What could improve was some type of assurance not a guarantee, but assurance that the job they do will last more than four days. Is that unreasonable? I don't think so however, they don't offer a "guarantee", so that the charge that you pay for them to snake your outside drain the first time is exactly that the first time. They want to know you for 375 each and every subsequent visit. I have two words for them one begins with an F the other one begins with a U. They didn't seem to have super high intellect, but I bet you they can guess what it is. They're con men, rather con Cowboys If the service doesn't work in three or four days, they'll come back out but you have to repay the service so you have to pay $375 twice. That's just their policy. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Every time I would voice a complaint the one cowboy would say I hear you ma'am. I'm glad he heard me, however, he did absolutely nothing to remedy: ie, help with looking into alternatives, call a supervisor, scratch his ass, other than say "I hear ya ma'am" pleasant enough, however after the sixth time - worthless - makes you angry in fact[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]. Techs were absolutely professional. I think my experience was a one off. However my rating is due to lack of organization of the job and my equipment not being installed properly. I had to push to get the necessary subcontractors for them to complete the job when I was told ahead of time they had the people for it. I didn't like having to make a ton of calls and coordinate their work, on top of having to correct the actual work that I paid to have completed. Luckily my system was not damaged from improper installation. Again I do believe they normally do great work and I think the customer service is probably spot on, I just didn't have that experience. I would recommend the company, with a caution to confirm the process ahead of time and have the techs test any work done for proper function. read more

This review does not reflect on the nice and polite guy who was sent to inspect my 3 concrete sump holding areas at my industrial shop. These sumps are very small (less than 3 feet in diameter). They had standing water (less than a foot deep each) from recent rains accumulated in them. I just wanted the water pumped out. Probably an hour or less. They don't go into a sewer line. My quote was $650. I asked what their hourly rate is and was told "it's that". My lawyer is $450 an hour, I was flabbergasted that a mom and pop operation has such a high rate to pump out a small amount of rain water. Easy job! This review is based solely on value. We had a slab leak and we noticed it as soon as we woke up in the morning. I panicked and started searching for plumbers on Google and Yelp and found Righty Tighty Plumbing. Lorenzo came out immediately within an hour of calling and assessed our issue. He gave us his opinion then proceeded with a leak detection. Once this was complete he located the bad line, rebuilt 2 manifolds, rerouted it back through the attic and also installed a new pressure regulator hose bib and irrigation shut off valve. He even came back on a Sunday to complete the work. Overall words cannot describe how satisfied I am with Lorenzo's work. 10/10 recommend to anyone having plumbing issues.
