If I could give Tri City Plumbing 0 stars I would. Where to even start. I contacted Ramon and his team because of a leak that we were having from our second floor shower. We were also having issues with a sink P-Trap and hot water not coming out from the same shower where the leak was. Ramon sent out a plumber, named Fernando, who opened a hole in our drywall and after a couple of mins of eyeballing the area, he determined that the leak was coming from an old seal on the shower overflow. He also said that the issue with the hot water was coming from a cartridge issue and that he would fix it. All together for the P-Trap, seal replacement, and cartridge replacement I was charged $600 after receiving a $100 discount for paying all cash. Fast forward to now, our shower knob broke due to a faulty cartridge. It was an old, broken cartridge that Fernando installed which caused the knob to break. The leak? Never fixed. We patched up the drywall and after a couple of weeks started noticing water stains in the same area again. I reached out to Ramon regarding the leak and he said he would get back to me with info on when they could come back out but then went unresponsive. Since he wasn't responsive after I reached out about the leak, my wife reached out to him from her # about the cartridge issue and he asked her to send pictures and that he would fix it if it was their fault. Pictures were sent and we followed up with him multiple times just for him to ignore our calls/texts and send us to voicemail. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. I now find myself looking for another plumbing company on here to help with the leak that they never fixed, and ended up paying an additional $189 for a whole new kit to replace the cartridge and damaged water knob read more

I had water leaking outside where the washer is on the other side of the wall. The plumbing outfit I've used for years came over and the person didn't know why it was leaking. He even suggested to knock out the stucco to look for it. I decided to get a second opinion and came across tripping-city on yelp. Roman (the owner) was quick to respond and was at my home in less than two hours. He quickly found the problem. He simply replace the TMP valve on the water heater and replaced the pressure regulator to insure my water pressure would be at a safe level. I was so worried that I was looking at a huge expense and because of Roman it was extremely affordable. So glad I found him and will always use Tri-City in the future. read more

I really appreciated Tri City Plumbing. At my rental house, I had a water main leak next to the house with water spraying out and it was flooding the lawn. I called Tri City around 1-2pm. They answered my call right away, I sent them pics of the situation and they said they could come out in the evening or latest the next morning. He also suggested we replace the regulator for safety reasons since regulators do go bad and ours was old. We knew this was a great idea even if it was going to cost us more, we had him replace it. He fixed the leak and replaced the regulator the same night. He sent us pics of the repair job. Looked great and he showed a pic of the water pressure and all is working well. TriCity installed our new water heater in Feb 2022. Today the vent that goes from water heater to ceiling came of suddenly. I saw the vent lying in our garage floor. I tried calling them but their number no answer and message said their inbox is full so could not leave a message. I called another plumbing company - Next Gen, and the technician said that the vent is really important if not installed properly could be hazardous since the carbon monoxide from the heater could fill the garage and could come in our home. Tri city should have known this and since they did not install this properly placed my family and I in danger. I suggest Tri City to do a better job in properly installing safeguards and parts in a water heater so they do not place other people in peril. read more
