We had a severe crunching and vibration noise in our garage pipes whenever a toilet flushed, as well as a main sewer line that needed to be cleared. I contacted Plumbing MATTers Rooter Plumbing Matters due to a clogged kitchen sink. Matt responded quickly and provided an estimate for the job. He came out within about 90 minutes and tried snaking the trap and determined there were further issues. He then ran a camera down and discovered that a pipe was broken, showing me the video as he checked. Matt gave me three different options to address the issue and advised on each aspect of each option. After I pick my option, he returned the next day and proceeded to do the job. Although he estimated the job may take two days he was able to complete it in one. Matt and his technician kept me advised throughout the job on what was going on and even showed me the broken pipe after they pulled it up. Had a water heater that stopped producing hot water over the weekend. Giovanni came out Monday a.m. after my conversation with Matthew, the owner.
