I had food from garbage disposal and age-old grease and sledge backing up the pipes so bad it pushed the food from the garbage disposal out the standpipe (what the drain hose flows into) of my washer in the garage. Ugh! Juan arrived after hours, assessed the problem, offered me options and was back the next morning, on-time, to start the job. Also the outside trap had been stucco and painted over! Guillermo did the sewer scope inspection for us and since I was familiar with his work and professionalism, it was a no brainer to get him to come and service my plumbing lines. We had an emergency situation at our home of a blockage in our main line. We were not able to use any water in our home. The service tech, Oscar came out 2 x to diagnose and to repair. Went to this company because they had been to the house before and I had a good experience with them. I like the idea of a veteran-owned business also. However that all ended when they looked at my drain to me snaked and quoted me $333. It was a job I would have done easily myself had a owned a snake. At any rate, that price was WITH my 15% veteran discount somehow. Folks, call Mike Diamond instead. Paid the mandatory $35 fee and had the dude tell his story walking. I won't be using them again and won't be referring anymore. I'd have understood if the job were involved and if they respond with a "this job was harder than it looked" argument, please know that was NOT the case. As a final thought, I had an 11-1 service call set and took off work until 1:15. I then got a call saying it would be 2-4 instead. Bad service and horrible/ridiculous pricing.
