Talk about service. I called Nick the night before way past his working hours and he answered the phone. Most companies wouldn't even answer their phones at the hour I called. Nick was patient with me even how late I called and still assisted by trying to figure out my problems over the phone. One of my many nightmares as a homeowner was coming home after work, late on a Friday night to find my water heater had broken and my garage was practically flooded as water ran down the side of the water heater at full throttle. Let me start off by saying that I do not know Nick I any way personal whatsoever, o met him for the first time last week when he came to our home because we had a plumbing leak in our foundation slab. My mother found Nicks company, Impact Plumbing on Yelp and he had some great reviews and was also very close by. He came the same day to check our house and used his leak detection equipment to confirm that we indeed had a leak in our hot water pipes under the slab. He gave us a quote and estimate to fix it and it was very reasonable for sure. My mother wanted to get a couple more estimates and the other guys that came pretty much did absolutely nothing to co firm that we had a leak or find where it was, they just told us that we needed to re-pipe the entire house right off the bat and gave us an estimate of nearly $8000. We decided to go ahead and use Impact Plumbing and Nick came and gave us several options for doing the job that would be more economical for us as well as less invasive on our home. He knew that my mother is retired and didn't have much money so he was honest in giving us several other options other that just re-piping the entire plumbing system. We greatly appreciated his honesty with us and his willingness to do everything he could to make the job more economical for us and save us as much money as possible. Nick and his helper Jimmy did a great job and were both very friendly and personable and I felt comfortable having them in our home. Nick is an older guy and has been doing this for many years and seems to know every trick in the book to get the job done and to help save costs all around.
