Sean also referred us for the job to be done, and it was executed without any issues. Sean, thanks so much for such a seamless and outstanding job, buddy. If anyone is on the fence on going with Drain Vision, THIS is your sign. Go with Sean, you will NOT regret it. He's an all around good dude and will have your best interests in mind while being honest about it all.
