He offered recommendations about the replacing the water pressure regulator and pressure relief valve. Fortunately it was only the regulator that had to be replaced. Had a leak coming from underground in my dining room and reported it to my HOA and they had Cross Plumbing (CP) there that afternoon, who assessed and confirmed that it was a slab leak. CP was able to come back two days later to reroute the pipe through the wall/ceiling, which took majority of the day to complete.
