Great communication and very on top of it. Traffic was 3-4 hours to get to my clients house due to sudden traffic lane shut down and he still committed to coming out and showed up on time. I'd recommend him again and will use him again. Hard to find a plumber that communicates, shows up, and provides the services. Thank you George!!! read more

This is our third time working with Alpha and Omega Plumbing. Our tenant reported water heater issue. I called Alpha and Omega Plumbing for an emergency need. George picked up the called and arrived within 30 mins. I'm really impressed and pleased with the service where George really put his customer first by responding timely and offering his professional opinion to really address the issue. If things don't need to be replaced, he will let you know, so you won't spend money you don't need to. Highly recommend Alpha and Omega for all your plumbing needs. read more

Updating my review after another great experience with Alpha & Omega Plumbing. Their team continues to impress with prompt response, excellent communication, and professional service. This time George and Manuel came back to fix a messy and improper installation done by a previous plumber on our home water filter system that had been causing a leak. They quickly identified the issue, corrected the installation properly, and made sure everything was working perfectly. They are very knowledgeable, efficient, and respectful of the workspace, cleaning everything up after the job was done. It's hard to find honest, reliable and reasonable price plumbers like this. We truly appreciate their excellent service and highly recommend them read more

I had an outstanding experience with this plumbing company and would absolutely recommend them. George was my main point of contact, and he was exceptional -- informative, respectful, and genuinely professional the entire time. He walked me through everything clearly, answered every question without rushing, and carried himself with the kind of work ethic you don't see often anymore. The company as a whole is fast, reliable, and truly gets the job done. George's personality and professionalism made the whole process easy and stress‑free, and I'd trust him enough to recommend him to my closest friends. The preformed an entire sewage drain replacement, new clean out port and main water line replacement as well. If you're looking for quality work and people who actually care about what they're doing, this is the team to call, and to top it off... Incredibly reasonable prices!! read more

I woke up this morning to a leaking water heater. I went to yelp to get estimates and nearly every response was from an ai assistant giving me poor information. Once I contacted alpha and omega plumbing I was given an actual quote for the water heater replacement and availability the day of. Super simple and straight forward I and to fix a valve to the water heater which they gave me a great deal on due to being there for the water heater. No more than two hours and everything was working and I had hot water again. They replaced all lines to the water heater and even saved me from having to cut into the wall to fix the broken valve. No way you could go wrong with how professional, communicative and straight forward they were. read more

I asked for a quote via yelp and got it. Reached out via phone earlier today, and luckily was told that they were free in a few hours. I requested for a water heater flush service. Within the designated time, Manuel and Dave arrived. I had them do a flush on my water heater. They were able to do it efficiently and quickly. There was no upsell and good decent information about stuff that I can do to maintain it. The price they offered/ quoted was spot on and was pretty much industry standard. Thanks a bunch guys. read more

Joseph came by for a dishwasher installation. Great work at a very reasonable price. I was especially impressed that he kept everything clean, and he even helped dispose of the old dishwasher and all the packaging. I also appreciated that he gave me some advice regarding a slow faucet. I'll definitely be contacting Alpha & Omega for any future issues. Thank you again! read more

We recently used Alpha & Omega plumbing to move our water shut off indoors & install a water leakage detector. They were one of the plumbers that was recommended by our home owners insurance. Most of the plumbers we spoke to did not install the device that was given to us. The team was on time, friendly, thorough, & clean. They even assisted us with changing a wonky shower head fixture that was installed by the previous owners. Highly recommend them read more

The manager George and i agreed the price (communicated clearly through SMS) including the new water heater installation and fixing one shower tub water slow problem. But after i paid the full amount when i was working outside, I found that the shower water slow problem was not fixed after i got back. George refused to work on this and keep ignoring me not accepting phone calls nor SMS. This is NOT a creditable vendor and I recommend avoiding using their service. read more

I used Alpha and Omega plumbing to replace the refrigerator ice maker water line box. Bottom line the first plumber my daughter called couldn't fix it. She had no ice in a new refrigerator for over a year! I decided to call Alpha and Omega to see if they could fix it for her. I called them at 10am, they responded immediately and gave me a fair price estimate. I had posted a picture of the problem so they knew what the issue was and how to fix it. They arrived at 1pm and before 2pm were cleaning up with the problem was resolved. I was very impressed with Manuel and David who were the service techs. Very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Plus they were on time!!! I will definitely be using them again since I own a couple of real estate properties. Btw, I patched the drywall after the repair was made. read more

I reached out to multiple plumbers for a quote to replace my garbage disposal. Alpha & Omega was the one of the most affordable but were so easy to communicate and work with, they were a no brainer. They came, did the job, flagged a few other issues for us to consider fixing in the future and delivered as expected. Outstanding customer service! I went to visit my dad to find that the water hose out front wouldn't shut off. After trying what we knew, I contacted a few companies looking for a quote and possible advice. George was awesome from beginning to end. He took the time to understand the problem, diagnose and gave us multiple solutions all while educating us along the way. He even helped my dad with a few other issues he had throughout the house. This is my second experience with Alpha and Omega and I have to say that they are now my go to for plumbing issues. We just bought a house and was required by insurance to install a new pressure regulator and automatic water shutoff in case of leak. I called around and got pricing from four or five plumbers, but I went with Alpha & Omega baised on George who came out, explained the scope of work, and gave me a diecent price. After living in the house for a few months we realized that there was a problem with the patio drains being clogged. Called Alpha & Omega again and they came out and pulled about eight feet of roots from the drain pipes. George told me what he thinks allowed the roots to cause the problem and got water flowing through the drains just in time for upcoming storms. In my opinion these guys are great. read more

I had Alpha and Omega come by again to fix our toilet and faucet. We needed the toilet flush system and angle stop replaced in one of our toilets. We also needed the faucet replaced in the other bathroom (eventually I plan to renovate the bathroom) because it was leaking, old, and crusty with mineral build up. Manuel and Joe did an amazing job on replacing everything efficiently and showing me what they did. I definitely will continue to use them again in the future! read more

I recently had to replace my water heater and ended up going with Alpha and Omega Plumbing -- and I'm really glad I did. They were able to come out within about an hour. George was the technician who helped me, and he was professional, straightforward, and easy to deal with from start to finish. What stood out the most was that they didn't try to upsell me. I had already gotten another quote that was higher. George kept it simple, explained what was actually needed, and stuck to it. Their pricing was exactly what they quoted -- no surprises at all. I also appreciated that they didn't take my credit card directly. Instead, they sent a secure payment link by email, which felt really professional and organized. Overall a really smooth process. After getting a super high quote from another plumbing company to do a minor toilet reseating job I contacted Alpha and Omega and was quoted a fair price that was a 3rd of what the other company quoted. The plumber that came out, Manuel was amazing, he gave me a full explanation of what the work could include and when he removed the toilet he was very thorough in explaining the issue and provided me with options to correct the problem without trying to over sale me on things. He completed the work cleaned up the mess and advised me of the warranty in case I had another issue or wanted to go a bout replacing the entire flange and components. All in all great customer service, great job advising the customer of the issues and provided options to correct. I will contact them for future needs. read more
