Mike saved the day again! Over the weekend one of my lines cracked and I had a flood in the front yard that was creating a small river down my street. Called Mike and two hours later he had installed an emergency valve so we called use the water to the house and told me exactly what I needed to do to fix the remaining issues. He even stopped by two days later to make sure everything was still good and inspected the job he had recommended to get done. Thank you again! I highly recommend him and his crew! read more

Mike and his guys have done two plumbing repairs for us. They responded quickly and did a great job. We appreciated the repeat customer discount. We will be calling on Cross Plumbing again. read more

Had a leak coming from underground in my dining room and reported it to my HOA and they had Cross Plumbing (CP) there that afternoon, who assessed and confirmed that it was a slab leak. CP was able to come back two days later to reroute the pipe through the wall/ceiling, which took majority of the day to complete. The CP plumbers were very friendly, polite and informative, as was the owner, who followed up after the job was done to see if everything was completed to satisfaction. For any personal plumbing needs, I'll be sure to reach out to CP in the future as well. Thank you, CP! read more

My apartment has been having issues with the old plumbing system, today Eric was called by our HOA, he did an amazing job. My neighbor and I's bathrooms were all flooded. Eric was able to fix the issue within 2 hours then everything was flowing thru very well. He was a nice guy with great attitude. I also asked him to help me change the valves behind the toilet because it has never been changed for 30 years. He was super fast and he made sure everything works well. Price was very reasonable. Easy payment transaction thru Zelle because I didn't have any cash or check on me. I highly recommended this company! Good customer service with reasonable price. read more

Highly recommend Cross Plumbing!! I got myself into an emergency situation on a job site and this company really came through for me. I accidentally snapped a hose bib right off the pipe causing water to flood my customers front yard. I went into an immediate panic because there was no possible way to keep the water from flowing out unless the main valve was turned off. Without hesitation I started looking for a local plumber and thank God I found Cross. Mike was able to have Eric at the job site within an hour. Eric went straight to work and was able to fix the problem quickly and efficiently. Their price was reasonable and the work done was excellent. Definitely my go to from now on! read more

Cross Plumbing - Damage before repair - Plumbing Near Me - Riverside, California

Mike is super helpful and he gives you great tips before and after helping you fix your issue. He is responsive and very personable. Cross Plumbing backs up their work and is licensed and that is something I look for in a plumber. I rather not deal with any of those commercialized companies. They are all out for commission! I will definitely use him again and will refer him to my family in the area. Great service and honesty these days are hard to find! read more

I have used Cross Plumbing a couple times now and I have been super impressed each time. They are on time, clean, and they take time to explain the problem and solution. They have earned my business for life. read more

Highly recommend Mike, Noah and his entire dependable team at Cross Plumbing. My parents have had a businesses for several years now and anytime their businesses have had plumbing issues, Cross Plumbing delivers. He always answers my questions promptly and sends his team out to assess in good time. He's been out to our business in Cabazon as well as in Moreno Valley. I am very appreciative of how honest and forthcoming he was about all the repairs needed. He does not upsell you or pressure you to do anything. I have zero plumbing knowledge so It means a lot when he can explain everything clearly as well as steer me clear of other things I don't need. I know this because another plumber was called out to the job before and he quoted me 10,000 more dollars than the job required. This company also didn't do the Hydrojet service correctly either. Mike came along and fixed everything. In this economy, please support your small businesses! He will forever be the first company I call. Thank you forever and ever Mike! read more

Excellent experience, came out quickly and took care of our plumbing situation. I definitely recommend Cross Plumbing

I had called several plumbers to replace a garbage disposal. Cross Plumbing had by far the lowest estimate. A super nice guy came from a long way, brought a garbage disposal, & spent some time, but he found that there was some glass in it blocking it. He pulled the glass out & it works great. He saved us a bundle! If I ever need any plumbing in the area, I'm always going to call Cross Plumbing! read more

Just my luck to end the year with a shower leak, but I'm so grateful that I found this great company a couple months ago to help us out again! Mike was very responsive around the holidays and found the best solution for our particular issue. We needed additional drywall service (opening and closing) and Mike put us in touch with reliable people. Eric was able to come over on a Saturday morning and fix everything within a few hours. My husband and I are very happy with the results and for the fair price. I'm hoping we won't have plumbing issues again anytime soon but if we do I'm relieved I found this great team we can trust. read more

They showed up in a timely manner, friendly and taking all necessary Covid Precautions. Fixed our problem --which was a clogged pipe and a part which needed replacement.! Really appreciated it because we needed the Kitchen sink. They were even kind enough to give me a Mother's day discount because yesterday was Mother's day and a Military discount because our son is currently serving in the Military in Kuwait. Thanks Mike! read more

What a wonderful company, with wonderful workers! I called them for a second opinion on possibly needing a new sewer line. According to another company that came over, we needed it fixed ASAP to the tune of $19,000! Michael came over right away the next day to do an inspection. He took his time, checked from multiple angles, and turns out that was a bunch of bologna! I cannot tell you how much I appreciate the honesty I received. It's hard to come by companies that you can trust, but Cross Plumbing is one of them. Turns out what needed fixing was just a toilet reset! It was very reasonably priced and done quickly and beautifully by Dean. Dean even answered some questions I had about a sink I needed replacing and helped me figure out what would need to be done and the dimensions! I will be using this company for all of my future plumbing needs! Thanks again Cross Plumbing! read more

I was having water leak issues in my bathroom. it started on Friday and we could not get a hold of a plumber until Monday. I called Cross Plumbing to have them come out and check for a water leak. The guys could not detect a leak at all. One of the techs went outside and went around to the unit that is attached to mine and found water pouring out of the front door. So, they have sent me the pics and video of my townhome and the other person's townhome. I am very grateful they took a video of where this took place. Thank you guys for helping us out. I had issues with a shower clog and a toilet leak. Jerry and Matt arrived within set appointment time. They explained issues and gave me a straight price. Additionally, they were extremely professional, efficient, knowledgeable, and transparent as they completed both projects. I'm not sure if they are the cheapest service out there, but I'm willing to pay a little bit more for a professional job well done in a timely manner... nothing a hate more than unkept appointments, sloppy work, and price markups; none of which they did. I will definitely recommend and be a repeat customer. read more
