But after i paid the full amount when i was working outside, I found that the shower water slow problem was not fixed after i got back. I used Alpha and Omega plumbing to replace the refrigerator ice maker water line box. Bottom line the first plumber my daughter called couldn't fix it. She had no ice in a new refrigerator for over a year! I decided to call Alpha and Omega to see if they could fix it for her. I called them at 10am, they responded immediately and gave me a fair price estimate. I had posted a picture of the problem so they knew what the issue was and how to fix it. This is my second experience with Alpha and Omega and I have to say that they are now my go to for plumbing issues. We just bought a house and was required by insurance to install a new pressure regulator and automatic water shutoff in case of leak. I called around and got pricing from four or five plumbers, but I went with Alpha & Omega baised on George who came out, explained the scope of work, and gave me a diecent price. After living in the house for a few months we realized that there was a problem with the patio drains being clogged. Called Alpha & Omega again and they came out and pulled about eight feet of roots from the drain pipes. George told me what he thinks allowed the roots to cause the problem and got water flowing through the drains just in time for upcoming storms. In my opinion these guys are great. read more

I used Yelp Projects to submit a plumbing repair request to a number of companies, and George from Alpha and Omega was first to reply, within just a few minutes, at almost 10 PM at night! He was very knowledgeable about the issue and based on my photos submitted was able to quickly provide a fair quote and explain the service A&O would provide. He was also very patient as he allowed for me to get back responses from other services to compare and contrast, and competitively bid. Before I had received a single other reply, I had pretty much decided this was the company I was going to use. That was further bolstered after receiving 5 other replies that night and next morning. We have a 106-yr-old home that has had many issues to repair, thanks to work done by a previous owner. In this case, a saddle valve was used to install a water line to our refrigerator. I never realized how problematic these things could be until I found a bunch of water in the cabinetry under my sink and on the floor and after further researching them online. How these things are even permitted to be sold is beyond me. Scary stuff. I am glad we were not away on vacation or the damage to our home could have become expensive. The saddle valve corroded and developed a leak. I wanted to replace with a better solution that would not fail over time, while reestablishing my connection to the ice maker for my fridge. George had the answer to all and was able to schedule service the very next day. Nate and Manuel showed up to do the work. They were very friendly and communicative and took care of the repair quickly, after picking up some needed special parts at our local big box home retailer. My saddle valve was eliminated and the line reestablished. Over the weekend I noticed a little much-less-concerning leaking that didn't amount to much, but indicated there was a little more to be done. Nate and Manuel were back out that Monday to investigate further, identified more corrosion in the line, and replaced that portion as well at no additional cost. A week later, we have full service and zero leaks. Job well done, guys! I very much recommend Alpha and Omega for your plumbing job.
