I came home from work and all of a sudden the water started to overfill in the sink while I was doing the dishes. Turns out it was a mainline, sewer clogg. So we had to call out the plumber and elite plumbing pros where the quickest to respond so they came out to snake the sewer line through the toilet. we never got a camera inspection done in the past so we ended up going with the second option to get both the snake and camera done at once. they finished cameraing through the toilet and found a belly and offset inside the line. We did not have a clean out on the property so if we ever had an emergency we would have to go through the toilet again or roof. The technicians were able to fix the repair and also install a cleanout for us at the same time so we did not have to spend double the money they got everything done up to code just one shot. We had an emergency call around 11 at night and the PVC in front of the house popped and water was just shooting to the roof. Called out elite plumbing pros for the emergency service and they do charge 250 just for the emergency but they come very fast and they were able to do the repair same night even though all the supply houses were closed, because they keep stuff ready for emergencies. The work itself was all additional costs on top of the 250 But not only was the work performed at a timely manner, they cleaned up after themselves and we have no issues with a one-year warranty. I have been having drain problems because our house is kind of old and we have cast iron pipes. I noticed my floors in the kitchen would get hot and I didn't really think much of it, but I then started to realize my water bill was extremely high so I called plumbers and they told me that I had a slab leak and the best way to locate this would be to get a leak detection done so they performed a leak detection and located the leak. They gave me some options to fix the leak and we ended up going with the reroute option so we did not have to jackhammer the floors.
