Ernesto fixed the clog and identified the issues. Gave solid recommendations for small things I could do to prevent clogs and leaks in the future. Solved my problem and did not overcharge! Great service! read more

Frank was quick to respond to my call and he completed the project promptly and properly. He did it all for a reasonable price.

Ernesto responded quickly with cost and availability. He arrived on time and diagnosed the problem immediately (bad cartridges). He proceeded to procure the necessary parts and then installed them without any problems. Total time spent was 1 hour and 45 minutes (including time spent looking for the parts). He fixed the problem efficiently in a professional manner. The cost was not cheap but considering a job well done on the same day it was worth it. read more

Ernesto did an amazing job fixing the problem, fast reply, good quote! Definitely recommend to others

he charges 450 to send a camera down weather it works or not and I said No he said "Sounds good to me" he cant even spell "Whether" . I could understand if a customer was screaming, which I wasnt, (You should still remain professional and take the high road) the way he spoke to me was very unfriendly like he didn't care and because I gave him a bad review my phone blew up.. seems like a narc excuse to rage on someone.. Check the pics.. do you want to be spoken to like this? I love how in his response he makes assumptions that I cant afford anything.. that should tell you what a jerk he is and NO I don't give All bad reviews. I am not going to allow disrespect either. Go look at the reviews that are not currently rec. There, you'll find the truth. The bottom line is.. if you havent done anything wrong you don't have a reason to defend yourself. BTW I wasn't having a bad day.. your assuming childish crap about that too. Call me some more names... go ahead.. no one will hire your sorry butt now. Stupid lol God forbid you hire this guy and he makes a mistake.. don't count on an apology if he is this defensive! I had a couple other guys come they were very sweet and helpful. read more

My pilot light went out on my water heater after hours and I tried to reignite unsuccessfully. I called three other places before Amazing Plumber . One did not answer/call back, one told me they were swamped and couldn't do anything if parts were required anyways, and the other one never called (answering service told me someone would call back). Ernesto answered right away and was upfront and honest with me about the whole process. He came in less than an hour and gave me the run down AND successfully turned the light back on. He did not try to tack on any services. He was so kind and helpful I felt the need to get SOMETHING done to support his business and we settled on a business sticker placed on the heater, lol. Ernesto refused to take any payment due to not having to service anything! I don't know Jack about water heaters but I know good honest people and this business/Ernesto is one of them. read more

Ernesto became our official "go to" plumber after doing such a great job with the lowest bid on installing our water softener last year, so when we wanted to add some plumbing to our yard recently we already knew who to contact. He came out and spent a lot of time trying to make the job 'perfect' because he takes such pride in his work. He did exactly what we asked for at a fair price, and he always uses quality materials. He has so much integrity, too. We mentioned to him that we might want our kitchen sink replaced because the handheld sprayer wasn't working correctly anymore. He could have accepted the job and made some money, but instead he told us how to contact the company directly to just have them send us a replacement sprayer. We will always use Ernesto any time we need anything plumbing related for our home. Hire him and you won't regret it! read more

This individual should not be hired for any work. His behavior was rude and highly unprofessional. For transparency, I have attached the text messages he sent to me. In those messages he lectures about being a "real man" and makes comments about not beating my wife, which are completely inappropriate and unrelated to the situation. His final response was that our voices and reviews do not matter, which speaks for itself regarding how he views customers. read more

I had a great experience with The Amazing Plumber. They were extremely professional, honest, and patient, taking the time to answer every single one of my questions clearly. What really stood out was their use of a camera inspection, which allowed them to see exactly what was happening inside our pipes. Because of that, they were able to give us an accurate diagnosis and a clear plan for how to fix the issue. Before calling them, I hired another plumber who didn't use a camera and ended up guessing what the problem was--then quoted us a very high price based on that guess. The Amazing Plumber, on the other hand, offered a very reasonable price, especially considering the thorough and precise work they did. I truly appreciate their transparency and professionalism. I 100% recommend The Amazing Plumber to anyone needing reliable plumbing services! read more

Have a nice new outdoor faucet with pressure relief. Tech was friendly and very professional

Easy to communicate and responds right away. Did a great job replacing my garbage disposal.

Part 1 of 2 reviews: First off I'll say that the faucet we ordered has not arrived yet. What has impressed me is his willingness to be completely realistic and honest when scheduling my garbage disposal install. He had the best price on the job but we ended up needing to go with another company simply for the fact that our schedules did not line up. He could have made this very difficult for us by trying to fit it in and doing a rush job, but didn't. I appreciate his willingness to work with us. Given his very fair price quote on the garbage job today, Part Two of my review will most likely be that his Kitchen Sink Faucet install was a good value. Nothing against the Roto Rooter company, but $535 seems pretty high for a faucet. read more

They did a great job at a great price for fixing my shower head leak. Highly recommend.

The amazing plumber is Quick, responsive service, and informative, definitely recommended this place

We had a fast response from Ernesto, **The Amazing Plumber**! He gave us a very competitive quote right away and even explained how we *could* solve the problem ourselves -- which immediately made me feel like we could trust him. The truth is, I knew I didn't want to tackle this job myself. Our dual bathroom sinks had a serious sludge buildup, and I suspected it would be pretty nasty. Thankfully Ernesto was able to come out quickly and take care of it. He was very thorough -- cleaning both sinks, the drains, the P-traps, and running a snake through the line to clear everything out. Nothing phased him, even the truly disgusting buildup we discovered! One suggestion for future jobs like this: having a few long, narrow tools (skinny small spoons with long handles or bottle brushes on hand can help scoop out the sludge that the snake loosens up. We improvised with a few long utensils and it helped reach deeper into the pipes. Overall, Ernesto was honest, responsive, and stuck to the exact price he quoted us, which we really appreciated. I highly recommend him for sink and plumbing issues! And he gave us a three month guarantee if anything leaks or goes wrong! read more

I initially hired Ernesto in September 2023 and engaged his services again recently for a new set of issues, including a dishwasher installation and a leaky shower. He proved his reliability by responding promptly and arriving the following morning. Ernesto worked diligently all day, staying until 8:30 or 9:00 PM to ensure the job was fully completed. Despite needing to leave twice for parts for my repair and attend briefly to another matter (with my approval), he maintained high professionalism and efficiency. Ernesto is highly skilled, personable, and takes the time to explain his process. His **honesty, transparency, and reasonable pricing** distinguish him in the service industry. I would not hesitate to hire him again for any future plumbing needs. During his initial September 2023 visit, Ernesto showed exceptional dedication under challenging circumstances following a tropical storm. He successfully resolved a significant drainage issue on the back patio. He discovered that the three existing floor drains were not connected to the street drainage system. Because of this water was pooling & came within about 2 inches of coming into mh home. Ernesto undertook extensive, complex measures to rectify the problem. While the repair costs reflected the difficult nature of the work, his strong reputation reinforced my confidence. The repair was successful, and there have been **no further issues** with water pooling since (it is now 2 years later). I 100% recommend him for any of your plumbing needs! read more

Had a clogged bathroom sink for over a year. We held off on getting it repaired because other plumbing services told us that since it was a double vanity sink they were not able to use a snake and they would have to remove the vanity and cut a hole in the drywall to get to it. I was quoted ranges upwards of a thousand dollars woth no guarantee it could be repair. Fortunately I connected with Ernesto at The Amazing Plumber. He gave me an extremely reasonable upfront quote and came out first thing the next morning. It look him less than 10 mins to fix the clog with no removal of sinks, holes in the walls, etc. Honest, fair pricing, and friendly. Highly recommended based on my experience. read more

As a Homeowner that's careful with taking care of the house, I was searching nonstop on who can help me out with a Valve Leak..I made tons of phone calls for an emergency repair but wasn't satisfied with the Value and customer service... I saw "THE AMAZING PLUMBER" and called Ernesto and he immediately requested a picture of the problem and had an immediate solution to a Valve (Hose Bib) leak I had for the backyard. Within half an hour, Ernesto showed up and got to work and repaired a leak that was stressing me out and costing me money. He helped repair my Valve leak by installing a new valve and reassured me that if something was to happen again with the valve that I can give him a call and he will stop by and fix it. They have a one year warranty so I feel assured! I have American Home Warranty and even they couldn't match the price that "THE AMAZING PLUMBER" offered me. His price is reasonable and I thought I was going to be spending so much more compared to the "Deals" that these American Home Warranty companies offer you.
