Had a pipe bust in the wall behind our shower. Jerry showed up when he said. And with very minimal damage he was able to quickly assess and determine the problem. Fixed it better than what was done prior to prevent the pipe from breaking again. He was even conscientious about the Drywall repair and saving the patches that he took out Which made the repairs overall that much easier I highly recommend the company read more

I called and gave them my scenario which is just to crimp the propress coupler for the copper pipe since I don't have the tool. Johnny mentioned on the response prior to going to my house that it will cost me $495.00. I replied no Ty and just rented it at homedepot and only took me 1 minute to crimp it. Beware and do your research before committing. read more

Can't thank Rick, Jeff, and Desiree enough. I'm a real estate agent and three days before closing escrow on my client's house the termite tent came down and the gas company wouldn't turn the gas back on because they detected a leak that later could not be found. My client's had a different plumber charging them tens of thousands and quoted a 2 week repair time which would delay closing along with their contingent purchase, setting back all parties involved. Jeff worked from 8am to 11pm and repiped the entire house for us on a Monday so we could close on time for half the price. He was very polite and courteous and checked in with me on his progress. Integrity, efficiency, & reliability is a rare find these days. Don't risk going elsewhere. read more

This the second time that I have used Hiniker plumbing. They are courteous and professional each and every time I have worked with them. In this latest call, it was July 4th and though they were looking at having a half day in order to enjoy the holiday, they still came to my home to correct my plumbing problem. I highly recommend Hiniker Plumbing if you have any plumbing needs. You can't go wrong. read more

Rick and Marco were great. Very polite and professinal. I have used Hiniker before but this time, it was for a water heater replacement. I saw they really paid attention to making sure things were up to code. I could have gotten this through my home warranty company but I knew it could end up costing me more in the long run more. To be honest, their costing is fair; not the cheapest but when you see how their guys work and what they include as far as making sure the pipe routing is done more efficiently, there is a huge piece of mind in knowing the job was done well! I'll keep using them for other service calls if necessary. Also, when you call them, I think it's either the owner or Manager that answers the call right away, live which is really nice! read more

I started a bathroom project on a Sunday morning and bit off more than I can chew. I called James from Hiniker Plumbing and he came over within the hour and saved the day. Definitely will call him again in the future. read more

Hiniker Plumbing - Plumbing Near Me

This was my second plumber in two days. Last night, someone came from another company. He couldn't finish the job I started (installing a toilet tank) because he didn't have a part. He did tell me how much it would cost to do the job, though. Called Hiniker today and they came for a free estimate. Same price as last night. I let him do it. He came upon the same problem I did (toilet leaking onto the tile). Well, you know, it was tighter than I had it, so I can't see any other reason it would leak. So glad the leaking was not my fault for not knowing how to install a toilet tank. Anyway, they were prompt, clean, and courteous. If I ever had to do this again, I would; and I would make sure to ask for Lou. He totally made my day. He wore booties when he came in. He was super pleasant to talk to. When he left, he even checked my water pressure. You know the guy last night? He told me I should check my water pressure. Did he do it? No. Another reason to ask for Lou. read more

I highly recommend this company!!We had the Gas Company tell us that our original water heater was inoperable and leaking gas. My wife found found this company via Yelp. Tina was great and extremely helpful and advised her they could have someone that day! (It was a Saturday) The technician (Danny) was also very professional and gave us our options. He was out the very next day and installed our new water heater in a couple of hours! The overall experience in working with these people was great and we're very happ with their service. read more

I called my friend Dezi Who scheduled Jeff to come out to our home and help us with our plumbing needs. Jeff was professional fast and courteous my mom thought he was very sweet! Jeff identified the first issue as being something very easy and did that service for no charge at all and although the last few things done did cost more than we wanted to spend it was a lot less than anywhere else and the cost that would have been, if it wasn't for this company & their service! If you're looking for an honest business at fair prices then I would highly recommend Hiniker Plumbing and especially sservice man/Jeff who mmade the experience that much more satisfactory. thank you Jeff and thank you Hiniker Plumbing!!! read more

Once again Hiniker Plumbing to the rescue. My shower drain was clogged and my husband in his attempts to fix it himself - got some type of brush stuck in the drain - somewhere deep Ugh! Called Hiniker and they sent Rick Reis right over that morning and he was able to save the day! Rick was wonderful and very explanatory... he kept working on it until he got the drain up and working perfectly! Simply great. Called on a Monday for our backed up main line that was causing the washer to leak. They were able to make it out the next day, right on time. Had these guys come out on a Sunday after I had a blockage coming up into the shower. They showed up in about an hour and got it unclogged in about 20 min. Don't remember his name but was a nice guy and friendly. Will use these guys again. Costed $250 for this considering it was a Sunday and everyone was closed. They kept constant contact including emails and notifying eta. Really appreciate this. Thanks Hiniker read more

Our women's restroom has been running since the ends of last year and we called Hiniker Plumbing and they sent Lou to come and repair our women's toilet with diligence and our toilet is not wasting water and the handle is working too! It seems every few months our kitchen drain plugs up. Over the last few years, we've had many different plumbers come out but not permanently fix the issue. We called Hiniker plumbing and Luis came out and snaked the drain and took the time to explain why he thought it wasn't enough. He recommend the hydro jet, which we agreed to. Gary came out a couple hours later with the hydro jet and we were surprised at the buildup of grease and gunk that came out of our drain. It was obviously years and years of buildup. He said that this should take care of it for many years to come. The whole Hiniker team is friendly, and obviously care about their customers and about customer service. We were very pleased with their service. read more

Quick to answer the phone, was able to book a service appointment for the next morning. Jeff was very professional and explained the issues, was able to fix everything. Word of advice check your regulator for proper pressure where it comes into the house. Ours way twice the pressure it should of been, and caused the water heater temp and pressure valve to fail. So a regulator and T & P valve had to be replaced. We are all better now read more

I used Hiniker Plumbing about a year ago for an issue with our water heater and it was fixed quickly and for a reasonable price. We thought we had a leak behind our wall in one of our bathrooms so I called Hiniker Plumbing and Danny Lopez arrived today, on time. He went straight to the issue, which turned out was not a plumbing issue at all. He even took a look a toilet we were having issues with and gave his recommendations. He was courteous and professional and even though there is a $125 service charge for their time (which is reasonable), they chose to not charge me because he was only in my house for 15 minutes and could not find anything wrong with my plumbing! This is a great company that I am going to recommend to anyone who needs a plumber! read more

Called this company because we were in a tough spot. Our repair guys accidentally hit a copper pipe during the repairs. With the Main water turned. I must of called 30 local plumbers before I found Hiniker Plumbing. I explained my situation to the dispatcher and she immediately got in contact with technician. They were about to get to my customers house within 30 minutes. Fix the pipe and my repairs guys were able to completed their job in a timely manner. Other than an hour of no water. Our customer was definitely appreciative that this was handled right away. So thank you. I don't recall the technicians name but great work. I will definitely keep these guys on speed dial but hope not to call them any time soon. Great company. Thank you!!! read more

A few months ago I called Hiniker Plumbing to assist me with a water heater issue. They responded out on short notice and resolved the problem. The price was fair and the work was excellent. I have been a customer of Hiniker Plumbing for several years. Excellent customer service from the beginning when I needed a water heater and came across a Hiniker truck in our business parking lot. The man in the truck agreed to follow me home to look at the problem and we had a new water heater the next day. This was after two other companies flaked on me, never showing up for the appointments. Fast forward after a few more fixes and unclogs, our main line backed up all of a sudden on a Sunday afternoon, I called my go to plumbing company and Gary sent out a fairly new employee, Jeff. Jeff was pleasant and professional from the moment he stepped out of the truck. The cover to the main line was difficult to get off due to it being extremely tight and at least three feet below ground. He was persistent and it finally came off! You had to be there to understand how difficult it was. He never once displayed frustration. He fixed the problem and answered about a hundred questions all during the fix ;) Gary, you have a honest and loyal employee in Jeff. At one point, my husband said, so next time we'll call you. Jeff answered just call Gary. Hub asked, so you don't do side jobs...."no, I am loyal" That says a lot about both Jeff and Gary in itself. Kind of a wordy and long review, but I wanted to say a lot. If you are in need of a plumbing service call or repair, I highly recommend Hiniker Plumbing. This last service call response cements the fact that Gary Hiniker is all about customer service and integrity. Thank you Jeff and Gary! read more

After calling 20 plumbers on a Saturday night, and a day of trying diy anticlogging methods, these guys were the only ones willing to come out. They were at our house quick and fixed our main line backup very quickly and efficiently. We had a different company a month ago fix a pressure valve and felt kinda ripped off by them so we were weary about another plumber trying to rip us off. THIS IS NOT ONE OF THOSE PLUMBERS!! talked us through the pricing and felt no pressure. Finally a plumber we can call again if we need it, plus he gave us a fridge magnet! Lol read more
