He discovered a slab leak and listed several options. He is probably one of the most "real one's" there are out there. He does not just come to do a job, but genuinely cares about each of his customers. He tries to establish a relationship with his customers by making it feel like he is taking care of a family member. He tries to get to know you and is willing to hold a conversation with you and hear you out. Plumbing issues can be very expensive and Stephen is sensitive to that. It is never a great time to get plumbing work done, but Stephen is there to talk with you, hear you out, and just be someone who genuinely cares about the customer. I will be using Jim and Son's for any plumbing needs in the future and I highly recommend them to anyone. I wish I remembered the name of the other plumber that helped him out during the job, but he was awesome as well. Again, he understood the importance of customer service and making sure that customers are left with a great experience in addition to getting the work done. 6/5 stars if I could.

That's when I searched for a local family owned company that Had good reviews. Jims was straight to the point. Stephen came out and methodically figured out what pipe the leak was coming from. He showed me proof and explained it to me. It was under the cement slab in our garage. I was not happy about the possibility of tearing out concrete. He suggested running the pipe above ground where it would be accessible. He rerouted the line and used materials that saved me money. Instead of taking several days, it was done by lunch. I cant say enough good things about these guys. They really helped me out of a scarey spot. I highly reccomend them. They are ethical, honest and don't waste time. I owe them my thanks.

He quickly diagnosed our water pressure issue--our main valve was sitting at a dangerous 100 PSI--and installed a new 1-inch Zurn Wilkins regulator (our old one was 24 years old!). He also performed a hydro-jetting service on our main line to clear out all the debris. Giovanni was polite, professional, upfront with pricing, and worked incredibly efficiently. The control switch was not working properly and it appears to have something broken inside the switch. The second was the bathtub was dripping for months. Our property manager gave us some recommendation on handyman, and we reached out to a few others. Everyone of the handyman looked at the issues and said they couldn't do it. Javier from R&R was professional and friendly. He came, looked at the problems and gave us multiple options. We were told that our bathroom fixtures were on the older end, and replacement parts would be pretty slim. Javier said he would try his best to find ways to fix our problems, and if it can't be fix, then he would have to go with the full remove and replace option. Needless to say, the cheaper option would be less than half the price of the worst case scenario. We were presented with the cheaper options to be less than $1000, while the worst case scenario would be in the mid $2000 with our drywall cut open in order to do the fixture replacement. We would also had to then deal with redoing the drywall since that is not part of the company's scope of work. Javier came back after we accepted the estimate and was able to fix everything faster than I thought. To my surprised, he was able to find the replacement parts and fix everything. My experience with Javier and R&R has been exceptional. I highly recommend R&R to anyone with plumbing issue like i had.

City of Riverside advised that I had a small leak somewhere (maybe in main line) I called Mike this morning right away and advised of problem. He said he'd send his technicians out to check. Jerry and Matt arrived and I told them I had checked everything in the house and could find nothing making any noises, no leaks anywhere....?? They checked where I thought the leak might be - in the yard and it was not there. So, Jerry asked me if my toilets were running - I said no. Well, he went in and discovered that they WERE indeed running! (I told him I couldn't hear). He explained what needed to be done, the costs involved and how to prevent this from happening again. So, Jerry and Matt fixed both my toilets - very quickly after arrival. They were very efficient, knowledgeable, fast and didn't make any messes. I highly recommend Cross Plumbing - can't beat them. on June 25th 2019 on the 57 freeway heading north your driver licenses plate number (44228C1) at 4:58 PM almost hit my car when i was in the slow lane when he was driving in the emergency lane and also i didn't know your drivers were able to drive in the emergency lane as well for emergency vehicles. the emergency lane was getting smaller and thats when your employee almost hit my car when i had to swerve more into the other lane when he cut me off further ahead. i have seen many accedents because i also work for an ambulance company and we had cases that the emergency lane was used for other reasons that prevented us to reach a car crash that prevented us to get the victims to the hospital. read more

Very professional service. Very respectful, friendly, clean, and careful. Wore masks, gloves, and shoe coverings (booties) whenever entering my house. Located the mysterious problem which I thought was a leaking pipe in my foundation, but turned out to be a plugged condensation pipe with a broken angle drainage pipe. It was quickly cleaned out, and the broken angle pipe replaced. They cleaned up, checked to make sure it was all working, and no other leaks and presented me with a very reasonable bill. Jerry came out and did a re-seat of both toilets in our home that we recently moved into. Both had loose bolts and were leaking at the floor. It could have been much worse (and more money for him) but he was honest and even showed me that it was just the wax seals that were very old and allowed the bolts to come loose from the flange. By the end, he was just as baffled as I was that SoCal Gas had flagged an issue. Rather than leaving me to figure it out on my own, he walked me through all of his troubleshooting step by step so I could relay it to the technician when getting retested. He followed up consistently throughout the whole ordeal and genuinely expressed concern that I was without gas. I passed the retest, and I truly believe his guidance played a big part in that. He's earned my trust and I'll absolutely be calling him again.

We called Plumbing MATTers and they were able to get us scheduled same-day! Our technician, Giovanni, was phenomenal. He quickly diagnosed our water pressure issue--our main valve was sitting at a dangerous 100 PSI--and installed a new 1-inch Zurn Wilkins regulator (our old one was 24 years old!). He also performed a hydro-jetting service on our main line to clear out all the debris. Giovanni was polite, professional, upfront with pricing, and worked incredibly efficiently. I also really appreciate the client portal they supply--it made it super easy to view my paid invoices and will be great for keeping track of any future estimates all in one place. The whole job was completed for a very fair price with great warranties included. It's rare to find plumbers this honest, organized, and thorough. He discovered a slab leak and listed several options. He is probably one of the most "real one's" there are out there. He does not just come to do a job, but genuinely cares about each of his customers. He tries to establish a relationship with his customers by making it feel like he is taking care of a family member. He tries to get to know you and is willing to hold a conversation with you and hear you out. Plumbing issues can be very expensive and Stephen is sensitive to that. It is never a great time to get plumbing work done, but Stephen is there to talk with you, hear you out, and just be someone who genuinely cares about the customer. I will be using Jim and Son's for any plumbing needs in the future and I highly recommend them to anyone. I wish I remembered the name of the other plumber that helped him out during the job, but he was awesome as well. Again, he understood the importance of customer service and making sure that customers are left with a great experience in addition to getting the work done. 6/5 stars if I could.

That's when I searched for a local family owned company that Had good reviews. Jims was straight to the point. Stephen came out and methodically figured out what pipe the leak was coming from. He showed me proof and explained it to me. It was under the cement slab in our garage. I was not happy about the possibility of tearing out concrete. He suggested running the pipe above ground where it would be accessible. He rerouted the line and used materials that saved me money. Instead of taking several days, it was done by lunch. I cant say enough good things about these guys. They really helped me out of a scarey spot. I highly reccomend them. They are ethical, honest and don't waste time. I owe them my thanks.

Our disposal and both kitchen sinks had been backed up for a few days with slow drainage.. I did everything I thought I could to get the drains unclogged, Liquid Plummer, Boiling Water, Vinegar and Baking Soda mixture repeated over several days but nothing worked! I called Righty Tighty this afternoon based on their Yelp reviews and their office set up an appointment for me right away.. Justin had called to introduce himself and advised he'd be arriving in an hour. He and his associate arrived as promised, asked a few questions, checked the sink and gave us his expert opinion. He was up front in the pricing, did not have to upsell anything and was very efficient. Plumbing issues are usually always a dreaded nightmare for people who know nothing about pipes and plumbing etc.. I was skeptical to even pick a plumbing company because stereotypically you hear discouraging things. At any rate, We are beyond pleased with today's service and with this company!! The line was snaked, Justin kept us involved by showing us the clogged areas with the mini camera and advised what he was doing and going to do.
