Pete H largely oversaw the project, directing teams of plumbers and drywallers to complete the job in 2 days. The quality of work was excellent, and any issues we experienced along the way were addressed quickly and professionally. As I mentioned, this was a big job done quickly and I believe we received good value for what we paid. This mess here is from these company. They supposedly fixed the outside faucet, but it won't turn off. My husband had it go and turn the house water off. No one could come out. The receptionist advice was just to turn the water off and then turn it back off on when you need it. We have since called someone else. My husband would write this. But he's too pissed off. To Bob the plumber.. that tag was from the water heater. Yes that was replace properly back then. Stop trying to defend your horrible work. The plumber we had come out. Said the valve was defective. Called Bob the Plumber on Monday had an appointment for Tuesday between 3-7. Received a call from their office around 4pm saying they couldn't make it. I didn't have a plumbing emergency so I was fine with changing my appointment and I appreciate the timely communication. My new appointment was the next day from 3-5. This was the 5th time using Bob The Plumber, and the biggest job too. We discovered we had a leak going into the garage under the slab from a hot water line. Brian came out and diagnosed the issue and was able to figure out where/ what line it was. Matt came out and gave me the recommended options and prices for each fix. First was to just do a repipe of the leaking line or to do a complete repipe of the house. Our house is 30 years old, and we didn't want to do a "bandaid" fix of one line and most likely deal with another sometime down the road. They got an initial start the same day cutting into the walls. The next day a repiping team came out and did the rest of the wall cutting and install of the new PEX lines and was done by the end of the day. Early next morning a drywall repair team came and fixed all the holes. Everyone did an amazing job. Unbelievable how fast and how clean they performed the work. Brian came back on the third day to do a final inspection of everything, made an adjustment to a slight leak at a shower head they had replaced, and answered any questions I had. read more

Do not use Bob the Plumber unless you want to be ripped off. We had a gas leak at our meter in which the gas company fixed their side and we had to fix ours. We called a few plumbers for quotes including Bob the Plumber. One of the employees came out to look at where our side of the leak needed to be fixed. The gas company told us we just needed to fix 1 bushing. Bob the Plumber quoted us $1,249!! We asked for an itemized estimate and he would not send it. He created a story that he needed to cut different places and replace different parts. We called another plumber and he quoted us $350 (part of the fee was because it was on a Sunday) and said NOTHING needed to be replaced. He simply resealed our side of the meter. He was done within an hour and did a great job! Use Rene Perez from Empire Plumbing Solutions! He's honest and helpful unlike our experience with Bob the Plumber. The gas company came out at the same time that Rene was finishing and the gentleman from the gas company agreed that nothing needed to be replaced or cut. The gentleman from the gas company complimented Rene's work and our gas was turned back on due to everything being safe and secure again. read more

I have used this plumber for a quite a long time. My last experience the worst. 1st negative experience 2022 -water leak. I contacted the office they said they would send their best leak specialist. He indicated there was no leak store and that the meter was not moving in my yard. He recommended checking the attic for a back up of the ac line. The flooring in the bathroom warm to the touch. I had our AC person come out no leak. I finally called my homeowners they sent a plumber the leak was under the vanity. The valve in the wall behind the bathroom was leaking! This took weeks to determine because I assumed he was a specialist. 2nd same bathroom two weeks ago needs new faucets and replacing water return lines. I called they sent someone out. I had all the parts with a smirk this plumber from Bobs quoted me $721.00. I sent them packing replied by text, the quote was ridiculous! Had it done for $350. Bob is a nice man meet him early on. Now it's not him you are dealing you get in touch with a lady who schedules and you get random plumber no more. Sorry Bob whenever u are but I am not paying double. read more

WOW! I can't say enough about how fabulous this company is. Everyone I dealt with were kind and extremely helpful. I needed someone quickly for a leak coming from a long unused irrigation system in the back yard along with a toilet that decided to find its freedom from the floor. After checking reviews and the finding a flyer in my mail the same day I felt it was a sign to call Bob the Plumber. Solomon came out and gave us an assessment on the leak which he felt my adult son could actually take care of and took the time to explain what was needed. He then was able to repair the toilet which was no small feat due to not being installed correctly by the original contractor. I had a water heater coupler go out some time ago, and I called these guys a hand full of times for advice because I didn't quite have the money to pay the piper lol. They gave me a few tips on how to keep the thing ripping for quite some time. When I finally had the money, they came out I was greeted by a very polite couple, who changed out my water heater in about two hours. They cleaned up their mess (and my mess) better than when they came to my home home, hauled off the heater for me because I didn't have a truck. I don't think that normally comes with the service so I definitely appreciate them going above and beyond, especially for the price and time they completed the project.
