I had to replace a pressure regulator for my home water line. I was able to negotiate a very reasonable price to have that work and an old ball valve for the water shutoff replaced. All-Star Plumbing gave an estimate for a root intrusion in my sewer line. Their estimate was lower than the other two estimates and within my price range. The work included digging 4ft down through palm roots and replacing 4 ft of pipe. Added two clean outs and rock salt on outside before burying pipe. Sent photos of each step. Easy to contact plumber before and after work was complete. I went with All-Star Plumbing since it was a smaller shop experience vs the corporate managed bigger shops. There were no up sales or a separate manager to give estimates. I texted back and forth with the actual plumber onsite. I am definitely satisfied with all their work. We live in an older house that hasn't gotten its water heater replaced in god knows how long, but it finally stopped working this Tuesday so we decided to get a quote from All Star Plumbing. Kyle came out to give us an estimate for the water heater removal and replacement along with an enclosure since ours is placed outside. He had some availability on his schedule and was able to do the job same day which worked out great! As I mentioned our house is old, so unfortunately Kyle actually had to come out again to see if he can determine why the water wasn't getting hot. Turns out we had some crossover happening due to the older unused bathroom that we have yet to fix, so he was able to resolve that issue and we now have hot water! Great customer service all around! We had a gas leak after putting in a new pool heater. While our pool service company identified the leak, they're not in the business of fixing it... that's when we called All-Star Plumbing. From the moment I reached out they were friendly and professional. We had turned off the gas to the equipment so having them come the following day was perfect. They quickly identified the issue and gave us a quote for repairs. Throughout the process the communication was fantastic, both through conversions with Johnny and text notifications from the company - we always knew when they were showing up and when they were finished. Doing the job right required cutting the concrete to access the pipes, it was done clean and efficiently.
