Good communication goes a LONG way when you're dealing with a plumbing issue. I was actually away for work when everything happened, so I had to handle the entire situation over the phone. Ali answered right away, came out the same day, and was very transparent about what was going on. I'm definitely a "but what if this happens?" type of person and he patiently answered every single one of my questions. I was also going through my home warranty company, which naturally added some extra steps and waiting, but even with that, everything was fixed within 72 hours. Responsive, honest, communicative, and reliable. That's really all you can ask for when something goes wrong at your house. Needless to say, I found my trusted plumber. I originally called Elite Plumbing Pros because I thought I just had a small leak around my toilet. It seemed like a simple fix, but their team took the time to really look into it instead of just patching the obvious issue. They quickly figured out it was actually a sewer line backup causing water to leak from the base of the toilet, something I definitely wouldn't have caught on my own. I really appreciated how thorough and honest they were. They explained everything clearly, showed up quickly, and handled the problem efficiently. The whole experience felt professional but also personal, like they genuinely cared about getting it right. On top of fixing the issue, they even did a complimentary plumbing inspection to make sure everything else in my home was working properly and safely. That extra step really stood out to me. They're based in Riverside County and serve much of Southern California, including San Bernardino, Orange County, and Los Angeles County. If you're looking for reliable, honest plumbers, especially with 24/7 emergency service, I highly recommend them. They've definitely earned my trust, great price for toilet repair, drain cleaning and plumbing leak detection: $500-$600 read more

Ali came by looked at our plans that we pulled with the city for our ADU and was extremely informative. Helped us review all of our next steps and how he could help us facilitate our plan for reaching the finish line on this project. Pointed out some potential concerns but was down to earth honest and respectful. read more

I need to adjust my original review. Originally, Ali seemed good and reasonably or at least competitively priced. However, I am now quite upset. I needed to have the faucet & controls replaced on my walk in tub. After he finished, I noticed, and told him, that they were not put in the same place as the original. Spout was too close to the door (which made it hard and dangerous to get in and out). And they made no sense. Hot nob on one side, cold nob on opposite far side, shower diverted between hot nob and spout! I asked him to change it that first day, but he assured me this was the "correct" and "standard" configuration. I tried to adjust but it just didn't work! A week later I had to have him back to fix something he had done on it, and was charged an $80 trip charge. Yesterday I finally had him back again to configure the spout and nob thevway they originally were! He said it would be a small labor fee. It took him an hour! He charged an additional $370. And he said thatcwas with the veteran and senior discount! I feel taken advantage of! What should have cost $1800 (original quote) has now cost me $2500! read more

Ali and Ryan were our plumbers. They were very professional and respectful of our property. they did an amazing job with identifying the source of the leak from our second floor. After they found it, which was a crack from the bathtub, they did all their research with replacement and pricing and recommendation for drywall. It took about 3 days to complete the bathtub replacement and the drywall. They were very knowledgeable and answered any questions and concerns we have. Ali went above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of. We're very happy with the results. Highly recommend. read more

I usually get my tankless water heater serviced and flushed annually, but this year I decided to try a different plumbing company and I'm so glad I did. They didn't just descale the water heater, they went the extra mile by thoroughly inspecting and clearing all the ports, ensuring everything was in top shape. They even replaced the filter alongside the descaling, which was a nice added touch. On top of that, they offered a free home inspection and identified a few areas where we could save a significant amount of water. Their attention to detail, professionalism, and dedication to quality service were impressive. I'm extremely happy with their work and will definitely be using them again in the future. They are great plumbing near me and have a fair cost for all the work they provide. Very grateful to know that there are still few companies that pay attention to detail like these guys did. read more

BEWARE: We called this company based off of their posts on Facebook in our community page, they seemed like they were thorough and prompt. I called the number without even looking them up on Yelp, I really wish I had. They charged me $550 just to come out, use their camera and snake the drain. They assured me that some of that would get credited toward whatever repair I'd need after they completed their inspection. They said they snaked the main drain but did nothing in my bathroom because 2 weeks later I pulled out the biggest plug of hair I've seen in my life. They then quoted me $850 for a hydrojet flush that at the time said would solve our problems 100%. Well, I asked about the $550 they had already asked me to Zelle them and the technician said the $850 was separate and the $550 only covered the call and inspection. I should have pushed back some more but I asked for more time to think about it since we had just spent 20k on a new HVAC unit and brand all new duct work. We were pretty tight on money. They said no problem, the offer was good for a month. Well, a month passed and they said we waited too long and that the $550 could have gone towards the repair, their technician was wrong but that if we wanted their help again we'd need to fork up ANOTHER $550 for a service call as well as a $150 emergency call fee. Overall, I would not recommend this company to anyone since they don't seem to be on the same page and don't know how to conduct business professionally. They have a Gmail address, they ask for Zelle payments and don't have any reviews here (except for mine now) and none on Facebook. In fact, their Facebook page isn't even a business page. It's a personal profile page. I learned a hard and expensive lesson so I'm sharing this with anyone who cares. read more

We suddenly experienced a sewer back up at our house and it was pretty bad but we were able to call the plumbers before it got worse than it already was. They cameraed our sewer line and found a ton of roots and gave us multiple options to choose from. We had about four options to choose from, and we ended up replacing the whole sewer line from the clean out in the house to the city  or street line. With the way work performance is, they clearly prove that they take pride in their work and the additional warranty with all the work provided is definitely worth the cost. They are good plumbers near me and they also offered 24 hour services. I will definitely be using them again. read more

We had some water drip through our ceiling after using our AC, but no HVAC vendor we used in the past was open, as it was a Saturday and they were closed. We called Elite Plumbing Pros and they walked through what they thought it could be and sure enough after sending some videos and pics, they stated they could fix it! Ali came out, took a look at it, explained what went wrong, answered all our questions, and gave us a very fair quote which we immediately accepted. After coming back from a supply store, he noticed it still wasn't performing as he expected, so he made another stop to the store and when he returned, it was completely fixed! He also mentioned some hoses and cables that needed to be up to code and educated us on checking for certain things and also included an overall plumbing inspection of our house. The inspection was fine and he recommended things to look out for as well. I mentioned to him I probably should replace my water heater soon, he took a look and rather than upsell me, he stated just to keep using it until there are symptoms that I can identify easily and the give him a call - that is trust and honesty! Anyway, he's going to be our future plumber or anything tangentially water-related as well as our go-to referral to family and friends! read more

Before I called the plumbers, I was experiencing a lot of sewer issues with water backing up into my house. The plumbers snaked out my drain line and cleared the clog, after they were done removing the clogged drain they ran a camera to inspect the sewer and found shifting pipes which is called an offset of pipe. Located exactly where the issue was and did a really good job with the install and clean up. They had to dig up a good portion of the front yard and once they were done with all the work you can honestly barely tell work was done in the front. They do their best to keep things clean work, very professional and warranty all the work that I paid for. Definitely one of the best plumbing companies I have ever called. read more
