Josh with Circle City Plumbing & Rooter came to assist with our plumbing needs (toilet making strange noise and constantly dripping bathroom faucet). After he observed what was occurring, he knew to immediately check the water pressure. After checking, the instrument showed the water pressure was too high and he gave thorough information as to what range it should be for residential, how long water pressure valves typically last and the reason why replacement of water pressure valve would be necessary. Significant Other inquired if he could adjust the water pressure valve to get it into the proper psi range and Josh indeed tried to no avail. A new water pressure valve would be necessary. I use Yelp to find various service providers for my rental property. Circle City had a higher star rating so I gave them a call for a leak in my ceiling. Within a few minutes of leaving a message I had a phone call and a text response. I scheduled an appointment that aligned with my tenants schedule and they arrived as planned and very quickly. They detected a leak from the upstairs unit pipes that was causing water to pool in my downstairs ceiling. Unfortunately they didn't get to complete the job as it was now the responsibility of the upstairs owner, but nonetheless the response time was great, and the service that was provided was reasonably priced as well. read more

We Had a water leak in the wall of our closet. We called circle city plumbing they came out the next morning. We had to shut the water off when we found the wet floor so there was only the original damage. They promptly found the leak, had to tear out drywall to fix the leak. The completely fixed it same day. They recommended and showed me we had too much water pressure coming into the house so they changed the water regulator as well. They came back to replace the drywall today and did a beautiful job. Completely Happy with their expertise and their service. 5 Star Quality! I noticed water leaking from the wall in the laundry room and Circle City Plumbing and Rooter has some killer deals if you go to the website. They came on the quickness and discovered a broken water pipe. If it wasn't for Ryan I would have took my dad's advice and opened the main line to fish for a not existent clog. Not only did they diagnose the problem, but because we decided to explore our options with our insurance, a gentleman named Ever decided there was no need to charge for the visit. Our hot water heater was leaking and we needed it replaced immediately. I spoke with Ever at Circle City Plumbing and he had us scheduled for the next day. Gerry and Juan were here and had it replaced with a new tankless water heater and our hot water flowing great. They also checked our water pressure for us and found that our regulator was broken and got that replaced for us. That could have been a very costly problem if they hadn't found it. Ever showed up right on time within the specified 1 hour window (as opposed to 4 hour time windows given by other companies.). He spoke professionally regarding the infiltration of roots and other build up in my drains and provided a very reasonable quote. I had Circle City Plumbing come out for an emergency plumbing issue. The plumber traced the issue to the toilet. He repaired it but the water continued to flow. Josh, the lead came back out several times to trace the leak. He and the team used cameras and other water detection equipment. They went above and beyond the normal service.
