Justin and Carlos just left our condo.. They delivered top notch assistance in snaking our kitchen drain. Our disposal and both kitchen sinks had been backed up for a few days with slow drainage.. I did everything I thought I could to get the drains unclogged, Liquid Plummer, Boiling Water, Vinegar and Baking Soda mixture repeated over several days but nothing worked! I called Righty Tighty this afternoon based on their Yelp reviews and their office set up an appointment for me right away.. Justin had called to introduce himself and advised he'd be arriving in an hour. He and his associate arrived as promised, asked a few questions, checked the sink and gave us his expert opinion. He was up front in the pricing, did not have to upsell anything and was very efficient. Plumbing issues are usually always a dreaded nightmare for people who know nothing about pipes and plumbing etc.. I was skeptical to even pick a plumbing company because stereotypically you hear discouraging things. At any rate, We are beyond pleased with today's service and with this company!! The line was snaked, Justin kept us involved by showing us the clogged areas with the mini camera and advised what he was doing and going to do. We will call them in the future if we ever have any other plumbing issues come up, fingers crossed, nothing in the near future. Thank you for being professional, polite and very helpful!! What could improve was some type of assurance not a guarantee, but assurance that the job they do will last more than four days. Is that unreasonable? I don't think so however, they don't offer a "guarantee", so that the charge that you pay for them to snake your outside drain the first time is exactly that the first time. They want to know you for 375 each and every subsequent visit. I have two words for them one begins with an F the other one begins with a U. They didn't seem to have super high intellect, but I bet you they can guess what it is. They're con men, rather con Cowboys If the service doesn't work in three or four days, they'll come back out but you have to repay the service so you have to pay $375 twice. That's just their policy. Every time I would voice a complaint the one cowboy would say I hear you ma'am. I'm glad he heard me, however, he did absolutely nothing to remedy: ie, help with looking into alternatives, call a supervisor, scratch his ass, other than say "I hear ya ma'am" pleasant enough, however after the sixth time - worthless - makes you angry in fact. It's like "well get back on your horses boys and head back to Texas and take your ugly ass machine with you" Ready, tidy plumbing con artists they want to nail you for a service call no matter if it's an hour after your service or two hours or a day, two days, three days, four days, It's just their policy. The charge is 375. If you call them every day of the week it's every day is $375. Horseshit horseshit horseshit horseshit horseshit horseshit. read more

I came home from work to discover a broken water pipe under my concrete foundation, with water coming up through my floors. Since it was after hours, I contacted Righty Tighty for an emergency repair. Mike, the owner, and his technician, Justin, came out that night and worked tirelessly on the repairs. They stayed until 11 p.m. to make sure the situation was under control. Justin returned the following day and spent another 11 hours working to reroute my water lines and find the best solution. Both Mike and Justin were extremely knowledgeable and clearly understood what needed to be done. Justin did an excellent job, and I was especially impressed by how he was able to complete the repairs with very minimal penetration into my walls. About a week after the repair, I noticed that one of my showers wasn't getting enough cold water. I contacted them again, and they came back out, cleaned the sediment from my lines, and got everything working perfectly. I highly recommend Righty Tighty for all your plumbing and contracting needs. During difficult and stressful situations like this, it is incredibly important to know that you can trust the people working in your home to do a great job and charge a fair price. Mike and Justin went above and beyond, and I truly appreciate their hard work and professionalism. read more

I had an excellent experience with Right Tighty from start to finish. They showed up on time, were professional and respectful, and clearly explained what the issue was and how they planned to fix it. What really stood out was their honesty. They didn't try to upsell or scare me into unnecessary work, which is rare these days. The pricing was fair, transparent, and exactly what they quoted. The work was done efficiently and correctly, and everything was left clean when they finished. It's refreshing to work with a company that values integrity and customer service. Highly recommend them and will absolutely use them again. read more

My wife and I noticed a water pressure issue so we called rightly tighty and they scheduled us right away. Justin came out and diagnosed the problem. Fixed the problem at a minimal charge. The day after Christmas, with a house full of guests, one of the kids came out of the main guest bathroom with wet socks and said there was water all over the floor worst timing possible. We called Righty Tighty, and they were on site within 20 minutes, fully prepped with everything they needed in the van. Marty was the technician who showed up, and he absolutely saved the day. He quickly diagnosed the issue, got everything handled efficiently, and kept things clean and stress-free the entire time. Within an hour, the bathroom was back in service, the "out of order" sign was gone, and our guests were able to use it again like nothing ever happened. Fast response, professional service, and excellent work. Huge thanks to Marty and the Righty Tighty team I highly recommend them. read more

Great work. The only company that came out that day. Professional, honest, a little pricey for me, but plumbers are expensive. This 1952 home had an electric stove forever. To save money and improve efficiency we got a nice gas stove, but to use it we needed it converted to an existing gas line. They installed a safety valve, verified for leaks and helped me install the stove. A full service company. Jose did a great job. read more

Justin did an excellent job replacing an old shower valve that had seized up. He understood exactly what the problem was, and there were no surprises. He was professional and courteous and resolved our problem within the time and cost estimate he had given us. We will definitely call again with any plumbing issues in the future. read more

If you're a homeowner a water leak is the bane of your existence, beyond the potential damage, it's a costly endeavor, tht said I made contact and the gal tht answered the phone was helpful and reassuring, sent Pedro C., out from start to finish was like won't leave until everything and anything tht needs fixed gets fixed, true to his word, got everything handled, also walked me through everything and why he did, asked at every turn, hey got to take this approach, just a total pro, and before he left ...showed me how to use the leak detector on the water meter at the street, solid guy, and solid company, would absolutely use again, hopefully never have to, but if I do, they get the call. I feel like it's hard to find an honest plumbing company these days. Righty Tighty has more than exceeded my expectations. Our tankless water heater went out and Marty came out to fix it. He truly made the whole experience such a smooth and easy process. He was kind and took his time to explain everything. Also, I should mention the gal who took my call was so kind and was able to send a tech out the same day. This company will definitely be our go to from here on out. Marty was seriously the nicest soul! From the start he was so friendly, knowledgeable, and had such great energy that it instantly put me at ease. I had been told before that my underground pipes were in bad shape and would need replacing, but Marty actually took the time to show me with a camera (at no extra cost!) that everything was fine and that wasn't the case. He was honest, kind, and went above and beyond. If you want someone you can trust, Marty is your guy! read more

Righty Tighty helped me with a full water heater replacement, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. Henry was the technician who handled the job, and he was excellent from start to finish. He also explained how to maintain the new system, which I really appreciated. If you're looking for a company that's reliable, fair, and skilled, I highly recommend Righty Tighty. read more

Great experience. Clear about costs. My leak wasn't causing needle spin, so they helped me decide to troubleshoot on my own a bit more to make sure my leak wasn't coming from my irrigation lines. This allowed me time to identify the leak myself. After doing so, was able to schedule a next day repair. Very happy with how the entire incident was handled. Communication wise and work wise. I had the best experience with Righty Tighty plumbing! They responded immediately to my request for a quote for my master shower and were able to come out on the same day within a matter of a few hours! Tony was my technician and he was super professional and a pleasure to work with. Even when the job had some kinks he had to work through, he always remained professional and informative! They were even able to price match a quote from another competitor! Top tier communication and service and I am forever grateful to have my shower back working correctly again. Thank you Righty Tighty plumbing, I appreciate you more than you know! read more

Techs were absolutely professional. I think my experience was a one off. However my rating is due to lack of organization of the job and my equipment not being installed properly. I had to push to get the necessary subcontractors for them to complete the job when I was told ahead of time they had the people for it. I didn't like having to make a ton of calls and coordinate their work, on top of having to correct the actual work that I paid to have completed. Luckily my system was not damaged from improper installation. Again I do believe they normally do great work and I think the customer service is probably spot on, I just didn't have that experience. I would recommend the company, with a caution to confirm the process ahead of time and have the techs test any work done for proper function. read more

This review does not reflect on the nice and polite guy who was sent to inspect my 3 concrete sump holding areas at my industrial shop. These sumps are very small (less than 3 feet in diameter). They had standing water (less than a foot deep each) from recent rains accumulated in them. I just wanted the water pumped out. Probably an hour or less. They don't go into a sewer line. My quote was $650. I asked what their hourly rate is and was told "it's that". My lawyer is $450 an hour, I was flabbergasted that a mom and pop operation has such a high rate to pump out a small amount of rain water. Easy job! This review is based solely on value. I obviously declined them doing the work. read more

Had a great experience with them. I had a few quotes from two other competing companies in our area, but what set them apart was their pricing was more affordable for the same job, and they even suggest things we can do to save us money. That is rare for companies to actually say we can get stuff done ourselves to save us money. Their technician (Victor) was very knowledgeable and saved us even more money when we bundled two different jobs/projects. Overall great company, great service, and geared towards helping and saving the consumer $$$ read more

We had a slab leak and we noticed it as soon as we woke up in the morning. I panicked and started searching for plumbers on Google and Yelp and found Righty Tighty Plumbing. Lorenzo came out immediately within an hour of calling and assessed our issue. He gave us his opinion then proceeded with a leak detection. Once this was complete he located the bad line, rebuilt 2 manifolds, rerouted it back through the attic and also installed a new pressure regulator hose bib and irrigation shut off valve. He even came back on a Sunday to complete the work. Overall words cannot describe how satisfied I am with Lorenzo's work. 10/10 recommend to anyone having plumbing issues. THESE GUYS ARE EXCELLENT!!!! VICTOR, My serviceman today, was absolutely top- notch!! The price was very fair and reasonable. So if you're on here, reading these reviews, you most likely need a plumber and you're not a plumber! You need to find somebody that you can count on, that's gonna do the job and get it done right, and I'm gonna tell you, these folks at Righty-Tighty Plumbing totally own their work!! We have had a backed up washer drain that has been a real issue for a while now, flooding over to the floor if you don't catch it in time. I came here to Yelp, found their reviews then called and talked to Mike, the owner. I got a great response and a good feeling about it, so I asked him to send out a technician. Victor showed up this afternoon on time and started right in on the job. Victor has 25 years experience- he quickly broke it down into what the options were and how he wanted to approach it, communicated with me what he wanted to do, and just started working. He worked clean and neat, kept the area clean and cleaned it all up before he left. If I could these guys 20 stars, I would !! It is such a pleasure to have a serviceman who knows his trade, knows how to get the job done in a timely manner, and knows how to do it politely and cleanly!! I honestly just cannot say enough about how happy I was to have Victor in my house today -I'd call him back in a heartbeat any day!! read more

I had been recommended to Righty Tighty Plumbing by a coworker and I am extremely HAPPY with this company. I had my water pressure regulator replaced and on a separate occasion, I had my outside water main line pipes repaired. They responded quickly and provided excellent service.
