Our water heater went out over Labor Day weekend, and Scott Cole Plumbing came to the rescue. We called and Scott took the call right away and was very clear, honest and straight forward about what needed to be done, how much it would cost and when he could send someone out. His communication was on point. We were fortunate he was able to have a couple guys here first thing in the morning on Labor Day to install a brand new unit. I cannot say enough good things about them. David and Chris were amazing! They did a fantastic job, were incredibly kind, courteous, and maintained excellent communication from start to finish. It is rare to find a business this honest and fair, especially when handling an urgent issue on a major holiday. They took care of everything efficiently and professionally. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, top-notch plumbing services! read more

We've used Scott Cole Plumbing a few times now and have consistently had a great experience with them. Most recently, they replaced a water heater at one of our rental properties. They are always responsive, and their plumbers are friendly, professional, and easy to communicate with. The work is done properly, and they always make sure everything is cleaned up when they're finished. Scott himself is also very knowledgeable and helpful. When we had water damage related to the water heater, he provided great advice on dealing with the insurance claim and made sure everything was well documented, which was extremely helpful. It's been nice having a plumbing company we can rely on. We've been very happy with their service and would definitely recommend Scott Cole Plumbing. read more

I had a main sewage line clog that was pretty backed up with towel wipes that say they are toilet flush friendly...first mistake. My line was backed up to our cleanout well that held about 20 gallons. I called Scott Cole for the locality and family owned operation. I support small business. They came out in about 2 hours. Chris and Joe were my techs and gave me excellent service, great feedback and advice to make my lines better for the future and were just good guys. We had to sump dump the fluids first, then the line opening showed up and we snaked from the line to the street and the line to house. They did it twice in both directions to give me that peace of mind. I don't know plumbing and they did show me a picture of what how my connection was configured. I wish I would of asked for that picture. Please send if you see this. I want to make that correction in the future and extend my cleanout about 6 inches in height. Please give me a quote for that service? read more

How can I even put this into words. Recently, I discovered I had a leak in my home. From there I prayed that the cost to fix it wouldn't be extravagant. I'd used Scott Cole Plumbing in the past and had a great experience with this company, so I gave them a call. Truth being said, I'll never have to search for a company for my plumbing needs again. Scott and his son came to my house and quickly identified the problem and what was needed to fix the leak. Scott laid out the plan and I'm beyond happy with the outcome and his business. Scott sent one of his plumber's, Frank. Frank did an outstanding job fixing the problem. Frank is neat, clean and very friendly. Scott answered my prayer's and went beyond my service needs. I'm so incredibly lucky and thankful to him and his company. I suggest, if you have any kind of plumbing needs, try them. They're fast, friendly, reliable and knowledgeable no joke. Kindly, take my advice and see for yourself. read more

The Only Plumber I Trust - Scott Cole Plumbing! I have been using Scott Cole Plumbing since 2019, when I purchased my first home. Being new to the area, I turned to Facebook reviews and noticed how highly Scott was recommended. I decided to give him a chance, and it was one of the best decisions I ever made! Over the years, Scott and his team have handled everything from replacing a washer/dryer valve and installing a new water heater to dealing with a slab leak that ultimately required a whole-house re-pipe. As a first-time homeowner, that experience was an absolute nightmare, but Scott walked us through every step of the process and eased my nerves during what was an incredibly stressful time. His knowledge, honesty, patience, and professionalism made all the difference. Since then, I have continued to rely on Scott and his team for all our plumbing needs, and they have never disappointed! They are absolutely amazing at what they do. For today's service call, Joe was absolutely amazing. But not surprising at all. One thing I especially appreciate is that Scott actually answers his own phone calls! You don't get passed around or left wondering when someone will get back to you. He is responsive, reliable, and genuinely cares about his customers. On top of that, Scott and his team are incredibly efficient. They show up quickly, get the job done, and provide outstanding service. Honestly, there is no plumbing job they can't handle! I cannot recommend Scott Cole Plumbing highly enough. Finding someone you can trust with your home is priceless, and Scott has earned that trust time and time again. I am forever grateful to Scott and his amazing team for their hard work, dedication, and peace of mind over the years. If you're looking for a plumber you can trust, look no further. Scott Cole Plumbing is the best of the best! I wouldn't trust anyone else with my home. There is simply no other! read more

We have been using Scott Cole Plumbing for more than 5 years now and have nothing but great things to say about Scott and his company. They have installed water heaters, shut off valves, and perform the yearly maintenance for our water heaters. All employees we have dealt with including owner Scott have been fantastic. With fast response times & service, respectful to us and our properties, and reasonably priced. Highly recommend. read more

Noticed water damage on my ceiling and cut in to investigate. Initially thought it was the ABS drain, but after tracing the issue I found the real problem was a failing fitting on the hot water PEX supply line. The plumber who came out was friendly enough, but the quote came in at $1,400 for a straightforward PEX repair. I had already done the discovery, cut the access hole, and identified the leak. This was not a complex job and did not justify that price. I ended up calling another plumbing company who is doing the same repair for $300-$400, over $1000 less. Price padding a simple repair, especially when it feels like it's based on the assumption an insurance claim will be filed, isn't a good look. Honest pricing and integrity matter, and in this case, they missed the mark. read more

After contacting a few plumbers, I found Scott Cole plumbing to come fix my water heater on a Saturday. After I performed a yearly draining and I could not get the pilot light relit. The draining valve also would not stop dripping. They called me right back and had a technician out within 2 hours. The technician stopped the leak but could not get the pilot light relit. The error code said I would need a new gas valve which needed to be ordered. He offered quite a few suggestions but said there was nothing more he could do until after Labor Day. He was very apologetic and did not charge me anything. The thought of no hot water for 2 days did not sit well with my family. Turns out putting a fan on the pilot to help it dry out after the leak did the trick. The pilot relit the next day. read more

I called Scott Cole Plumbing on a hot 100 degree Saturday afternoon after I noticed my water bill spike and discovered I had an outside irrigation leak. Scott first helped me troubleshoot over the phone to confirm what type of leak I had and if it is something I might be able to remedy. What plumber does this? Most would just send a plumber who shows up 3 days later and send me a huge bill. Not Scott. After viewing pictures and troubleshooting ,He said he would send one of his skilled plumbers to assess the issue. On the same day, he sent Joe who was extremely nice and knowledgeable. He confirmed the leak was caused by a cracked pvc pipe connector and he made the repair with no issues. I have been a customer of Scott's for several years. He has repaired my slab leak, did a water heater replacement and done faucet leak repairs. He always provides superior customer service and excellent work. His employees are top notch and I will never use any other plumber. Thank you Scott and all your employees! You truly are the best! read more

I have a 1952 with 1952 Plumbing! Scott came out personally when we were having a sewer blockage and some of his team members were with him. After reviewing the problem, his estimate cost of repair was $1500 below two other estimates. His workers were the friendliest, most considerate group of gentlemen I have ever worked with. The work was done in the time they estimated and the yard was left in the best shape it possibly could have been considering the deep trenches they had to dig. I would call Scott Cole Plumbing in a heartbeat for any future problems. read more

What a start of the new year! Two (2) slab leaks within a 2 week period. Called Scott Cole Plumbing since we had a great experience with them for the first leak and decided to have the whole house repiped to avoid any future water surprises. Scott has been amazing since we first reached out to him regarding the first leak and Anthony was super through, knowledgable, and above and beyond in communication and walking us through the repiping of our home process. To clarify, we were very impressed by Anthony and his team that came to do the work. We will forever be grateful for choosing Scott's family company. Scott and his team take care of you as if you were family and not too many local family companies express such gratitude, empathy, and devotion towards their customers when stressful situations arise like dealing with a water leak. Huge shout out to Scott, Anthony, and their team again for the win here! I sure hope we have no more water/plumbing surprises, however if we do, we have a great deal of peace of mind since he is our go-to company and we know we will be taken care of. read more

We decided to go with Scott Cole Plumbing. I think with many...when we do any kind of house construction work it's really nerve-racking and we want to find somebody that is going to get the job done fast and right. Some one that we can trust if something were to go wrong they will get that all taken care of and that is exactly what his company has provided for us from start to finish. We had a slab leak and they did a repipe for our home and drywall after. Took two days. They had open communication with us any time we had questions..even days after it was done. I definitely recommend them. We have a second home in corona that I'm sure in the future I will go back to them to repipe that one as well. It's hard to find someone who is legit . Their pricing was pretty fair as well. They clearly value customers. Thank you for your excellent service. read more

Unfortunately we had a slab leak. I was given a quick and honest quote over the phone for 1/3 of what another company had given me. Not only that but Scott really made us feel super comfortable using them and has a long and outstanding reputation out here in Corona. It was my 4 th leak in last 4 years so Adrian recommended that I replace mainline with new 1" copper line from meter to house. I needed a plumber in a hurry, had some puddles in the garage from upstairs laundry room. Called one "five star" plumber and they never called me back. I called Scott Cole Plumbing and Scott himself answered the call. I told him what was going on and he said he could have a plumber to my address later in the evening or first thing in the morning and gave me times. I chose the morning and Joe from Scott Cole was there early. I showed him the issue, he checked the garage and then laundry room and gave me two options of fixing it and costs. How original, giving a customer options and costs up front. If you ever need a plumber that answers their phones and arrives when promised, even early, call Scott Cole Plumbing. They have my business from now on. read more
