We hired OneStop to carry out a whole house repipe of our 1940s single-story house. The actual repipe process only took a single day to complete, and either Dylan or Conrad were on site at the start of the day to answer questions. The repair of the drywall also only took a single day, but the drywall work looked like a different crew and was a bit sloppier than the plumbing work. Rip off. No itemized receipt upon payment (says I will get an email within the hour - I suppose so I can't immediately see how I was ripped off). $450 for toilet (could not fix due to not having the specific gasket), leaky sink with non-working on/off (could not fix due to not having parts), but did fix downstairs leaky sink (changed parts). So basically 1 of 3 items were fixed - but a hefty price tag. I will still have to pay to fix the other 2 issues. Don't think I'll be calling them a second time - One Stop and you're done! read more

Bad experience with their technicians. 1. Purposely or not? : My Water Pressure Regulator stopped working as soon as the technicians finished my water pipe's job (He shut down my water regulator before the work and reopened it after), I found my water pressure gone up into 150 plus psi with very loud sounds as soon as they finished the job, and I turned on the water switch. My water regulator was 45 psi as normal before their work, and it's new regulator. 2. The man asked me to replace the regulator "now" and pay him $700 plus, I had no $ to pay for as I just paid him much, so I consulted my Lowe's man who sold the new regulator to me 6 months ago. He told me: " it doesn't need to change as the regulator can work for 10-15 years, but Someone made wrong pressure to your pipe/water system". So I F/U his instruction to adjust the system just in a minute, then the water regulator has been working normally from 150 plus to 45 psi and no more whistle sounds from the pipes ever since. 3. Poor job: The Co's trainee who replaced my new faucet, but the draining pipe had been blocked so the water flow had been very slow then stopped after they replaced it 3 months. So it had been unused until it was solved by an expert. 4. The technicians had no manners and no respects at all! Such as they showed you very serious attitudes with very strict talks. Very uncomfortable experiences ! read more

I can't thank OneStop Plumbers enough for the quick and friendly service they provided. I noticed my kitchen drain was backing up and food particles, water and an odor was coming out of my outside drain. I have had this happen before so I called my previous go to plumbing company. Someone came out within the next hour, which I thought was great. They told me they needed to run a camera to see what the problem is then do another service and quoted me an outrageous amount. However, I knew what the issue was and just wanted my drain snaked. After 15 minutes and a headache later, I thanked the gentleman for his service and sent him on his way. I called this company and was also told they could have someone out to take a look within the hour. Ryan came out looked at the problem and listened to my concerns and what I wanted. He snaked the drain and fixed the problem in less than an hour and for way more than half of the price that the other company was trying to charge me. After waiting nearly two hours for the homeowner warranty plumber to arrive, which they never did and no call was ever received, I called One Stop as water was gushing from an overflow pipe for the two hours I waited for the other guys. One Stop arrived in about an hour and replaced a water regulator for what I considered to be a reasonable cost. Problem solved. I just needed a small leak fixed and I really don't have the money to fix all these other items that he insisted on. I have dealt with other plumbing companies in the past. OneStop Plumbers is one of the few companies that gave me the cost of replacing my water heater over the phone.
