I accidentally snapped a hose bib right off the pipe causing water to flood my customers front yard. I was having water leak issues in my bathroom. it started on Friday and we could not get a hold of a plumber until Monday. I called Cross Plumbing to have them come out and check for a water leak. What a wonderful company, with wonderful workers! I called them for a second opinion on possibly needing a new sewer line. According to another company that came over, we needed it fixed ASAP to the tune of $19,000! Michael came over right away the next day to do an inspection. Our water heater didn't have hot water so we called Mike and he came within 2 hours and found the pilot light was out on our 17 year old water heater. He restarted it and it worked but only for a few hours it went out again. Since it's way past it's useful life, we decided to get a new one.
