Writing this review after using this company 3 times and we're very satisfied with the service quality and price. The first 2 times were small plumbing issues (water heater leaking and under the sink valve leaking) and Chris came out to fix it with a reasonable quote. The most recent one was a major one to us, to have a full house water softening system installed. We got several quotes and at the end went with Chris again. His quote was the competitive and we do trust his work based on previous experience. We bought the system ourselves and Chris did the installation, adding bypass valves, connecting the waste water pipe properly, and cleaned up nicely. He really did a clean and nice job! My shower faucet broke last night and water would not stop coming out. I could not get anyone to come out and the earliest I could get someone to come was the next morning. Which worked in my favor. I was able to do my research, check licenses, insurance, and reviews. First thing in the morning I called and unfortunately had to wake Liz up. She set the appointment up with Tim for 8:30am. Tim called before he arrived and asked what the problem was. There is a charge for the initial diagnosis. After checking the problem, he explained to me the problem and quoted me a price for labor, parts which also included the initial diagnosis charge. Seemed a bit pricey, but I would rather pay for peace of mind. Tim wore booties inside my house and he even unclogged my drains. Would definitely use again! read more

After reading the Yelp reviews I decided to call Professional Plumbing for my clogged toilet and shower in my master bedroom. I called and Liz answered and took my info down and gave me a time frame on when Chris (plumber) would be calling me back.
