Rick and Marco were great. Very polite and professinal. I have used Hiniker before but this time, it was for a water heater replacement. I saw they really paid attention to making sure things were up to code. I could have gotten this through my home warranty company but I knew it could end up costing me more in the long run more. To be honest, their costing is fair; not the cheapest but when you see how their guys work and what they include as far as making sure the pipe routing is done more efficiently, there is a huge piece of mind in knowing the job was done well! This was my second plumber in two days. Last night, someone came from another company. He couldn't finish the job I started (installing a toilet tank) because he didn't have a part. He did tell me how much it would cost to do the job, though. Called Hiniker today and they came for a free estimate. Same price as last night. I let him do it. He came upon the same problem I did (toilet leaking onto the tile). Well, you know, it was tighter than I had it, so I can't see any other reason it would leak. So glad the leaking was not my fault for not knowing how to install a toilet tank. Anyway, they were prompt, clean, and courteous. It seems every few months our kitchen drain plugs up. Over the last few years, we've had many different plumbers come out but not permanently fix the issue. We called Hiniker plumbing and Luis came out and snaked the drain and took the time to explain why he thought it wasn't enough. He recommend the hydro jet, which we agreed to. Gary came out a couple hours later with the hydro jet and we were surprised at the buildup of grease and gunk that came out of our drain. It was obviously years and years of buildup. He said that this should take care of it for many years to come. The whole Hiniker team is friendly, and obviously care about their customers and about customer service. Quick to answer the phone, was able to book a service appointment for the next morning. Jeff was very professional and explained the issues, was able to fix everything. Word of advice check your regulator for proper pressure where it comes into the house. Ours way twice the pressure it should of been,and caused the water heater temp and pressure valve to fail. So a regulator and T & P valve had to be replaced. We are all better now read more

I used Hiniker Plumbing about a year ago for an issue with our water heater and it was fixed quickly and for a reasonable price. We thought we had a leak behind our wall in one of our bathrooms so I called Hiniker Plumbing and Danny Lopez arrived today, on time. He went straight to the issue, which turned out was not a plumbing issue at all. He even took a look a toilet we were having issues with and gave his recommendations. He was courteous and professional and even though there is a $125 service charge for their time (which is reasonable), they chose to not charge me because he was only in my house for 15 minutes and could not find anything wrong with my plumbing! Called this company because we were in a tough spot. Our repair guys accidentally hit a copper pipe during the repairs. With the Main water turned. I must of called 30 local plumbers before I found Hiniker Plumbing. I explained my situation to the dispatcher and she immediately got in contact with technician. They were about to get to my customers house within 30 minutes. Fix the pipe and my repairs guys were able to completed their job in a timely manner. Other than an hour of no water. Our customer was definitely appreciative that this was handled right away. So thank you. I don't recall the technicians name but great work. Once again, I am extremely pleased with the service that Hiniker Plumbing provides. I called late in the afternoon to have the pilot ignition on my water heater replaced due to a small gas leak and was given an appointment early the next day with Lou. He arrived on time, was polite, and after a quick look he determined the job was not going to be as simple as first thought because the company brand of my unit (GE) no longer made water heaters. Lou said ordering a part could take up to two weeks. He gave me an estimate for replacing the entire unit, and it was a fair price considering the many upgrades needed to bring everything up to code. He even noted the current unit was too large for my household's needs and a smaller unit would save me a couple hundred dollars. He was extremely informative, and I did not feel I was being pressured or misled in making a decision. It took about 3 hours for him to complete the project, which is what he quoted to me before beginning. Afterwards, he took plenty of time to explain everything that was upgraded, go over the new unit, and answer a few questions I had about detecting any potential future issues. He also showed me how to flush the tank to help cut the costs of having it serviced every year by a professional. He hauled away the old unit and left the area clean and tidy. I have been a customer of Hiniker Plumbing for several years. Excellent customer service from the beginning when I needed a water heater and came across a Hiniker truck in our business parking lot. The man in the truck agreed to follow me home to look at the problem and we had a new water heater the next day. This was after two other companies flaked on me, never showing up for the appointments. Fast forward after a few more fixes and unclogs, our main line backed up all of a sudden on a Sunday afternoon, I called my go to plumbing company and Gary sent out a fairly new employee, Jeff. Jeff was pleasant and professional from the moment he stepped out of the truck. The cover to the main line was difficult to get off due to it being extremely tight and at least three feet below ground. He was persistent and it finally came off! You had to be there to understand how difficult it was. He never once displayed frustration. He fixed the problem and answered about a hundred questions all during the fix ;) Gary, you have a honest and loyal employee in Jeff. At one point, my husband said, so next time we'll call you. After calling 20 plumbers on a Saturday night, and a day of trying diy anticlogging methods, these guys were the only ones willing to come out. They were at our house quick and fixed our main line backup very quickly and efficiently. We had a different company a month ago fix a pressure valve and felt kinda ripped off by them so we were weary about another plumber trying to rip us off.
