Guillermo did the sewer scope inspection for us and since I was familiar with his work and professionalism, it was a no brainer to get him to come and service my plumbing lines. Guillermo provided me with an accurate quote and explained what was going on with my valves. I purchased a home that was built in 1990 so I wanted to replace the valves throughout the house. I also had him replace my pressure regulator which he explained was not bad as of yet but would need replacing soon. I really appreciated Guillermo's communication and quality of work. We had an emergency situation at our home of a blockage in our main line. We were not able to use any water in our home. The service tech, Oscar came out 2 x to diagnose and to repair. Each time Oscar took his time to make sure we understood what was going on and he could properly diagnose. Went to this company because they had been to the house before and I had a good experience with them. I like the idea of a veteran-owned business also. However that all ended when they looked at my drain to me snaked and quoted me $333. It was a job I would have done easily myself had a owned a snake. At any rate, that price was WITH my 15% veteran discount somehow. Folks, call Mike Diamond instead. Paid the mandatory $35 fee and had the dude tell his story walking. I won't be using them again and won't be referring anymore. I'd have understood if the job were involved and if they respond with a "this job was harder than it looked" argument, please know that was NOT the case. As a final thought, I had an 11-1 service call set and took off work until 1:15. I then got a call saying it would be 2-4 instead. Bad service and horrible/ridiculous pricing. Update: (based response below) I bought a $30 snake from Amazon and cleared the clog seamlessly myself. Could have saved myself 5 bucks. read more
